Error accessing Web Client ??

OCA new bee...
I had installed OCS and Apache webserver and installation went on fine. While accessing the Oracle client from web, I get a Internal Server Error page. The error_log of apache has the following:

[Thu Oct  9 16:02:22 2003] [error] [client 12.144.43.249] Premature end of scrip
t headers: /home/oracle/OraHome1/ocas/bin/ocas.fcgi
The file exists and path to the lib folder is set properly. Any suggestions please .....
Sunil.

I think I should clarify why I'm wondering that.
I use Apache with the Oracle Calendar (standalone) and had quite a bit of trouble with things at first. I kept trying to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH and ORACLE_HOME within the httpd.conf file by using the SetEnv directive. That never worked, and an Oracle tech told me that it seems like a bug in Apache. The only way I could startup Apache correctly was to run 'apachectl startssl' as a user that had the paths set correctly.
So in my case, I had to edit the ocal.conf file. I modified the FastCgiServer lines so that instead of showing LD_LIBRARY_PATH and ORACLE_HOME, they showed LD_LIBRARY_PATH=<pathname> and ORACLE_HOME=<pathname>.
I don't know if this will help, but maybe it will give you something to look for.

  • Authorization to access Web Client UI - CRM 2007 (v6)

When I create a user in the system, I have to assign it a business role.
Apart from assigning it work centers etc., I also need to assign a PFCG role.
What authorization objects should I include in that PFCG role that will allow the user to access (login and view the homepage) of the Web Client UI?
I assigned the user to a position in the Organization model, to the position I have assigned a business role.
I have tried giving it the authorization object for BSP, but it doesn't help.
After the login screen, I get the message saying "Sorry, Logon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role. Contact your system administrator. "
Anybody facing the same problem? Is there any standard Role that I can assign to the user which will give it access to the Web UI?

    Hi
you wrote "Deactivate the object S_SERVICE via Cross-application Authorization Objects"
if I try with SU25 I get information like this :
You have switched off Basis authorization objects (starting with S_) or
HR authorization objects (starting with P_). However, these
authorization objects must always remain switched on.
The system ignores the fact you switched off these authorization objects
when saving. All other data is saved when you continue.
I always get an error in our system which says:

what can I do with this?
    Thank you for all suggestions

    Hi,
I am entering the DCNM Web Client 6.2, in the menu bar, Admin> Collections throws me the following error: EventType 30: # 1095
    Someone you should know?

    Hello,
Base on the HTTP error that I see HTTP-502, the error come from your proxy/firewall configuration . You are using Microsoft ISA server and it looks you need to change it sonfiguration to allows SSL with the port you have chosen (1024).
Also be sure when you have done that you have configure correctly the client and added the client certificate to your application to allow a successful SSL handshake.

  • Error accessing web application in OC4J-reg.

    Hi All,
We deployed a web application into oc4j 903.
We got the ERROR 1 when trying to access the application. Then we replaced the jaxb-rt-1.0-ea.jar & jaxp.jar in oc4j with the latest
version from jwsdk1.1. Then we got the ERROR 2. This error is thrown because it is trying to use JXDocumentBuilderFactory from
xmlparserv2.jar in oc4j instead of DocumentBuilderFactory in jaxp.jar. Then we tried to uncomment the tag "<web-app-class-loader
    search-local-classes-first="true" include-war-manifest-class-path="true" />" in orion-web.xml file. This ensures the use of jaxp.jar
instead of xmlparserv2.jar but we got the ERROR 3. Now we don't know how to proceed further. Are we going in the right direction or
    are we missing anything?
I will appreciate if any of you can provide any inputs.
    Please reply to me directly.

Thanks Avi -- I did have a JDK versioning problem when first deploying in OC4J 9.0.4 -- but when I used JDK1.4.1 things worked. The problem appears to be that some classes are present in several different JAR files in the JDev libraries. Can anyone tell me about the dependencies out there between these JAR files? I can run the application in JDeveloper's OC4J container but cannot get it to deploy on 9.0.4 standalone.
    1) I had this error for a bit... the problem was caused by bc4jmt.jar and mc4jct.jar in my MT deployment.

  • Error accessing Web Services afer a Push Activation

I am facing a strange problem when I try to access a web service after my Midlet is activated via Push Registry: when the stub is trying to invoke the web service, the device (the Wtk 2.2 emulator) asks the permission to use the airtime Internet and, after I press Yes, it does nothing.
When I try to invoke the web service via an user activated Midlet, this problem does not exist and the connection to the web service is established.
I'm using Sun Wtk 2.2, sun Web Services API and the Push Registry. The target devices will work on CLDC 1.1 and MIDP 2.0.
    Jorge

Weblogic does not have any such tool to call the web service hosted on remote machine.
However in order to drill down the issue, you can create a standalone class and try to access the remote web service from the same machine where the WLS is installed and the application is deployed.
If the standalone class can access the web service then this is the issue with the WLS configuration for sure.
    Thanks,

    Larry,
Of course there are instances of mistakes. What I was trying to communicate to the poster is that I am 100% certain that 2008 R2 is not supported. I've seen this mistake made at least once. The resolution is to redeploy FDM on a supported platform. That is the answer. If you call support, you will get the same answer. Wayne knows this because he used to work for support before joining our team.
If we seem inflexible on this point it is because we have taken the time to provide the answer and it seemingly is not an answer that the poster "likes" and continues to belabor the point.
Our intent is to help this issue get resolved sooner rather than later. By searching for a non supported work around, the poster is going to waste seemingly valuable time.
Hopefully that helps you appreciate our perspective.

