Errors in WML anchors

Sorry but my english is not very fine.(I'm spanish).
The problem is : When I want to do a link from a PTG Service to other PTG, It doesn't work fine. It returns me to the first service page. I invoke the first service from the Login Page and it works fine. It seem to be a problem with Real Devices, becouse emulators work fine. Any suggestions?

PAoid and PANavegacion (Input parameter).
I'm not workink with WIDL. I'm working with SQLAdapters and generating directly SimpleResults...

Error message: Page Anchor not found: 188 when exporting to ePub

I have been working on exporting a book from InDesign CC 2014 to reflowable ePub format. The book is about 250 pages long with numerous photographs, all of which are anchored objects. I am now able to export a good-looking ePub file, but I keep getting just this one error message, Page Anchor not found: 188, followed by the pathname for the file. I don't see a problem at page 188, but I'm not very experienced with InDesign. I have done several searches, and I'm not sure exactly what a "page anchor" is. Can anyone help me figure this out? Can I just ignore this error. Thanks.

I had similar problems which were resolved when I anchored images only within text with styles that would not be included in the TOC, and also made sure there were no blank paragraphs (unnecessary hard returns) with a style that would be included in the TOC. Hope that helps.

Hello! need help!
When installing the CS4 Premium suite on one of our company PC's we are getting this error right before it starts to install-
Error message: Adobe Anchor Service CS4
Error 1603
Fatal error during install
I have tried everything to get around it, with not luck. I have tried disabling everything running in the background, ran the cleanup script, I am an administrator on the PC so we have checked all the permission settings..registered and unregistered the windows installer, cleaned out the temp folder...
We are completely out of options at this point..has anyone else run into this issue?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I was facing the same issue and i have got the answer.
You have to follwo the mentioned below steps:
First check the Windows System Logs (Event Viewer -> Application), all it would tell you “Product: Adobe Anchor Service CS4 — Installation operation failed.”.
Basically you need to complete 2 simple steps.
1) Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility here:

2) Download, unzip, and run the Adobe Windows CS3 Cleanup Script (which relies on the Windows program mentioned above to run) here:
http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cs3clean.html
I only had to run level 3 of the cleanup script to make it work.
As I said before, even though the Cleanup Script says it’s for CS3, it did work for me in installing CS4 as well.
Note: This is something we should use with Win 32 not with Win 64.

i have developed a web dynpro application that simply renders textviews and buttons in a flowlayout.
its runing fine on IE .but when i am trying to access this application on blackberry similator its showing this error.

can any one help me on this problem , how can i dentified where is the problem.

Has anyone found a work around for named anchors not working in Safari?
For example:

That particular page fails the w3c validator: "This page is not Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!" Safari is one of the least forgiving of browsers for code that is not correctly written to standards. You might want to put your pages through the validator and look at the list of generated errors.
Named anchors do work in Safari, for example is this web site faq.

Error ITMS 9000 Fragment Identifier

Hello, I was trying to add the required sample to my iBook file and reupload it to the itunes store, however, after add my sample, I tried to redeliver it and received an error. ITMS-9000: "OPS/content1.xhtml(3): 'anchor-3': fragment identifier is not defined in 'OPS/content2.xhtml'" at Book (MZItmspBookPackage), it continued on with that same error except the anchor number continually going up (EX: anchor-4,anchor-5,anchor-6.....anchor-31). I've tried to adding everything, and I don't understand what the problem is, I've never had this problem, and I've uploaded and updated 4 books now to the itunes store.

After a few more hours at this, I can see why no one replied. The answer is, "You made some mistake and it is up to you to find it." I did, but I cannot tell you exactly what the mistake was. I made a copy and did as someone suggested, looking for all the text boxes that had plus signs. I found a few and corrected them. I did as Fabe suggested elsewhere and did Select All on each page. One thing that showed was that a lot of my image containers were larger than I had realized, extending well beyond the layout boundaries. I resized them all to fit within the boundaries. I also found a few other image problems. I then trashed my previous book and sample chapter files and saved both under a new name, and to my amazement it "delivered." I'm now waiting to buy a copy of my own book.

'No LiveCache anchor found'

Please reinitialize you planning area again so if any new char-combos exits getting regenerated again & data can upload properly.
I ve faced simillar problems so may times.

