Exchange apdu between two applets

Hi guys, I want to build a simple application that is compound of two applet. The first ciphers text with rsa and the second one decipher. My question is in wich way I could take the ciphers text and then, make a new Apdu that contain in the field data the ciphers text? I m currently using apdutool to send apdu to the applet.
I ve create the two applet with different AIDs.
Could somebody give some pointer to information for solve this question?
thanks in advance.

If your applets are under one package then both can use
public void processData (byte[] baBuffer, short sOffset, short sLength);Method which is org.globalplatform.Application interface.
Note that application itself implements shareable.
If you want them in separate packages create shareable interface and call decipher of second applet from first applets.
Store these results on second applet and then retrieve them by sending and APDU to that applet

    hi all,
i want to pass parameter between two applets. in other words, when user clicks the button; close the running applet, pass parameter to another applet and run another applet.
now i think that could be, ( creating a parameter table in database, when user click on button write parameters to table and stop active applet and run other applet. when other applet runs in init methot it takes parameter from table). but it will be very indirect way.
if you have an idea or information, plesae tell me.

I would like to EXCHANGE SUBPARITION A.S1A1 with B.S1B1, and S2A1 with S2B1 and S1A2 with S1B2 ...so on. Which means, how do I exchange subpartitions between two similar tables?
The following statement does not work...
ALTER TABLE A EXCHANGE SUBPARTITION S1A1

    Apu,
It's possible to share between two computers but not two iPods, change the settings for the pod to manual > Edit > Preferences > iPod.

  • How exchange messages between two user-bean instances?

    Hi,
I would like to let several user to log-in my web site (I'm using tomcat) and then let them exchange some messages until they are logged-in. Is there a way using JSF?
I was thinking about implementing a list of messages inside each user-bean. The user should know that other users are logged-in, that could be listed in a table, and click on its name. I would like that the click action create an item in the list valiable of the selected user. Is that possible using JSF? I didn't find any of such kind of communication between two user-bean instances.
Do you have any hints? Is that the right way or is there other possibilities?
    Thanks

You could get hold of a map of sessions in the application scope. Make use of HttpSessionListener to add/remove sessions to/from the map.
JSF is just another component based MVC framework on top of JSP/Servlet. Everything which you can do in JSP/Servlet is just still possible. You only need to understand how JSF works under the hood.

  • How to exchange data between two web application (servlet)

    Hello, all,
I have two servlets: SerlvetA and ServletB, they are deployed as web appA and appB in the same web container(tomcat)
How ServletA exchange data with ServletB?
    I have tried follow methods:
    1) appA and appB could not share HttpSession, so I could not transfer data through session
    2) I write a new sigleton java class called AppBroker, servletA get AppBroker's instance, and set some data into the it. ServletB could not get the same instance of the AppBroker, because the appA and appB use different class loader.
    tell me how to?

    thanks reply, but
    1. static class can not solve the problem, it is same
as my sigleton class method, as different web app use
different class loaderhmm... at least in tomcat this seems not be true since i can use static classes in one webapp that are available in another web app on the same host/servlet runner.
Maybe if you build your own classloader than the "scope" of the static class is limited to that classloader (for my understanding this shouldn't be the case since i think it depends on the instance of the jvm and not of the classloader..?!).
    2. rmi and object serialization are too expensive!
I am working on how to use jndi to solve this problem.
And I think this maybe a Sevlet specification's
shortcoming: maybe a Local Method as EJB local
interface need been introduced into servlet spec.
could you suggestion other methods?none at the moment. i guess the basic methods are listed.
Maybe there's just one left, a really ugly one. Depending on what kind of data and how often you have to exchange you could think of building a file-based queue, i.e. a dir where you drop files in an read out from the other web app (maybe based on a file/directory listener). But this would only be an appropriate way to go for kind of email and messaging systems i guess...

  • Exchange data between two tables

    Hi
    oracle 10.2
I have following case. One table which is reloaded on daily basis named DELTA. Second table DELTAH i want to use as the store of DELTA's previous loads.
Before every load of DELTA i want put data from it to DELTAH.
DELTA is partitioned by list by column f1 with three partitions. DELTAH is partitioned by list by job_id, where job_id is load identifier. DELTA and DELTAH have same columns.
I wanted to do something like exchange partition to fill DELTAH with DELTA data. But with the given structure i can't use exchange partition.
    Now i can
    1. Change partitioning of DELTAH to range-list, so it has range partitions by job_id and list subpartitions by f1 (like in DELTA). So i can exchange partitions of DELTA with subpartitions of DELTAH.
But i don't like this, because all these actions have to go in procedure and job_id can be arbitrary value. With arbitrary value i have either add or split partitions, whereas with list partitions i can only add them.
    2. Do insert\select. But it is long time, i think.
    Any other options?
May be i missed something, but i didn't get why Oracle has option to switch data between partition and table, but has no option to do it between table and table.

