Hi RH,
Because of the time crunch I am not able to debug my system for your issue but I will tell you the steps how to find what required field is missing in your documet sent to your R/3 system.
In transaction SMQS deregistor your R/3 system by pressing the button "Deregistration" then create a BP in CRM and save the data. Come back to the transaction SMQS again select your R/3 system and press the button QRFC monitor. Here you will find the queue related to your. Double click on it twice and then press the button Debug LUV. You will reach to the R/3 system ( make sure that the RFC user is dialog user in R/3 system).
but the break point at the statement " call transaction" and press F8. Here you change the value of mode from "N" to "A" in debugger and then press F8 again. by doing this you will get the input screen. Just keep on pressing enter and the system will fill the values. Here you will find what is the required entry missing.
Do not forget to registor the R/3 system again in transaction SMQS once you are done with you debugging.
I have tried my best to explain the steps. If you get confused at any point of time do let me know.

  • Errors while creating customers in CRM 5.0

when i create a new customer in CRM and check SMW01, the bdoc is failed for that customer and I get an error saying "No batch input data for screen SAPLV02Z 0100"
any idea on why this is coming?
Long text: The transaction sent a screen that was not expected in the batch input session and which therefore could not be supplied with data.
    Possible reasons:
    1. The batch input session was created incorrectly. The sequence of screens was recordly incorrectly.
    2. The transaction behaves differently in background processing in a batch work process than when running in dialog (SY-BATCH is queried and changes the screen sequence).
    3. The transaction has undergone user-specific Customizing and therefore certain screens may be skipped or processed differently, according to the current user. If the person who created a batch input session is not the same as the person now processing it, this problem may occur frequently.
    regards
    RH

    Hi RH,
Again I am mentioning the steps to find what batch data is missing in the batch input screen.
You will reach to the R/3 system ( make sure that the RFC user is dialog user in R/3 system).
but the break point at the statement " <b>call transaction</b>" and press F8. Here you change the value of mode from "<b>N</b>" to "<b>A</b>" in debugger and then press F8 again. by doing this you will get the <b>batch input screen</b>. Just keep on pressing enter and the system will fill the values. Here you will find what is the required entry missing.
You have to debug the R/3 Inbound to find what batch input data is missing.

  • Error while creating a task for creating an generic task  /app/dac/CustomSQ

    Hi ,
I have created a sql file in DAC server /app/dac/CustomSQLs/ ,just to fire an update sql in database
In DAC task tab i have created a task with the following:
    Command for incremental load :/app/dac/CustomSQLs/DBNameBeforeLoad.sql
    Primary source :flatfileconnection
    target source:DBCONNECTION_OLAP
    Execution type:SQL FILE
    Task phase:GENERAL
I created subject area and assembled ,then created a Execution plan.
When i try to execute this EP ,it shows the following error in DAC log:

Does my above configuration is correct ..?

    verify the following settings:
    1. mapping of ECC plant and storage location and logical system number with the appropriate availability group code since this links the stock types in EWM to ECC org elements (SPRO -> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Goods movement)
    2. ensure the availability group configuration is correct (SPRO -> EWM -> GR Process -> Configure availability group for putaway) - check all applicable nodes in this configuration since the availability group code is assigned in the pertinent storage types

  • Error while creating "RETURNS" as ERP Sales transaction type

Description: We are getting error while creating ERP SLO type "Returns-ZRE". Message prompts as "Creation of ERP Transaction failed". We do not get the message for other order types for example "Standard order".
Please suggest. Please note that this is an ERP sales order in CRM UI not a CR< sales order.
    Thanks
    Shree

Is this only for a particular order type?
As stated above this can be to do with user authorisations or the trusted RFC set up. Some things to check are:
    - ST22 dumps in ECC
    - ST01 authorisation trace for the user in ECC
    - Trusted RFC connection set up

  • Error while creating new user in Oracle 11i EBS

I am getting following error while creating new user. How solve this issue?
“Unable to load java class % specified profile option SIGNON_PASSWORD_CUSTOM. Please verify that the class exists and that it implements the java interface oracle.apps.fnd.security.PasswordValidation”.

