Error while signing a Photoshop extension

I am trying (for the first time) to sign an extension that I have:
java -jar ucf.jar -package -storetype PKCS12 -keystore FILENAME.p12 -storepass PASSWORD -tsa https://timestamp.geotrust.com/tsa Kwik2.zxp -C . .
However, I am getting the following error:

Any idea of what I may be missing?
Thanks a lot,
Alex

In my experiences, the UCF tool will choke if the project's full path contains any spaces (even if you only provide relative paths to the tool, like you do). For example:
"~/My Project/" (vs) "~/MyProject/"
Why, I have no idea.

    Sync NEVER works automatically. In a new FF session it always reports "Error While Signing In". If I try to connect manually I must go through the set-up dialogue and enter my Master Password etc and then it works (during that session).
    I have a Master Password defined.
    Sync doesn't prompt for that before trying to connect. So the connection fails and sync concludes that a set-up must be performed.
    Useless extension in current state.

    Hi,
    as per the error message is:
    "... The part /soap:Envelope/soap:Body was required to be signed by the policy with the transformations [], but the signature was not accepted. (Info: number of valid signatures: 1, number of accepted signer certificates: 0.) ..."
    I guess the cert. setup either on your side or the other system's side is not fully correct. Check whether all cert., priv keys and public keys are exchanged propperly and setup as trusted certs.

    Hello All,
    In my message mapping I need to call a web service to which I need to send a field value consist of SIGNED DATA.
    I am using SAP SSF API to read the certificate stored in NWA and Signing the Data as explained in
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/a4/d0201854fb6a4cb9545892b49d4851/frameset.htm,
    when I have tested using Test tab of message mapping  it is working fine and I am able to access the certificate Keystore of NWA(we have created a keystore view and keystore entry to store the certificate) and generate the signed data ,but when I test end to end scenario from ECC system,it is getting failed in mapping with the error
    ' Error while signing data - Private key or certificate of signer not availableu2019.
    Appreciate your expert help to resolve this issue urgently please.

    Hi Shivkuar,
    Could you please let me know how you were trying to achieve the XML signature.
    We have a requirement where we have to sign the XML document and need to generate the target document as following structure.
    <Signature>
         <SignedInfo>
             <CanonicalizationMethod />
             <SignatureMethod />
             <Reference>
                     <Transforms>
                     <DigestMethod>
                     <DigestValue>
             </Reference>
        <Reference /> etc.
      </SignedInfo>
      <SignatureValue />
      <KeyInfo />
      <Object>ACTUAL PAYLOAD</Object>
    </Signature>
    I am analyzing the possibility of using the approach that is given in the help sap link that you have posted above. Any inputs will be apprecited.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Sami.

  • Error while signing data-Private key or certificate of signer not available

    Hello All,
    I am new to PI.  I am currently stuck with an issue. The scenario is as explained below.
    We need to check for the service availability before processing the data. So, we test for the RFC connection first from the ECC system. During this process, we access the digital certificate stored in the PI system so that it can be validated and allowed to consume this intended service.
    Error :
    When we trigger the RFC test from the  ECC system, we get an error stating ' Error while signing data -  Private key or certificate of signer not available '. But when we test the same functionality within PI system(Locally), we does not encounter any such error. The certificate is maintained and it appears fine.
    The communication channels are stored with logon credentials.
    Can anyone please help me with this error or provide your valuable inputs. Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Shivkumar

    Hello,
    When we trigger the RFC test from the ECC system, we get an error stating ' Error while signing data - Private key or certificate of signer not available '.
    This should be normal behavior since the certificates are not installed in ECC SSL folders of Strust. Why not just install the certificates in the ECC system, perform an ICM restart and do a retest? After all, the certificates would both be the same in PI and ECC.
    Hope this helps,
    Mark

I have checked the first and name fields in my  default signature profile for any non-English characters but I am still  getting this error. I have also tested with a different signature  profile with same results. Please advise if there are

    'jarsigner' is not recognized as an internal or external command,This means that Windows could not find the jarsinger.exe. • [Solved] There is a yellow triangle at the bottom of the screen with the message "error while signing in"

    Firefox Sync has been working fine between my home computer, work computer and my Android phone but suddenly my home computer has recently stopped syncing. There is a yellow triangle at the bottom of the screen with the message "error while signing in". I have checked passwords and codes on all three devices and check the sync versions are the same. All where correct. I have reinstalled both firefox and sync. I have even tried setting up a new sync account with a different user name but still the same problem. My work computer and phone sync fine but my home computer gets the error. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me mad!

    I have now discovered that if I manually disconnect (Tools / Sync / Disconnect) and then sync it works but only once. I seem to be able to repeat this manual process indefinitely. I thought that this might give a better mind than mine a clue.

  • Error while signing a document using API

    Hello. I'm using API functions to add a digital signature to a PDF document. While signing this document, I receive an error which looks like:

    Caused By: ALC-DSS-303-014 Subject name and the subject alt name missing. (in the operation : getSignerName)
    My source code is a straight copy/paste from the SDK Help. I can successfully add an unsigned signature field using API call, but I can't sign it. I can also sign my document manually from Adobe Acrobat Professional using the same certificate.
    I'm new in LiveCycle and digital signatures, so it might be some obvious reason that I just can't detect now.
    Could anyone help me, please?

    I fixed it by installing Microsoft Identity extensions from command line, please find command line below.
    C:\Windows\System32>msiexec.exe /i "C:\SharePoint2013ServerFiles\prerequisiteinstallerfiles\MicrosoftIdentityExtensions-64.msi" /quiet /norestart
    Note: In the above command C:\SharePoint2013ServerFiles\prerequisiteinsTallerfiles is the path where I had downloaded all the prerequisites for SP2013
    This will install Microsoft Identity Extensions and creates registry entries, which will help the SharePoint 2013 Prerequisite installer to complete the setup

    Hi,
    According to your description, my understanding is that when you use the Front Server Extension to upload the files, it occur the error "Internal Server Error(500)".
    As in your another environment, it works fine, for a better troubleshooting, I suggest you can do as the followings:
    1. Using Fiddler to check the web request which occurs error to find the detailed error message and you can compare if there are something difference between the two environments.
    2. Check the Windows server event log to check if there are something error message in it.
    Here is a detailed article about troubleshooting solutions:
    how to solve Web Service call failed error

    as per the error message is:
