Error invoking a jpd from a proxy from Aqualogic

We run a proxy from Aqualogic(AL). This proxy invokes a jpd that resides in weblogic.
When the proxy is running, we get the following message:

We checked the log and we can see that the jpd ran successfully. Can anyone help us???

Did you design your proxy with request/response pattern. In that case if the JPD is request only, after a while ALSB is going to time out, waiting on the response.
Try to modify the QOS when invoking the ALSB business service. If you use QOS=exactly-once the http call is synchronous, if you use best-effort it will become asynchronous and you are unlikely to get any timeout.

Error invoking external WS from pl/sql ( 11i10 Appls DB)

I stuck when I'm trying to call a WebService from pl/sql. I get error : "...'Element' is an invalid node type. Line 6, position 7...."
what i did: Wrote a plsql, assembled envelop, body(hardcoded with xml data) etc and used utl_http functions to begin soap request. When i run this plsql, then i get above errror.
Question: Why did i get this error, especialy when I'm not using Element characters in my code ? Are there any specific java class or pl/sql pkgs that need to be installed in 11i10 DB (9.2.0.5.0) inorder for DB to be compatible in invoking a Webservice (SOAP over http)? If so,what are they and Doesn't these pkgs come when you install 11i10? Are there any preparations/setups that I need to do to DB to invoke WS from plsql?
Please guide me as this is the first time we are invoking a Webserivce from plsql

Yes, I have looked at WS Doc but it was Version 10g (9.0.4) where there is not much info. The newer version 10g Release 3 (10.1.3) has changed a lot :)
Just to jott here : The delta files from base 11i10 to jars needed by webservice are (min) 1. soap.jar, 2. dms.jar 3. servlet.jar
4. jssl-1_1.jar [Only if we are using SSL on both endpoints)

Error invoking Web Service from Web application in BEA

I have a web service wich run fine at bea weblogic.
If i invoke it from webapp in sunappserver no problem , from plain client no problem , from oc4j no problem, but if a invoke from same webapp from weblogic i get this error:

Can you provide the pl/sql function or the web service wsdl generated from it, so that we can try to reproduce it.
Also, in an earlier post, I saw a workaround of changing it so the function returned defined type as :
type ListCursor is ref cursor return ListRecord
You can also see if this works out if possible.

ERROR: Invoking BPEL PROCESS FROM ADF APP

hi guys ,
I have made a simple bpel process with invokes a webservice (This service only gets a string and returns the string).
I have tested this bpel process and web service it works fine. when tested with bpel console.
I copied the wsdl of bpel and created the datacontrol.
the problem is that when i hit start the process from ADF App. it raises the error

In a Toad SQL Window, when I execute the stored procedure that invokes the
java function, it executes successfully on the first attempt. When I try to
execute it again on the same SQL Window, it gives the above error. The java
class is part of a package and indirectly makes a JMS request-reply call
via other helper classes.
The same package works fine from other web containers and
unlike the Oracle JVM Aurora, the JVMs don't detect a deadlock.
Why does the Aurora throw an error?

Did you try issusing a commit and then trying again in Toad SQL Window?
The advice is to contact support:
ORA-29516: Aurora assertion failure: string
Cause: An internal error occurred in the Aurora module.
Action: Contact Oracle Worldwide Support.

It's recommended to use the same verison of client and service.

Invoking a Jws from a Jpd

Hi,
In my application , you can invoke a jpd from a jws without any problem. It has security and you have a pop up where you can type the user and the password. that 's work fine.
Now i need to invoke a jws from a jpd. The inverse invocation ;-). I keep the corresponding security tags in my files web.xml and weblogic.xml
The problem is that i get the following message when i tried to execute de jpd . As you will see, it fails when it try to invoke the jws .
Any idea of what could be happening??

In this case, the serviceControl has setUsername and setPassword method which will allow you to specify the username and password

I have created a web service proxy (with jdeveloper 10.1.3.2) to invoke my service on the ESB.

When i take a look in the esb console, there i can see, that the service was invoked, but it is signed with the error symbol (i'm writing data into a database and the lines to the database adapter a green, but the lines back are red. But it writes nothing into the database. If i klick on the test webservice button at the appserver, everything works fine).

In the ESB Control you can view the exception that's being thrown, is the PrivilegActionException the only stack trace you have?
Maybe you can have a look if the data that's returned from the db-adapter is interpreted correctly by the ESB? You're working with a Request/Reply ESB so you need to make sure that as well the input as the ouput that's returned by the Routing Service is properly defined.

1) Replace the RFC library
librfc32.dll
on the client PC with a current version.

Yes we have got the same error while invoking from SOAP UI.
But wsdl alone is opening through browser.
But when we try opening the endpoint url we are getting the above error.

I cannot find any specific reason due to the fact that the error seems randomic, sometimes the code is perfectly executed, sometimes not.
I wrote this piece of code in Excel 2010 and never encountered such problem before reusing it in Excel 2013

Invoking ALBPM Process from ALSB

Hi,
I am presently trying to invoke ALBPM(Oracle BPM) process by registering my process as webservice to ALSB (OSB). I am however not able to trigger my processes from ALSB. I have posted the steps followed. Please help me in figuring out the missing piece
a) Registered the ALBPM Process WSDL in ALSB by importing manually
b) Created a Business Service based on the WSDL
c) Created a Proxy Service based on the WSDL.
Invoked the "startSession" operation to generate the sessionID using ALSB test browser. ALSB receives an error response.
I was however able to generate my sessionID and also invoke my processes successfully by using any generic Soap client.
Please do help me in figuring out my missing steps.

Error invoking client Java Proxy

I have a scenario with Client Java Proxy in which a JSP gives call to the EJBs generated from the Message interface. Everything is deployed correctly and when I try to invoke the JSP, following error is reported in the defaultTrace file of J2EE engine.

Error getting JPR configuration from SLD. Exception: entityNotFound#
I found pointers to SAP Note # 809420 as a result of SDN search.
Has anybody faced similar situation?

Things worked after the business system was created in SLD.

Error when printing reports from forms in Linux

Im having an error when printing a report from a form. The problem is, only with certain forms. when printing a report (to PDF) from other forms, it prints with no problems. The oracle is 10g AS and operating system is Redhat AS 3.
