    I am working with ASP.NET 2.0 and crystla reportXI release2.
    I am getting "Page Can not be Found " error when clicking on Crystal Report Viewer print icon.

This sounds like a postback issue. Does your application handle postback by putting the report in session?

FireFox keep saying "unexpected error" when trying to print web pages. The print preview works OK, but when you try to print that "unexpected error" jumps up.
Please email me on what to do to get FireFox to work.

In this case you can also close Firefox after spooling is over (usually much faster than direct printing), and printing will continue.
Also as a general case, if you have security software (antivirus, firewall etc.) installed, you can try deleting all existing instances of Firefox and its related processes/files in all the different configuration modules/areas of the security software like process monitoring, sub/spawned process control, virtualization, HIPS etc., in addition to the security software's main configuration panel. Instead create new fully allowed/trusted rules for Firefox + its related processes in all the different modules/panels - a genuine/original Firefox installer as well as all the installed EXEs (Application) and DLLs (Application extension) are digitally signed by Mozilla Corporation (right-click > Properties > Digital Signatures). Even otherwise, some security software may also ask again when Firefox and/or its sub processes are started, and you may be able to allow/trust at that time. Yeah I finally had to call Adobe and some there did a screen share with me and they took care of it. I am running OSX 10.9.3 my issue was that the latex OSX update didn't communicate with the app. Like I said Adobe did a screen share with me and fixed it for me I think he just uninstalled and reinstalled and I want to say thats what took care of it.

Yes, I can bring up the Paragraph Styles and the Character palettes with no document open, edit the [Basic Paragraph] style to change the font family, then open a blank document, and new text boxes will use that font.
I'm on a bit of a deadline right now, so I ended up uninstalling ID CS5 and reinstalling it. I can now successfully bring up the Edit menu and the right-click context menu both in a blank document and in the document I was working on before. I'm sure the problem will reappear again at some random point in the future, so I am still looking for fixes that don't involve reinstalling the app.
BTW, I have tried exporting my work document to IDML and re-importing it, but to no avail. I've also tried toggling Dynamic Spelling (past threads have suggested this as a possible fix), but also to no avail.
It would be really nice if Adobe products produced some sort of crash dump or bug report when this sort of thing happens...

Javascript preferences error when clicking insert

i tried looking around on the net however no solution i could see for this.
when i click insert in DW CS3 i get an error in "yy/scripts/preferences.js" error 3
i cannot see that file in my program files, how can i resolve this?

i gave this a go however it did not resolve the issue. still error when clicking insert. only started happening past few days. cant think of what has happened to make it do it.

Programs go not responding when clicking File - Print

When clicking File -> Print on Word, Adobe PDF reader and Internet Explorer (but works fine in Excel) the program goes not responding, eventually the print window loads, but goes very very slow from there on, regularly hanging. On Word and IE specifically,
a small box flashes up with a message and goes before I get a chance to read it.
I have tried repairing Office, virus scans, CCleaner, driver updates and reinstalls for printers, disabled no windows services. Nearly everything short of reinstalling windows.
Anyone got any ideas. This user has had a large number of problems in the past with Office.

I sorted the issue, really strange, but all i needed to do was select a default printer from the list of network printers as one wasnt selected already. Very very strange

Rundll32 error when trying to print in colour, or trying to change/configure print settings.

I just got a new Windows 8.1 computer. I could print fine for a few days with my HP CP1215 in color. Then I changed it default to grayscale, and when I went to change it back, it told me the driver is not installed. I reinstalled the driver, and went to Properties, and it says RUNDLL32 ERROR.
Then it says the driver isn't installed.
And then I start all over again.
Please help.

I understand you are getting a error when trying to open the printer properties on Win 8.1 after reinstalling the printer driver. I will be happy to help you.
If you are using the Windows built in driver then I would download and run the HP Color Laserjet Plug and Play Package. HP Color LaserJet CP1215 Printer Drivers.
If that doesn't work you could do a system restore back to when everything was working properly.
How to refresh, reset, or restore your PC.

Firefox becomes unresponsive (has timeout error) when trying to print very long webpages (e.g. 100 pages).

I need to print off one long webpage containing a whole load of customer invoices. For anything up to about 40 pages this is not a problem. However, if the webpage contains more pages Firefox is unable to cope.
While data is being sent to the printer a little green progress bar appears. This bar continues for a while and then stops. Some sort of timeout error appears (i can't remember the wording) and firefox becomes unresponsive. I have to start task manager in order to close Firefox.
I then have to open a different browser in order to print the long webpage.
Anyone know of any settings I can play with to fix this?

When i unistall and again install a fresh Crystal report for .Net 4.0 Its ok to generate only to pdf option when click to the print icon on crystal report viewer but in another computer it is promting the old fasion like "a dialog with many option" ,But if want to have a only option to generate only to pdf option what should i have to do when my project and crystal report is at Window server 2008 R2,Please suggest a requred answer?

Firefox will update in increments when you use such old versions. The best thing to do is to go to www.getfirefox.com, and download Firefox 19.0.2. This is going to be much faster than updating to 3.0.19, then to 3.6, then 12, then 19 (which is the current process).

How to print content of attachments in PDF when clicked on print.

if you have have a bunch of questions, you can have a div tag set up with nothing in it after each question where you can display the answer. then when you click on the answers in the child window, you can do this:
window.opener.document.getElementById('divName').innerHTML = 'the html/text to show';

Error WHen trying to print a crystal report

I am trying to print a system crystal report and it is giving me the following error: "Error during printing; ensure all parameters are defined". And it prints the first page, but none of the consecutive pages if there are more than 1. Is there some type of setting that needs to be set for printing?

Hmmmmm it says "page range" ALL. I was able to print fine until I created a new layout and saved it. THen I went to print it and got the error. But it seems I get the error when I print any crystal report in any DB. Is this a setting in crystal, SAP, or printer itself? I can print the second page if I toggle through to the second page on the crystal report view, and go to print, and put 2 next to pages feild. Otherwise it is set to print ALL, however it is not doing that.