LiveCache anchor could not be found with the DP BOM

Hi Users,
I have a com error when trying to call up the child products in a planning book that is linked to a BOM POS.
I've chceked the CVC's and BOM information and this all appeard to be okay. I've created the TSO (without deleting the old one), run the consistency checks /SAPAPO/PSTRUCONS, /SAPAPO/TSCONS and /SAPAPO/OM17 but still no joy.
After running the consistency check for the TSO (with repair ticked) the are a lot of "No live cache anchors found" errors that don't get fixed. These appear to be all of the BOM products that error.
What other options do I have to create the livecache for these info objects. I'm REALLY stuck with this and would appreciate any help. I don't want to delete the TSO and loose data in livecache.

Take a look at the SAP "Manage Demand Planning in SAP APO (3.x) / mySAP SCM (4.x, 5.0)" Best Practice for Solution Management document.
It says
Adapt Time Series for New Characteristic Combinations with report
/SAPAPO/TS_LCM_PLOB_DELTA_SYNC. For example, if you create a new characteristic
combination without the option 'Create time series objects' (see transaction /SAPAPO/MC62),
you get the error u201CNo liveCache anchor foundu201D when selecting this characteristic combination.
In this case, execute report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_PLOB_DELTA_SYNC for the basis planning
object structure of the planning area. This creates the corresponding liveCache anchors and
liveCache time series for all planning areas that use this basis planning object structure and
for all versions of these planning areas for which time series objects already exist.
/SAPAPO/TS_REALIGNMENT cannot work without the liveCache anchors. So before
executing realignment (or if missing liveCache anchors are reported), run report
/SAPAPO/TS_LCM_PLOB_DELTA_SYNC. Mark the option display error log to get a log in
case of unsuccessful execution. See also SAP Notes 492399 and 573127.
If necessary, you can determine and repair inconsistencies for the planning area by executing
report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK and choosing the Repair option (see Maintenance
of DP Data Storage Structures). For details, see SAP Note 402046.
In another section it also says
Delete Time Series and Time Bucket Profiles having no liveCache Anchors with report
/SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG. This report is supplied with SAP Note 542946, SP 22 (for APO
3.0), and SP 10 (for APO 3.1) u2013 see SAP Note 425825. The report determines all liveCache
time series and time buckets profiles from a selected planning version that do not have any
'liveCache anchors', independently of planning areas. These objects do not refer to the
application data so they are not inconsistent, but they are unnecessary and consume
liveCache memory. It may be sufficient to run the report approximately once a month.
If you have selected the 'Repair' option, any such unnecessary objects are deleted.
Caution: When you run report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG, no other processes for a
planning area with key figures based on liveCache time series should be allowed to run with
the same planning version. Otherwise, liveCache objects that are still required by the other
parallel process may be recognized as unnecessary and even deleted. For this reason, we
recommend that you always run the report with the option 'Lock planning version'. In this case,
all planning areas that use the planning version to be checked are locked for the relevant
version. If you cannot activate the lock, report execution is interrupted and a list of system
users is displayed, showing users who have already set a change lock for the planning
version.
I dont know if this helps. But might be worth a try.

Suddenly can't merge any anchor points?

I am busy working on creating a big object with many split ways, you can compare it with the streets of NY or something,
Now the first 5-6 hours went great combining anchor points so it is one big object. However now suddenly Illustrator is giving me an error on mergin anchor points, i do them exactly the same as i did the first 5 to 6 hours?
How can i still merge anchor points, i can't find a solution because it got broken in the progress and not on the start like everyone else their problem with merging anchor points....

I apologize for the figure of speech (end of the line).
What I meant was: You can only join two paths end to end, by end Anchor Points.
It sounds as if you are trying to join the end point (or an inner point) of one path to an inner point of the other, like a road junction or a crossing, and that is impossible.
There can only be two segments from each Anchor Point.

C100 wap browser error

hi, i am a newbie developer trying to get my apps on samsung phone.
I am putting my jad and jar file on the webserver, put the .htaccess, upload a wml page that refers to the jad, but still can't get the application installed.

in my .htaccess, i have the following entry:

when I load the wml, everything's fine. But when I opened the link to gameSamsung.jad, it returns "error: no wml contents". I suppose that I don't want any wml contents downloaded but the jad and jar :)
Anyone have solution for this?

I finally solve my problem.
What I did is simple.. I have Windows XP Proffesional (2000 or NT will do), then I install and configure IIS Service to support the required MIME type.
which in my case is
text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor | extension: jad
application/java-archive | extension: jar
text/vnd.wap.wml | extension: wml
I then upload the jad, jar and the wml file to the home directory of my web server.
Then using the wap browser, I connect to http://myipaddress/index.wml
Actually this is the same step as the one that caused me problem in the first place. I dunno why it doesn't work in my hosting account, but it did work on my own server.
FYI, you can also do this by using Apache server on Linux (by editing httpd.conf, if you have root access), or probably on most web server.. I only tried it on IIS and Apache though.

Trial install fails on Vista 64

I wonder if anyone can help me? I was going to buy Premiere Pro as it is highly recommended by our media folk, but now am not sure. I can't get the trial version to install on Vista 64; the only message is "Setup has encountered an error. Contact product support". As if there were such a thing anymore.
I have disabled UAC, Defender, firewall, antivirus, spybot, and am running on an admin account with full privvies anyway... am I missing something obvious? Any suggestions welcome.

Seems to be a x64 problem, because I'm trying to install on the Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (RC1) and got a fairly same error message:
Adobe Anchor Service CS4
Error:
Error 1603.
Error 1402.
Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Components\C2A2A973-71FD-33D4-BB5A-610DE8420B9A\A4378161-7593-DDA4-1899-9F3767139 08A
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
I did some digging and actually got pointed in the right direction through Adobe Support where I found a technote on this subject.

By just following the instructions I found out that the regkey:C2A2A973-71FD-33D4-BB5A-610DE8420B9A is accessible but the value A4378161-7593-DDA4-1899-9F376713908A is protected by means of restricted permissions.
At step 8 or 9 of the Technote you do also have to set the Administrators permission in the tabs: Auditing and Effective Permissions.
You will also have to make Administrators the owner. Do not forget to check EVERY checkbox and after that press APPLY. Just pressing OK will not do the job.
And just to be sure, I also did a search in the registry on A4378161-7593-DDA4-1899-9F376713908A and found another hit. So I changed that one also with the account-permissions-method.
After making these thrilling changes in the registry (you DID take the advice in the technote to fost make a backup of the registry, didn't you?) I was able to delete the whole register-key.
After all this, I was able to install CS4 on my Windows 7 system with no problems of what so ever!!!
All in a nutshell: CS4 tried to make a change withing the registry of Windows but failed due to a write-protection on the users-account level.
I hope you all will have as much luck with this as I did.
If it works on Windows 7 x64 then it will also work on Windows Vista x64, because actually Win7 is a much better version of Vista.

Dreamweaver trial install fails

Hi not sure if i am posting in the correct place. I have
downloaded the Dreamweaver CS4 trial from the Adobe website. When
trying to install it extracts 100% and then a message pops up
saying " please check available space and write privledges on the
disk" I have 460gb free space, have cleared all temp files and am
running as admin. Please help! A quick google search showed this is
not uncommon however noone seems to have an answer other than run
as admin!! Please help. Thanks in advance! Also all uneccessary
startup items are disabled. Matt.

Anchor tag error, also copy and pasting text comes up "null"

After the recent update I am receiving anchor tag errors telling me to start with an alphabetic letter, which I was. Also no longer lets me copy and paste text onto a page, instead it says "null". Any ideas on a fix ?

I don't see a closing </body> tag in your code. There's an opening tag, but no closing tag, hence unbalanced.

Hperlinks to anchor error

When I create a hyperlink to an anchor in a webpage in Pages (08 or 09), the resulting link is an error because Pages substitutes a space for the # key. For example, to link to an anchor you type www.apple.com#macbook and it should take you to the section of the page with that anchor name. However, in Pages, it inserts "%23" for "#" Does anyone know a workaround for this?
When I export it as a PDF, I can go in with Adobe Acrobat Pro and correct it, but don't feel I should have to.

The workaround is to get Pages to enter the link into the Link Inspector URL field for you, as opposed to typing or pasting it into the Link Inspector URL field. For example:
1. Paste the link text into the body of the document
e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IWork#cite_note-0
2. Select the link text
3. In the Link Inspector, add a check to Enable as a hyperlink (URL is automatically populated)
4. With link still selected, type whatever text you want to represent the link, e.g. iWork
Now if you click the link, in this case the word iWork, it will honor the anchor.

Adobe Anchor Service CS4 Error 1612. The installation source for this product is not available.

I've been trying to install CS4 Design Premium, except that I got this message:

Error 1612. The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.
What is wrong and how do I fix it? I've installed this on my sister's laptop as well, but I've already uninstall it. Could this be the reason why?

The problem has nothing to do with the fact that you already installed the same software on your "sister's laptop as well." And although you have already uninstalled it (and hopefully deactivated it as well), please remember that this software is licensed for a single user! You and your sister cannot somehow share the license.