    Hi Srinath,
I have checked that as well, it is showing the IPM_server in running mode.
Also it doesn't show any deployment failure in the command line. Here is what it shows:
    <May 20, 2013 10:32:51 AM IST> <Notice> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000332> <Started W
ebLogic Managed Server "IPM_server1" for domain "base_domain123" running in Deve
    lopment Mode>

    <May 20, 2013 10:32:52 AM IST> <Notice> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000360> <Server st
    arted in RUNNING mode>
I feel there is some issue as this log is suggesting:
####<May 20, 2013 10:32:53 AM IST> <Info> <WebService> <01hw311161> <IPM_server1> <[STANDBY] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <<anonymous>> <> <> <1369026173782> <BEA-220103> <Async web service support is not fully configured. The async response web service /AsyncResponseServiceSoap12Https for this server was not fully deployed because the JMS reliability queue was not defined/deployed: weblogic.wsee.DefaultQueue. The server will periodically retry completing the deploy for the service. This message can usually be ignored unless there are async web service applications. To completely disable async web service support, thus avoiding this message, set -Dweblogic.wsee.skip.async.response=true.>
But I don't know how to resolve it.
    Thanks

  • Following the upgrade to 34.0.5, I can no longer access web pages of our SAN, airco, vSphere Web Clients, etc. How can I correct this?

Following upgrade to 34.05, can no longer access web pages of the SAN management interface, the airco system, the vSphere Web Client, etc. All still work in Chrome.
The airco system gives an error:
Firefox cannot guarantee the safety of your data on 10.32.16.50 because it uses SSLv3, a broken security protocol.
    Advanced info: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap
The SAN management interface and vSphere Web Clients display an empty page. Not sure whether these also have problems due to SSLv3.
I understand you wanting to be cautious, but I seriously doubt I need to face an attack from our SAN. Please, at least give us an option to connect regardless.

hello, ssl 3.0 is disabled in firefox versions 34 & upwards by default - if you want to re-enable it you can do that like this which will make you vulnerable to the recently published poodle attack though:
enter '''about:config''' into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named '''security.tls.version.min'''. double-click it, change its value to '''0''' and restart the browser.

    Hi,
java.io.IOException: Unable to open connection to host "128.9.125.6:8000". Connection timed out: could be due to invalid address. first check it are you able to connect the WSNavigator. I think you are not able to connect the WSNavigator and are you able to see the WebService in WSNavigator?
    Procedure
To import a Web service model, proceed as follows:
           1.      Choose the context menu entry -
    Create Model on the -
Models node of the relevant component.
           2.      In the model wizard, choose Import Web Service Model followed by Next.
           3.      In the second wizard window, enter a model name and specify the package and source code directory. The name of the proxy package is created automatically when you specify the model package.
           4.      Select whether your Web service source is from a local server, is addressed using a URL, or whether it is a UDDI service.
           5.      If you select Local File System or URL, choosing Next will take you to the following window in which you enter a local WSDL URL or select one by choosing Browse.
           6.      If you selected the option UDDI or URL, choosing Next will take you to the following wizard window in which you either enter a WSDL URL of a UDDI service directly or select one by choosing UDDIu2026
Enter the WSDL description of the Web service in the Wsdl field u2013 for example, http://webservices.matlus.com/scripts/emailwebservice.dll/wsdl/IemailService for an e-mail service.
You do not need to make any entries in the next step, Proxy Definition / URI Package Mappings. Choose Finish to close the window.
           7.      Switch to the Package Explorer view, select the file lport1.lp in the directory \src\packages\<myPackage>\, and check the port entries.
    Hope this helps!!
    Regards
    Vijay

  • Server communications error in Sharepoint365/Access web app

I'm having a similar issue to this post using Office365 (academic). I have an
Access web app that was working fine until about 1 week ago when suddenly became very slow to start on a web browser, and then any changes I make in Access 2013 and then attempt to save results in a dialog box "Please wait while we attempt to save changes"
followed by "Please wait while we attempt to contact the server. Press Esc to quit". Finally, it sometimes fails with "An error occurred in the client while attempting to communicate with the server 'https://<url>.sharepoint.com/sites...
Please contact your system administrator of technical support". If I wait awhile and try again, it usually succeeds. If I try too quickly, then I get the dreaded " '_AppHomeForm' cannot be saved because someone else has made changes to it."
I end up having to discard changes and start over again.
I've already deleted the local cache to no avail.
Is anyone else experiencing similar problems? The other post indicated that the problem magically went away after awhile - I'm hoping for the same but it's been more than 1 week now.

Glad to hear that. If the problem came back, please feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help.

    Hi Sai,
Kindly make sure that you have JREE1.4.0 and  not above for  your  error.
Secondly, you are getting the first message because when you are closing your application by clicking onto the close at top, it doesnt log out your agent from the Webclient. The correct approach would be to close using the path Menu Bar> File> Close
The channels are not  available because you have not maintained the queues and channels for your system. The same is do be done in SAP Easy Acess> Webclient> Additional Settings. It is also available in the Best Practices C78.
The link for the same is
    http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/index.htm
    Hope this would help.
