Error -1074395395 occurred at IMAQ Match Color Pattern after merge programs

Dear all
I  have 2 separate programs that use same source image (red01a1.jpg). The first find location of color particles (color location 01.vi) and second find location of particles after threshold  color image (particle location 01.vi).  Both of them run good.
But when  2 programs were merged  into one program (color sorter 01i.vi), that happened error . The error message is “Error -1074395395 occurred at IMAQ Match Color Pattern”. How can I fix it ?
Thanks

  • Error -1074397038 occurred at IMAQ Start.vi for 64bit Labview 2011 SP1, Win7

    Hello,
I am using a MC1362 camera from Mikrotron with a PCIe1433 framegrabber. I was using it with windows XP, 32 bit, labview 2010 SP1 32 bit, it was working perfectly fine. I just switch to windows 7 with labview 2011 SP1 64bit, and it is not working anymore with my custom routine in labview, though it works with MAX and camera file generator and I use the same camera file.
When I run my routine, I have this error message:
Error -1074397038 occurred at IMAQ Start.vi
    Possible reason(s):
NI-IMAQ:  The requested serial termination string was not found in the returned buffer.
Then, If I try to run the camera with MAX, it doesn't work anymore, I have to reboot the camera, and put it in the right mode with the Mikrotron control tool to obtain an image.
I have seen similar issue on a Basler camera on the forum, and it has been solved by using a camera file to set the different parameters. There is no camera file complete to set all the parameters of the camera, so I had to program them in serial to drive the camera with my Labview routine.
Could you help me to solve this issue please?
    Thanks

  • IMAQ Learn Color Pattern hangs

Running Labview 2012 SP1 and Vision Development Module 12.1.0.  IMAQ Learn Color Pattern appears to hang if you call it without defining an ROI.  See attached program - it is intended that user define an ROI then click "Define ROI" button.  If you click the button without first defining an ROI, Learn Color Pattern hangs for over a minute then returns OK.  I found a workaround for this by checking for a valid ROI before calling the VI, but it seems unusual behavior for Labview.

    Hi Bucky,
I took a look at your program, and if I run it with highlight execution, I can see that the program is waiting on the Learn Color Pattern function as you said. However, I don't think this would be considered hanging. The front panel is still responsive, and if you add other processes to the program, they continue running while the Learn Color Pattern function is executing.
I believe the long execution time is because when no ROI is specified, the function acts on the entire image, which takes a fair amount of time. You can confirm this by selecting a ROI that is almost the size of the entire image. The program takes a similarly long time to execute. The best way to cut down on execution time would be to select a smaller ROI. I hope this helps!

  • Error -1074397150 occurred at IMAQ Snap.vi

    Hi.
(Sorry if my English is wrong )
I want to snap a picture - from a camera that was designed in my lab - and save it in a BMP file.
I use the "IMAQ PCI-1428" to accomplish this task and the "HL snap&save to BMP.vi".
But, as I try to run the VI I'm getting this error - "Error -1074397150 occurred at IMAQ Snap.vi", afterward I'm getting
another massage - "ERROR(DMA Timeout): The system is unable to capture all of the incoming video data....".
What should I do, to resolve this problem?
    ThanX.

    Hi elbit,
Here is a link to Error
Codes with NI-IMAQ.  You error is
addressed there and that information may be helpful to you.
I noticed you were using the PCI-1428 framegrabber card.  This card supports Camera Link cameras.  In order to tell the PCI-1428 how to
communicate with the camera, the NI-IMAQ driver uses a camera file that
contains camera specific information for configuration.  You will need to have a properly configured
camera file for you camera that you have created.
NI has a large number of camera files that are created and
certified to support popular industrial grade cameras.  In cases where a custom camera file is needed,
    NI provides the NI-Camera
File Generator as a utility for camera file creation.  Keep in mind that custom camera files are not
supported by National Instruments Applications Engineers.
Good luck with your camera design.  Please let us know if you have any further
    questions or concerns.
    Regards,
    Luke H

    Hi,
Let us know which standard your camera is following (whether it is cameralink or ethernet).
Check this link for error info: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/3434173630CBC97686256F8000536593.
If at all it is cameralink camera make sure that you are following proper trigger sequence for your camera. As u are grabbing frames in MAX and not in other acquisition softwares it might be triggering issue or cables problem.

  • Color change after merging to HDR Pro, going back into Lightroom

I recently updated Lightroom and now when I "merge to HDR Pro in PS" the photo then comes back into lightroom with highly elevated contrast.  I have set the color options to ProPhotoRGB in Lightroom and Photoshop. and the image looks fine when going from LR to PS, and it looks fine in "preview" after saving the image as a TIFF.  But once that TIFF gets imported back into LR it has all those weird color changes.   I'm not sure what to do, and I never had this problem until I recently updated photoshop and lightroom.  Any help you would be appreciated. thanks!

The image will look different in PS than in LR. PS uses the embedded preview and LR uses the actual 32 bit image data. You need to apply the LR Develop module Basic panel Tone settings to the 32 bit HDR TIFF.

  • Error 1074395626 - IMAQ Learn Geometric Pattern 2

    Hi,
I am facing this error 1074395626 - IMAQ Learn Geometric Pattern 2, in my VI. I search and did not find much information about it.
I also get another error 1074395628 - IMAQ Match Geometric Pattern 2, but I guess fixing the previous one could solve this?
How can I fix the above errors?

    Vision Assistant

I have built a vi from a visoin assitant file via the automated vi creation under tools in vision assitant. The vi works fine on a single file but then the input control is changed to select an entire directory it crashed with

    Hi Patrick,
Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you.  The function you are trying to use doesn't actually support reading of many files at a time (batch processing), what you will have to do is extract all of the path names individually and then complete paralel processing on all of the images.  (The image constant that is passed to each of the functions can only store one image at a time)
I have taken your vi and changed it slightly to allow for this functionality.
    I hope this helps
