Errors during Flashback Table

Hi All,
We are in Oracle 10.2 and have 2 instances.
I am using Flash back feature using the query on instance 1:
flashback table tax to scn 1324411234
Then it throws thse errors:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000, instance dd20bserver:T1DM2 (2)
ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 3 with name "_SYSSMU3$" too small
I executed the same on instance 2. But then also the same error came.
We have undo tblspace of 5GB which is enough.
How to get rid of these errors?
Thanks,
Kishore

We are in Oracle 10.2 and have 2 instances. Is this a RAC environment? Why do you say these are two instances?
I am using Flash back feature using the query on
instance 1:
flashback table tax to scn 1324411234
When in time is located this scn? Is is relatively recent so undo segment can build up the consistent image it requires?. Check the value of UNDO_RETENTION to verify this.
I executed the same on instance 2. But then also the
same error came.It is valid to execute this query if you are talking about the same database.

  • MS05 transaction throws "SQL error: error during INSERT (table: &)"

    Hi Team,
I am a BASIS engineer on MM system. we have a strange problem from customers we see an error on the MS05 screen with "SQL error: error during INSERT (table: &)" and when the support team runs MS01 transaciton this error gets resolved.
What I would like to know is what could be the likely cause of this error and how we can prevent it.
When I check the SM21 logs i noticed one log with "Transaction cancellation 61 204 ( PLAF )"
and under additional document section is the log I see the below information
Usually, the reason for this error is that an entry already exists
    with the same key.
This problem can occur if the client was copied with the movement data
without adjusting the number range intervals.
Please check if the number ranges for this table have been set
correctly and, if necessary, correct the number range interval.
I am from BASIS and I have no clue in how the MM transactions are linked can any MM gurus help in identifying the root cause for this problem.
any help on this is highly appreciated
    thanks
    Vijay

    Hi
Are MS05 & MS01 you're referring is a T-code?. if so, then they are associated with planning and a PP consultant can give a more clear picture on it. Try posting this to a PP forum.
Based on the error log, i guess this may arise because of the number range problem, when the document is getting saved and record is being tried to inserted into a table.
    Thanks

  • ME 808: System error: error during update Table EKAB

    Hi,
Couple of years ago, during carve out, one of the contracts was deleted.
A PO created against that contract carries some open quantities. Now our purchasing wants to close this PO, either by changing the quantity to delivered quantity (delivered quantity is lesser than PO quantity), or by checking the delivery complete box. But they are not able to do so, as there was no contract number exists in the system table.
I propose to create a contract with the same number mentioned in the PO and then to change the quantity in the purchase req and PO. However now the system issues a dump error message "ME 808: System error: error during update Table EKAB".
Can anyone help how to resolve the issue?
    Any body had similar situation?
    Thanks for your help.
    Regards,
    Shiva

    Hi,
I am not sure how the external consultants deleted this contract during carve out.
Our division was bought out from another company and moved the data to our SAP system.
I checked the OSS and found note 922427 could resolve the issue.
    Thanks for your response.

  • System Error During Insert (Table KNMT SUBRC 4)

    Hi All,
I am getting a peculiar error when i try to update KNMT table using the FM RV_CUSTOMER_MATERIAL_UPDATE.
When i run it directly in debug mode, entries are getting created perfectly.
But when i run it through RFC, before the FM is executed itself, during validation, i am getting an error in the message queue stating "System Error During Insert (Table KNMT SUBRC 4).
I cheked that KNMT table is empty. Also i had deleted all entries using the standard transaction VD52.
I found that there is a certain FM RV_CUSTOMER_MATERIAL_UPDATE_C which is described as Posting program for customer-material info (CALL mode).
But i am not sure what this does. I cannot view the documentation in my system and also this FM does not have any parameters.
Kindly let me know if anyone has encountered an error like this... Please let me know of any suggestions for resolution.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Mz
P.S : The Functionality seems to work intermittently... though not when i want it.