Following is the text from Note for Custom Password Validation logic:
Customers who wish to use their own password validation logic may do
so by writing their own Java classes that implement the
      oracle.apps.fnd.security.PasswordValidation Java interface.  The
interface requires 3 methods to be implemented:
      1) public boolean validate(String user, String password)
        - This method takes a username and password, and then returns true
or false, indicating whether the user's password is valid or invalid,
      respectively.
      2) public String getErrorStackMessageName()
        - This method returns the name of the message to display when the
user's password is deemed invalid (i.e., the validate() method returns
      false).
      3) public String getErrorStackApplicationName()
        - This method returns the application shortname for the
      aforementioned error message.
After writing the Java class to perform customized password
validation, the customer must then set the value of the profile option
SIGNON_PASSWORD_CUSTOM to be the full name of the class.  If, for
example, the name of the Java class is
oracle.apps.fnd.security.AppsPasswordValidation, then the value of the
      SIGNON_PASSWORD_CUSTOM profile option must be
      oracle.apps.fnd.security.AppsPasswordValidation.  Note that AOL/J
will attempt to load this class dynamically.  Hence it is necessary to
make the class accessible by AOL/J.  This means that in Forms, the
class must first be loaded into the database using the loadjava
      command.

    Hello Krishna,
Did you get a solution to this? I have the same dump message.
As a matter of fact, we already use ERP Sales Order and it works fine. But I have recently configured a new sales order document type, and the dump occurs only for this new Z order type.

In IS-U or IS-T, you are not permitted to allocate the role Contract Partner and a role from Financial Services (role category begins with 'FL' or 'TR') to a business partner. This is due a conflict with regard to the corresponding customers
    Procedure
Create another business partner as a duplicate.
    Please assist.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Vineet

    Hi,
The error prompts you that you can not create a business partner in financial roles (TR*, FL*) where a role of contract partner is already assigned to same partner.
Please refer SAP Note - 1123452 and 1564107.

  • Unable to create customers in ECC due to DEBITOR_BDCDATA

    Hi Gurus,
We have a requirement to create customers in ECC (ECC 6.0 EhP4) from CRM (CRM 7.0 SP4) Business Partners. The issue is BDoc is failing with error"Fill in required fields". I am posting in this forum as my issue is on the inbound/posting side of process.
    Analysis:
The data is getting posted via ALE where FM IDOC_INPUT_DEBITOR is called. On debugging I found that system is doing a BDC to transaction XD01 and the BDC screen sequence is generated by a function DEBITOR_BDCDATA. This function is not generating the screen data for mandatory address fields and hence this error.
On further analysis I found that system checks if you have central address management (BAS) active and if yes it skips that part of code which is responsible to generate screen sequence for address fields. This is due to that fact that system has already posted the address data and issued an address number before moving to FM DEBITOR_BDCDATA (ALE serialization where address should be posted before customer/vendor master data).
The serialization concept is fine to me however the issue is how do we generate the skipped address fields here to post the customer. I did find a BADI to implement custom screen data in internal table FT[] but I am not sure if I should use it as posting ECC customer is supposed to be a standard SAP behavior and there might be something I am missing here.
Has anyone tried this scenario before? Any ideas on this?
Thanks for looking into my thread.
    Cheers,
    Ankur

    Hello Ankyur,
very briefly thinking, if your bdoc do fails because a required field is not populated, this is logically because the field is not populated !!
Do populate it and this will solves your issue.
Yes the bDoc integration do insert the address data prior the virtual DEBMAS idoc gets processed. And yes, this address integration does not check any required fields.
This will be done during DEBMAS integration.
I would not recommand that you implement BAdI CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_BI for such purpose.
This should be solved eiither within CRM : CRM must ensure the data sent to ECC are correct and complete.
Or ECC, must have less fields mandatory.
In other words, both systems must have the same required fields
As an advise, do not implement DE_BALE event for such purpose, this will create more mess as this is integrated after address integration and before DEBMAS. It always results in errors...
    Hope this helped
