Error Loading WBS Hierarchy

All:
While trying to load WBS hierarchy, I am getting following error message.
"Node ID 00000432 starts an endless loop"
"Node ID 00000448 does not exists"
I am not able to find where do these hierarchies are maintained in SAP R/3 so that I can correct hese errors in source system. Any Idea?

Have you tried transaction code CJ20N?

  • Error loading Internal Hierarchy

I am trying to load internal Hierarchy in the order of - Region Code, Country Code, Representative Code.
I could complete the process but getting the below error finally when I check for successful data load from the file in to the BI system
@5C@     Value 'England' (hex. '45006E0067006C0061006E006400') of characteristic TS_CTRCD contains invalid characters     @35@
Can any one explain what the above error message means and possible fix.
    Thanks,

    Hi
I think you have some Extra permitted chars involved in the data. Try to See the same in the PSA and execute them for at Tcode RSKC.
See the blog for clear understanding about HEx Values.

  • Error when trying to extract WBS Hierarchy

    Any help appreciated.
Using BI7, when trying to extract the WBS Hierarchy from an R3 source system using DataSource 0WBS_ELEMT_WBSH_HIER during the extraction process the load fails with error "The level of the node ID 00041234 does not suit the lev of higher lev node"
The long text talks about Parent and Child nodes. I believe the numbers being stated, 00041234 etc refer to the Technical IDs shown within the Hierarchy Display within BI. I've checked table PRPS in Project Systems and I assumed the numbers represented WBS Elements - but they do not match when checking the descriptions. (BI to R3)
Checked on OSS and note 339453 may apply but Im not sure what to check / how to replicate. Based on the errors being reported in BI how can I identify the error in the R3 source system?
    Many Thanks

    Hi
looks like there is some inconsistency in hierchy data you are tring to laod.
Check hierarchy in r3 if its ok, if yes try deleting complete hierarchy and reloading it.
You may also chose to adjust it manually

  • Error while loading the Hierarchy to 0GLACCEXT

    Dear all ,
I am trying to load a hierarchy ZEM 1 that is manually created in R/3. when I am executing the Infopackage its showing an Error that
1.Record 8 :Node characteristic 0GL_ACCOUNT is not entered as hierarchy characteristic for 0GLACCEXT
2.Too many error records - update terminated
and what is the the concept of 0BAL_DPEND to be added as attribute to OGLACCEXT.
    Thanks

    Hi Dash ,
I am providing the long test for the error ...Also can you tell me how I should use 0BAL_DPEND field as an attribute of Hieararchy of 0GLACCEXT. Coz i am supposed to do this
    <u>Hierarchy for Characteristic 0GLACCEXT with Attribute 0BAL_DEPEND
The hierarchy for characteristic 0GLACCEXT is used as the financial statement version in BW queries. To technically enable the particular exception aggregation for contra items, the hierarchy table of characteristic 0GLACCEXT contains the attribute Balance-Dependency of a Hierarchy Node (technical name 0BAL_DEPEND).</u>
    The Long Error Message
    Diagnosis
The nodes NODEID = [00000194, 00001627 ] have the same node names
NODENAME = '10000000950090 '. This is not allowed because neither node
is a leaf and both nodes are assigned to the same characteristic
        0GL_ACCOUNT .
Note that a maximum of 50 characters is available for message variables.
The node name NODENAME = '10000000950090 ' might not be displayed in its
        full length.
    System Response
    Procedure
Try to localize the problem. If the hierarchy is loaded from an SAP
source system, you can check whether the extracted data is correct by
executing transaction RSA3 in the source system. If necessary, check if
the data is modified with a user exit. If the hierarchy is loaded from a
file, check the contents of this file. The problem might also be due to
an error in the transfer rules or in the transformation.
You can identify the two duplicate nodes from the values for the node ID
    NODEID = [00000194, 00001627 ].
The problem can be caused by identical nodes delivered more than once
from the source. It is also possible that incorrect values for
parameters such as the node name NODENAME or validity period [DATEFROM,
DATETO] are the cause of the problem.
First check if the value for node name NODENAME = '10000000950090 ' is
correct. The node name consists of the characteristic value for the
hierarchy basic characteristic and the characteristic values of all the
characteristics compounded to this characteristic. Errors creating the
node name often result in duplicate nodes. This problem also occurs if
the node names of all nodes are initial.
If the structure of the hierarchy is defined as time-dependent, the time
validity of a node can be restricted with the fields DATEFROM and
DATETO. Duplicate nodes generally do not occur if the validity intervals
of two nodes do not overlap in time. In this case check if the fields
DATEFROM and DATETO are correctly filled.
In this case the duplicate nodes are not leaves. If you want to reuse an
existing subtree at another location in the hierarchy, you can refer to
this subtree with a link node. Possibly one of the two duplicate nodes
were incorrectly not marked as link nodes.
    please Suggest What to do

