Error in Formular with AND

Hello All
I have s simple Formula, which should split up values according to percenatges. This should only be done, if both fields are not zero. It seems to me, there is a problem with AND, as the routine works fine, if for example the percentages are 40% and 60%. But it does not work, if they are 100% and 0% or 0% and 100%. But why? It would understand it, if I would use OR but with and AND?
Thanks and best regards
Clemens
IF {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,A} <> 0  AND {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,B}  <> 0.
VALUE= {ZK_SALES, CUR,SORG,#} + {ZK_SALES, CUR,SORG,B} + {ZK_SALES, CUR,SORG,A}.
{ ZK_SALES, CUR,SORG,B} = VALUE * { ZK_PERC, # ,SORG,B} /100.
{ ZK_SALES, CUR,SORG,A} = VALUE* { ZK_PERC, # ,SORG,A} /100.
     {ZK_SALES,CUR,SORG, #} = 0.
ELSE.
ENDIF.

Hello
I guess that it is not working, because no data is writen into the cube when
{ZK_PERC,#,SORG,A} = 100 and {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,B} = 0
or the other way round. Whereas Data is writen into the cube, if for example
{ZK_PERC,#,SORG,A} = 30 and {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,B} = 70
I want the function to work if both {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,A} and {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,B} are not equal to zero.
The function works, if I tripple the if statement. The code now looks like this:
IF {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,A} "not equal" 0 AND {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,B} "not equal" 0.
IF {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,A} = 0 AND {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,B} = 100.
IF {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,A} = 100 AND {ZK_PERC,#,SORG,B} = 0.
But i doupt that this can be the only solution as it is not really clear and the second and third if statement are allready cuvered with the first if statement.
Thanks
Clemens

    Hey erinoneill24,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Sounds like you can't update your device. You don't mention an error that it gives you. Take a look at both of these articles to troubleshoot.
iPod displays "Use iTunes to restore" message

If you started your device in recovery mode by mistake, restart it to exit recovery mode. Or you can just wait—after 15 minutes the device will exit recovery mode by itself.
    Have a nice day,

You can never, never migrate an installed copy of PSE. It's just too complex and you can't get to all the bits and bobs.
First you will have to download and run this:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
which will not seem to do anything, but is necessary to break the links within PSE so that you can pitch the bits manually. Then you will have to go around, not only to applications, but also to your username>library>preferences and most importantly to the library at the top level of your hard drive>application support>adobe, and remove everything you can find. Spotlight will not help with this kind of search, so don't try that.
Then you can install PSE from scratch.

