Error in SLD

Hi All,
Scenario: XI -> R/3 (ABAP proxy)
First question:
While doing SLDCHECK in R/3 , I am getting the following error:
Calling function LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM
Retrieving data from the SLD server...
No corresponding business system found
=> Check the SLD data content for the current system client
What are the checks need to be done for this?
Second question:
Where do we see logs after executing report SAI_CACHE_REFRESH since I am getting 2 errors.
Thanks

hi
i think you have to restart your j2ee engine and also check the CPIC parameter also.

    Please suggest me.

    Hi Kiran,
You need configure SLD and JCo destinations in your j2ee engine..
Check this [article |https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c0c1d495-048e-2b10-babd-924a136f56b5] to create the SLD and JCo destinations.

  • Regarding "Error  An SLD system has not been assigned to logical system "

    Hi all,
I am trying to connect SRM system to an XI system. All the settings are done (or I thought so). When I try to send a PO via XML/XI to the XI system in SRM Web UI, it gives me the following error:
    nformation  Processing BBP_PO_SEND_XML Is Started
Error  An SLD system has not been assigned to logical system
Error  Action could not be successfully executed
The backend systems are defined in spro. When I debugged the coding, I find that the right Logical system itself is not picked up - is there any thing missed out?
    Thanks,
    Vijay

    Hi,
    You should assign this here:
Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Technical Basic Settings -> Define Backend Systems.
Here you should fill the "System Landscape Directory Name" for the systems you have defined.

  • Error in SLD API in TCODE UKM_TRANSFER_ITEMS

    Hi all,
I´ve been requested from my functional team to check following error:
In an ECC (ECD instance, WAS ABAP but no WAS JAVA), in tcode UKM_TRANSFER_ITEMS, if I execute this with selecting the "Test run-no send" radio button, it works. But if i unselect this mark and execute again, it doesnt. An error message appears: 'Error in SLD API  Message no. LCR010'
This tcode should send credit info to PI 7.0 server (that is placed in another server, XID instance).
We are working on release 6 so the communication between PI and ECD does not need RFC dest (from the FSCM config guide) but do not know how the ECD is going to communicate with the SLD (that resides on the PI server) without it.
Could you please provide some guidelines in order to configure the connectivity between systems?
Does the ECD instance need to have a WAS JAVA stack to perform this communication?
    Has anybody found this error?
Thanks in advance and best regards,
    David

    Hi there,
Could you please give some support on this?
    Any help is appreciated.
    Best regards,

  • Template Installer from Java to BI error in SLD

    Hello Gurus,
I've install my BI system system (ABAP Only)  and my Portal system (Java Only). Now I'm running the template installer from http://host:53800/nwa.
I'm getting an error at the very first step "Test SLD connection:It was not possible to test the SLD system (SLD_HOST) with the user (SLD_ADMIN)  and its password ".
The anoying thing is, I can see that both system (BI & Portal) are registered in the SLD, when checking the "visual administrator -> "SID" -> Server xx -> Services -> Configuration adaptor -> CTC -> Propertysheet " I can see that the user is SLDDSUSER and and is pointing to the correct host & port.
In SM59 I've create the RFC pointing to the already created JCO.
In http://host:53800/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tcwdtools/Explorer, when running the test, I can see that is pointing to the SLD in the portal system and not my SLD.
I went trough OSS note 983156 and follow it.
Does anybody have any idea about this?
    Thanks & Regards
    Jaime Esteves

    Hello Jaime Esteves,
I have the same problem. Did you solve this issue?
    If yes, how?

  • Error when SLD administration called in portal environment

    Dear all,
When we open our SRM-MDM JAVA (PJ3) system, we get this error :
com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Exit-Plug must not be triggered with a URL when running in portal. Use portal navigation instead to navigate to another application!
I have found OSS Note 1450826.
In this OSS note, as solution, it is mentionned :
"If you need to call  the SLD functions, use the direct HTTP access to the SLD "http://<host>:<port>/sld".
    Question :
In a portal system, where do you change the property to have direct access "HTTP access ...." to the SLD ?
Data from SRM-MDM JAVA (PJ3) system are correctly sent to our Master SLD.
Our master SLD is running in our SOLMAN system (SOL).
Thanks in advance for your inputs.