    Hi...
    Thank you all for reply.
I have solved the problem. But this was not related to RSKC.
This was due to a material code DVD77ELR-D2 which was not created correctly. I have removed the hierarchy assigned to this material and marked it for deletion.
Now the hierarchy has been loaded perferctly.

    Hi Purshottam,
Check the technical names of the hierarchy nodes. They should not be same.
This issue is faced when technical names of the hierarchy nodes are same.
To solve this issue, modify the technical names of your hierarchy nodes and then try loading the hierarchy.

  • Impossible to search in WBS Hierarchy

    Hello,
We are using the standard WBS Hierarchy [WBSH] on master data 0WBS_ELEMT.  In Query Designer, when we want to perform a restriction of values on a particular WBS Hierarchy node, using Search fonctionnality in restrict menu, it is impossible to find any values. Can someone help on this issue? This kind of selection is perfectly working on Cost Centre or Cost Element hierarchies
    We are in BI 7.0
    Regards

    Hi,
Just check if the object is having that hierrachy loaded/maintained and activated. Load/Maintain and activate the same. Check this at object level first in RSA1/RSH1/RSD1. If everything is fine at object level then check in query designer.
All activated and loaded/maintained hierarchies can be viewed for that object in query designer. (When you are serching use the exact name which is being loaded/maintained at object level
    I hope it will help.

  • Loading 0account hierarchy fails

    Hello Gurus,
We recently upgraded to 7.0. We are having an issue while loading 0account hierarchy in Q and P systems using a flat file and we are able to load the same file in D system.
This is the error meassge in Q and P:
'Invalid entry, hierarchy 4AF5AVCDUA0077116VFCD does not exist'
Note: Before the upgrade we were able to load the same file  0account hierarchy in all systems.
    My trouble shooting findings are:
    In D:
TABLE /BI0/HACCOUNT has field NODENAME and its data element is RSNODENAME CHAR 32
    In Q and P:
TABLE /BI0/HACCOUNT has field NODENAME and its data element is RSSHNODENAME CHAR 60
Is this causing the issue or anything else ?
I appreciate your help and I promise right points.
    Cheers,

    HI Seenu !!
We faced similar troubles, and we resolve it before update the SP.  We are now on 7.0 and the level of sp is 16.
Could you check that first ?
If the level is the same then surelly there are any note for that and i could help you to find out.

This email is in regards with the issue you had been facing with Illustrator CC 2014.
While going through the installer logs, we found that there was an issue with the installation & the program installer had been denied access to several critical files & folders during installation.
This was the main reason for Illustrator crash as several critical components had not been installed properly.
We tried installing the program in a new user account & that worked.
Though the program has been installed properly now & is working in your old account, I will still strongly recommend you to get your computer user account repaired with a Windows 7 operating system diskette.
This is required so that you do not run into more trouble later while working with the Adobe Applications or even while installing other programs.
Avanish Divya was the final support person that successfully resolved my problems.