  • The way I deal with error message 1417, 1418 and 1428

Firstly, sorry for my poor English, but I would like to share with you my experience, and hope that it may helps you.
Since the release and update of iTunes 7, I have not faced any problem, but I heard a lot of articles from this forum about the errors 1417, 1418, 1428 and 50 etc. I could not make any suggestion and find a solution about it, all I could do is to copy some threads from some successful cases mentioned on this forum.
Until yesterday, I finally received a 4th Gen 20GB iPod (around 2 years old)from a friend and asked me whether I could fix it for him, which has been left untouched as a paper-weight for almost 2 months.
I tried to turn it on, and the screen was completed blank and the device looked dead. Before doing anything I prepared the following:-
    1. A window based PC
    2. A Mac computer
    3. An USB iPod cable
    4. A Firewire iPod cable
    5. An iPod AC charger
As the iPod was previously formatted on a PC, therefore I tried to plug it with a PC via USB cable, it did not response and not able to get recognized by the PC. I ejected the iPod and connected with an AC charger, after a few minutes, I did a Reset for the iPod
    How to reset iPod
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=61705
The iPod showed an Apple sign, it stuck there for almost a minute, the screen then showed a battery with an exclamation mark sign, and after a minute, the iPod turned off itself. I was sure that the iPod carried very low battery, and could not be charged by connecting it with any computer (both Mac and PC).
I decided to let it have a charge with an AC charger for a bit longer, after 10 minute I did the Reset again, this time a sign of folder with exclamation mark showed up after the Apple sign, and again could not get recognized by a computer.
I changed my mind, and put the iPod into disk mode
    Putting iPod into disk mode
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93651
Instead of connecting with a PC, I plug it with my Mac using a Firewire cable, it did not response, so I switched the cable to an USB, interestingly, the iPod got recognized and a window pop up indicating that the iPod needed to do a Restore. Therefore I clicked “Restore”, after a few seconds, an Error message pop-up with Error Message 1417, the sign that I have been waiting for quite sometime.
I ejected the iPod and the screen immediately showed a folder exclamation mark (a sign indicating a corrupted or a failure iPod OS). I am forced to put the iPod into disk mode again, connected with the Mac computer and open the Disk Utility
    1. Open the disk utility, hope your iPod appears there (left hand side), highlight it
    2. Go to Tab “Partition”, click either “Delete” or “Partition”, if fails, skip this step and go to 3
    3. Go to Tab “Erase” , choose Volume Format as “MAC OS Extended (Journaled), and click Erase, again if fails, skip it and go to 4
    4. Same as step 3, but open the “Security Options....” and choose “Zero Out Data” before click Erase. It will take 1 to 2 hours to complete.
    5. Eject your iPod and do a Reset
    6. Open the iTunes 7 and click “Restore”
It managed to complete the Restore process, and started to sync with the iTunes. However, it got stuck at the song no.238 from the total of 2000. I left it for an hour, but with no process, instead the iPod became “Hot” and the iTunes showed an Error message of 1428. I ejected the iPod from my Mac computer, the iPod’s screen turn to show the famous killer icon;“The Sad iPod“.
This time it was totally dead, even failed to put it into Disk Mode and non of the computer could recognize it. Sigh, I hated to do it but I knew that I must did the following:-
Holding the iPod in my Palm, and hitting it on a surface of a Sofa with 5 attempts.
Did not surprise me, the iPod turned on and it showed the Language Menu on the screen. So, I put it into Disk Mode and connected with my window PC.
The PC showed a sign and indicated that an USB device had been connected with it. I opened the iTunes and did a Restore there.
However, an Error Message 50 showed up, but I were not worried about it, connected it back with my Mac computer with it in Disk Mode. As expected the iTunes opened and allowed me to do a Restore there.
This time it managed to complete the process and a window of register pop up. After the completed the process, the iPod started to sync with the iTunes again, which finally managed to complete the process.
I left it connecting with the AC charger overnight. In the next morning, I switched it on and have a play with it, I am so glad as it is working like a charm.
From the above experience, I would like to share it with the user the following:-
    1. It always better to charge with an ac charger instead of the computer, as when an iPod carrying with very low battery, it may not able to get charge from a computer
    2. Try to connect the iPod with a computer, switching between USB and Firewire
    3. Try to format an iPod with HD problem, with a different kind of computer e.g. Mac or PC, as the formats are totally different, the way it formats may able to solve the bad sectors on the HD
    4. It may get better chance to get your iPod recognized, if you put it in Disk Mode
I hope the following works in your case as I did.

a pop up error message says itunes couldnt be configured
I'd like to have a closer look at that error message please.
Generate the error message again. While the error message box is open, hold down the Alt key and hit the PrtSc key. Paste the screenshot into an image file (using a program like Paint), and save the file.
Start a reply here and click the wee camera icon at the top of the reply window. Click "Choose file", browse to the image file, select the file and click "Open". Now click "Insert file" to insert the screenshot into the reply.

I was recently prompted to update my Itunes player to the latest version. I'm using Windows Vista. I was left with an error message MSVCR80.dll and consequently no new update. I uninstalled the old version and have tried to reinstall manually several times. No luck. Consequently I have no player.
    Any ideas for a fix?

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
    Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

  • IPad1 stuck in recovery mode with and ITunes cannot restore with an error code of 11?

I tried to update to IOS 4.3.4 today but now my iPad1 stuck in recovery mode with and ITunes cannot restore with an error code of 11?
(With the old discussion groups it was easy to see where other people had similar problems, these new groups seems clunky in comparison)

OK, fixed it by using SHIFT+RESTORE to load the iPad1,1_4.3.4_8K2_Restore.ipsw  file in directly from the
    C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPad Software Updates
    folder.
No idea why the upgrade to 4.3.3 failed in the first place and no idea why iTunes was not clever enough to just do it by itself when it detected that there was a problem in the first place.

  • Error while interacting with scanner acrobat 9.0 and windows 7 and user profile

After using Acrobat 9 for years I get a "Error while interacting with scanner". I have uninstalled and reinstalles the drivers for my Epson Expression 1600 scanner and still get the message. I did get it to work by changing to a differ window user account. Is there anyway correct the problem for the orginal user account.
    Thank you

    Using MSPaint works fine also,......................
As for the question as to whether the update broke I can't honestly remember, I know it worked finr with an old HP scanner I had but as to the version of Acrobat at that time I don;'t recall
Anyway getting fed up with this issue, I de-installed it, rebooted and re-installed.
Ver 9.0.0 says the scanner driver is not installed or connected
    Ver 9.2.0 says the same.
Ver 9.3.4 says error while interacting while interacting with scanner.........
The scanner works with MSPaint, its own driver and application.
What is wrong with this Adobe Acrobat Pro 9?

I have bought a 25Euro Itunes Card from Germany and i have a account which i made in Hong kong store, but everytime i try to redeem it, a error comes up with "This code must be redeemed in the German storefront" What do i do?

Sell the German iTunes card to someone who can use it in the German
AppStore and use the money to buy a card for the Hong Kong store.
iTunes cards are only valid in the country of original purchase. You cannot
use a German card in Hong Kong.

    @them,
I'm just a user like you who volunteers my time here. Your technical question requires the response from a support engineer.
I do sincerely think you'll get a better response by asking in the Downloading, Installing, Setup forum which I referenced in post #3. They have support engineers who monitor that forum for these kind of issues. This forum can only deal with general issues. Sorry.

Hi mnomi! Sorry to learn of the trouble you're running into with your new phone! Have you already switched the device via your My Verizon : http://vz.to/16lkVUY Once you have done this, and verify the sim card is inserted securely, the activation will begin. If the phone is stuck on the wheel and you cannot move forward, you may want to do an alternative reset. Please follow the below instructions:
    1) Ensure the device is powered off.
    2) Press and hold the Volume Down button (located on the right edge) until instructed to release in step 4.
    3) Press and hold the Power button (located on the top-right edge) until the device vibrates (approximately 2 seconds) then release.
    4) When the restore screen appears (exclamation mark), release the Volume Down button.
    5) From the restore screen, press then release the following keys to initiate the reset process:
    1. Volume Up button
    2. Volume Down button
    3. Power button
    4. Volume Down button
*Allow several minutes for the process to complete (rotating gears appear on the display to indicate that the reset is in progress).
If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know. Keep us posted if this resolves your concerns. Thanks!

Getting "error reading settings" with the service profile manager in Lion server OS. Why and what can I do to solve problem?

I have also had the 'Error reading settings' problem in Profile Manager, despite trying everything in the discussions and clean reinstalls (which work for a little while only).
It seems that various different fixes work for some people but not others; and the underlying cause of the problem has not been resolved.

    Hi
I followed this guy's instructions and it worked:
    http://evsiphone.blogspot.com/2009/05/iphone-iphone-could-not-be-restored.html
I did disable the security (AVG and Zone Alarm) when I tried on my own PC. My wife's laptop which eventually got it working also uses AVG and Zone Alarm but on an XP O/S whereas my PC is Vista - maybe this is why.
    Cheers for you help.

  • I need help with and Error PLEASE!!

Everytime i try to upgarde my itunes 6 to itunes 7 i get and Error Drive E:/ message and then i get a message saying The installer encountered errors before Itunes could be configured.
WHAT DO I DO? I NEED SERIOUS HELP HERE!

After installing iTunes 7, it tried to update my daughter's 20G wheel iPod but failed crashing the iPod. After the crash, my daughter got a 1418 error reporting the iPod could not be restored. An iPod salesman sold her a new iPod – blaming her for screwing up her iPod, so much for sales “experts.”
Her iPod problem was merely caused by upgrading to Apple’s iTunes to version 7 with its dysfunctional built-in updater (OS = Windows XP), not by anything to do with the iPod hardware.
The fix was to uninstall the iPod in Windows/Device Manager/disk Drives and rename the c:\program files\ipod\bin\ipodservice.resources folder – thereby disabling it - uninstall iTunes v. 7, reboot and install the last iPod updater, dated 6/2006. Then restore the iPod (wiping out everything) using the 6/2006 updater. Next, reinstall iTunes ver7.1, which will report all is well with the restored iPod. (Or, buy another iPod).
Also, if the “do not disconnect” iPod message is persistent, just go into My Computer and “eject” the iPod to clear the iPod error message.