    Hi Shravan,
This might be the problem if the user slduser hs got different password in visual admin and in abap backend system.Make sure that you have the same password at both the places. You can try testing you SLD in the visual admin whether you can send the data or not.
    Reward points if helpfull.

Where you assign the role depends on how you have setup your ume configuration - to the ABAP stack or have it managed in the Java stack
If its just a java stack configuration for user management page of the java stack
http://<servername>:50000/useradmin and give the user as many roles and permissions from there
otherwise its PFCG in the abap stack of your system

  • Download file fails with 404 error  in SLD export of business system

    Hi all,
We just upgraded to 2004s, and when I try to export BS to a file, I get a 404 resource does not exist error. I wanted to find out which service needs to be activated in either the J2EE stack or the abap stack to allow the download.
    thanks,
    chris

    Hi,
    1) Did you maintain Client, userid, password, and lang information in SICF transaction -> sap/xi/engine ? Double click on service and check whether you have entered correct information.
2)Access the trace file and search for traces with severity ERROR, WARNING or stack traces.
If we do not find an error in the log file or the error message does not explain the problem sufficiently, access the default Trace. The default trace file contains detailed messages for developers. Extract the relevant trace information e.g. using the time stamp or the message ID.
If this does not explain the problem in more detail, increase the trace level and reproduce the problem. Then restart message processing using the message display tool. Mark the message and select repeat.
    3)Check the Note-803145
    4) 404 is an HTTP response code that indicates that the resource in question could not be found. Usually this is due to an incorrect URL check all URLs.
5)The SOAP message that sent might not have an envelope.

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/c9/dc37520bdf4b48bb8f6d4329f073d5/frameset.htm
Further just check if te user id credentials you are inputting in SLD data supplier bridge configuration are valid. Check if the user id is not locked. Further check if the password is valid and finally if he has all SLD relevant authorizations.
If I rememeber you had posted a thread for a similar issue recently.
Please award points for useful info.

the "configuration" button in the runtime workbench gives the following error :
Unable to read XI domain from the SLD. Monitoring cannot therefore be configured. Error message: com.sap.aii.rwb.exceptions.BuildLandscapeException: Error during communication with System Landscape Directory: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access
which user is used for this connection and where is this definition done ?
    many thanks for your help
    hannes toefferl

    dear all
many thanks for your fast and helpful response .
    1) i can't see anything in the SLD log , because the user is not able to login to the SLD as you can see at the bottom of my first post.
    2) the domain entries in the SLD are done and also correct .
3)our SLD ist running on the productive XI system in the J2EE of the XI system . we use the ABAP UME of this XI system . there i can see , that the user "XIRWBUSER" is locked after several attempts . so it seems to me , that the password of this user is wrong .
now my questions : where can i change the user and password for this connection ?
    4) i get the error with SLD connection for all the other components as well (only in the runtime workbench) . the XI itself works fine.
    thank you
    hannes

  • Error while creating a track in CMS

    Hi all,
I am trying to create a track in CMS  using J2ee_ administrator. While saving I am getting the below error.
SLD (URL http://rhocrmd2:50000) server exception: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access.
The same error is coming while I save runtime systems or update cms or save domain.
J2ee_admin is assigned to nwdi.administrator group  which is assigned to nwdi.administrator role.
In security provider of visual administrator  I assigned the security role LcrInstanceWriterAll.
The same user I am using in SLD data supplier service in Visual admin.I am able to log into sld with j2ee_admin user and able to create Software component.
No idea why the above error is coming.
Any more permissions need to be given?
    Thanks and regards,
    Rajesh