    Hi,
The issue was that i was calling the function module RV_CUSTOMER_MATERIAL_UPDATE using an RFC.(ABAP Proxy) For some reason, while using an RFC, there is some issue with this function module and the database commit .
I had to recode using BDC (for transaction vd51) approach for creating a record in KNMT.
    Thanks All,

I tried that but no luck yet, also tried put all in a single line, but the same error. It doesn't something tricky here, but actual problem with package. "ddl_markers" is new to 11g and not much documentation is available on that.
Also setting ddl_markers=N removed 3 columns from Publisher table, and the effect of it on Subscriber's view is still a gray area,

  • External Table LKM: error during task interpretation

I've had this problem more than once now, using "LKM File to Oracle (EXTERNAL TABLE)". Before the interface can even run, I get an error, as if the script can't be output. When I had this problem previously, Oracle Support couldn't reproduce it (they certainly tried). I managed to work around it then, but now... this is getting problematic. Insight welcome.

  • ME 807: System error: error during insert in table KONV

    Hi,
I got the below error when creating PO using ME21N, what should I do?
ME 807: System error: error during insert in table KONV
    Thanks.

During the creation of Purchasing Orders the system displays the message "Error during insert in table KONV". The problem is solved and I would like to share the steps we use to solve the problem.
You can get details of the error in the Business Workplace (T-Code SBWP) or through the transaction SM13. The details of the error are:
    Function Module
    ME_CREATE_DOCUMENT
    Status
    Update was terminated
    Report
    LEINUU03
    Row
    167
    Message
ME807 System error: error during insert in table KONV
I applied the SAP Note 1610553 - BAPI_PO_CHANGE: Header conditions are not transferred which describes exactly the problem but it was not solved.
The solution was creating a new Purchasing Record and, before saving, remove all the conditions in Header level and save the document. After that, it's possible to create documents without problem.

  • Error during table access in SRM portal

    Hello Experts,
Recently we have upgraded the R/3 System 4.6C to ECC 6.0. We are trying to change the quantity of PO and order again in SRM 7.0 portal , but it is throwing an error 'Error during table access'. This happens only when we try to change the ordered PO and only after the R3 system is upgraded.I have checked across SDN forum before posting, but was not able to get relevant information.
Let me know if any configuration at the basis/functional level or any BADI needs to be checked, or if any OSS notes is there for ECC 6.0.
I checked two of them and it was not relevant to ECC.
Could you please help me in solving the issue?
    Thanks in Advance,
    M M Jaffer.

    Hi Mathweus,
the namespace seems to be standard SAP name space with pre delivered content. So i think you can not regenerate the proxy in the same namespace. you need to copy the data type, message type and service interface to custom SWCV and namespace and then regenerate the proxy.

Convert only the data you need. And the data you need is probably less than you think. For example, other than open invoices (invoices for which money is still owed), you probably don’t need to convert ANY old invoices. You may want to convert data on what was purchased (e.g., event registration, membership, product, etc.) but the actual details (e.g., payment type, payment date) are probably no longer significant.

Yes I executed this Report using Menu Tool Bar.
The first execution gave me some errors regarding some tables existing at database level but  not in DDIC. We ignored this errrors because those tables are not important.
But the last try, we decided solve this inconsistencies deleteting those tables at database level, repeting report RADUCNT (in this case no errors appeared) and repeting the export with the same error..
Now, we have seen in Tabscript STATUS of SPUMG there are some errors regarding DDNTF inconsistency found at table control. Reason 4.  But this reason means that faillback codepage missing at table control for this table. But as far I know, I can't fill failbak field for this kind of table...
So know I'm reseting SPUMG, and reestarting again..
But I don't understand what is the problem
In a few minutes I will you inform about results
Meanwhile is anybody have any suggestion or idea... please let me know
    Thanks!

    Hi,
There are no Inactive objects in the cube in DEV system. Also must of the changes I made in Test are already in the cube in TEST But the cube is not active.
SAP proposed that the cube be activated manually but is not a good procedure to activate in TEST system.
Error when resetting InfoCube ZCRUSDI02 to the active version

    Diagnosis
Errors arose when activating InfoCube ZCRUSDI02. An active version already existed before the activation.
    System Response
InfoCube ZCRUSDI02 could not be reset to the old active version. Since the generated objects no longer correspond to the old active version, they were reset to inactive.
    Procedure
The old active version of InfoCube ZCRUSDI02 can no longer be used. Remove the cause of the activation error and activate InfoCube ZCRUSDI02 anew.
