Ethernet down on AP1142 (IT IS CONNECTED)

Hello everyone,
This is my 1st ever post to the community.
I have a weird problem.
The set-up is as follows.
WLC 5508 software version 7.0.116.0
DHCP server on windows 2008 R2 (works like a charm, invc. option 43, and 60)
As soon as I connect AP 1142 (the only model I have available) the AP gets an IP address from the DHCP, DHCP gives the controller IP address and AP is joined to the WLC.
But then funny things start to happen (one day after the joining process)
Whenever I come back the next day the AP is not appearing on the WLC (this is the case with 3-4 AP's different AP's)
Now, I consoled to the AP and I want to share the log with you. It seems that there is something wrong with the Ethernet port of the AP.

It says on RED that the ethernet link is down but just one day prior to that through the same port it joined the WLC.
As I've said it happens to all the AP's I connected so far.

Hello sandeepchoudhary21,
I figured it out that the port on the gigabit switch was set to Auto and since the AP has the Gb capability it established the communication on the same level (Gb).
Before Cisco Support Community approved my I did the changes as you proposed and works perfectly now.
It was killing me for few days now.
Thank you for you answer and thank you for your fast reply.
Just one small difference from your proposal.
AP ethernet port is configured through the WLC with command:
(Cisco Controller) config>ap ethernet duplex full speed 100 all