    (b) have you any locally partitioned indexes in this DELTAH table?
    (c) have you any triggers or integrity constraints in your DELTAH
    (d) are you deleting from DELTAH (or you will never delete from DELTAH)?
If the anwer to (a) is yes then you can user insert into DELTAH partition (the_exact_partition) select....
If the answer to (b) is yes and those indexes are not policing a primary key or a unique key then you can set the corresponding partition indexes into an unusable state and rebuild those
    specific partitions after the load
If the answer to both (c) and (d) is no, then I would suggest finally to do
insert /*+ append */ into DELTAH partition (the_exact_partition)

  • Automatic Distribution of Exchange Rates between two Systems

My requirement is to Automatically Update Exchange Rate in ECC 6.0. The Exchange Rates are Maintained in 4.6 C System.
I am Currently Using program RFALEX00 in 4.6C system to Create IDOCS and Transfer it to ECC 6.0
Similarly i am Using ExchangeRate BAPI for the Inbound Process in ECC 6.0.
Now my Problem is this Change Pointers is Not Activated for Transfer of Exchange Rate. If some one Knows How to Activate change pointers for Exchange rate please let me know.
I also tried Executing RSIMPCURR and RSIMPCURT but it’s giving me a Dump.
I Donot know what are the Purpose of RSIMPCURR and RSIMPCURT. If Some one can explain this it would be great.
The Dump is due to this FM in the Program.

Incase if someone has worked on a similar problem please help.
    Thanks,
    Mithun.

    Hi..
These are the Steps to configure Change pointers for any master data.
In your Case you have to use the Message type of Exchange Rates.
    Steps:
First of All you have to Create the Basic ALE configurations like Port, Partner profiles etc.
These are the Steps to Cofigure Change pointers:
Tcode : BD61 - This will Activate the Change pointers Generally
Here you select the Check box
    <b>   Activate Change pointers Generally</b>
Tcode BD50 : Activate Change pointers for individual Message types
Flag the Check box for ur Message types.
      Material - MATMAS
      Vendor - CREMAS
Now you have to Schedule the Report RBDMIDOC periodically to pocess Change pointers and Send the IDOCs.
So wheneven you change a material or Vendor the Idocs has to be generated and distributed.

OK. You will need to make sure the ip addresses you assign to your vms are in the same subnet as the adapter create by the installation of vmware. Once you get the fundamental network setup fixed, you can treat these vms just like any machine in your data center. Forget the vm console and access them exactly like you would any remote server -- putty for the linux machine and Windows Remote Desktop for the Windows machine.
At a command prompt on the host, issue this:
c:> ipconfig -allYou will get back info on several net adapters, two of which are identified as being with vmware -- vmNet1 and vmNet8. Note the IP addresses of both. We'll need it later.
You will also need to know how you configured the network adapters on your vm's -- NAT, bridged, hostonly, ???
Note that these issues are out of scope for this forum. I don't mind helping, but I no longer have a vmware installation to reference details.
What have you actually tried to do? ( Data Transfer )I tried to exchange data from windows database  to linux DB
That's pretty vague. Exactly how did you try to "exchange data"? A sql statement using a db_link? export/import? Carrier Pigeon?

    Where are you stuck?
I don't know ,  how to configure ip and necessary information  for windows database.
Configuring an IP address is purely an OS admin issue and is out of scope for this database forum.

  • How to exchange data between loops?

why can't I exchange data between loops? it is esiest explained by looking at the attached example......... hope you can help me out!

Falkpl covered all bases for parallel loops that both run at the same time. This was probably the spirit of the original question even without seeing the diagram.
    Steve.Briggs wrote:
The easiest way to exchange data between loops is to simply wire the data going in.
A wire creates a data dependency between the two loops. Dataflow dictates that a diagram object will (1) start executing once all inputs contain data and (2) will only produce data on the outputs once the entire object has finished.
This means in practical terms that if there is a wire going from loop A (output tunnel) to loop B (input tunnel), Loop B must wait until loop A has finished. If you have wires going from loop A to B AND back from loop B to A you create a deadlock and broken code. You cannot "exchange" data between two parallel loops using wires.

  • How to share/exchange songs from two iPods?

    Hi,
I would like to know of a way(s) to share/exchange songs between two iPods.
    Thanks,
    Apu

Easiest way is to connect the "other" ipod to your computer, put the music CD into the computer and import the songs to the "other" ipod.
iPods are intended to be used to receive music from iTunes so you will probably need to switch your ipod to manual udate to work with two.

  • Configuring SMTP Namespace Sharing between two Exchange Forests on the same LAN

Hi guys, really hoping that someone can help me with configuring SMTP Namespace Sharing between two Exchange Forests on the same LAN.
Basically, I have created a new forest and installed a new exchange organisation in this forest.  Both forests are located on the same IP subnet and a two way trust has been created between the forests.  Federated sharing has also been configured.
I can use ADMT to migrate the user and computer accounts to the new forest and also migrate test mailboxes over.  Ideally, I want to be able to do the mailbox migrations in stages so will need to be able to have mail flowing between the two forests.
I have read over the following article (http://ibrahimnore.wordpress.com/2012/09/06/configuring-smtp-namespace-sharing-between-two-exchange-forests-part-2/)
which is good but it's demonstrating over the internet, can anybody advise how this can be achieved on the local LAN?
    Any help greatly appreciated :-)

    Hi Gilliano,
Thanks for correct link. I must say this is a very good article indeed, I read the entire article and if you go to the 3rd part of this article, please note the text "DOMAINC.COM is configured as Internal Relay Accepted Domain on both the domains"
This is exactly what I asked you to check. Personally, I understand the method described in this article will work but its very complex to manage and administer, while the easiest option is to configure internal relay at the first place and no need to make
so many DNS changes and customizations to your environment.
The solution really depends on what your requirement is - Since you mentioned that you are migrating stuff over from source to destination - I feel this article is too complex for your situation and not really worth (for your requirement). The setup described
in the article is an excellent choice if you are planning to keep both forests alive for longer duration due to several reasons like compliance or company mergers and so on...
please let me know if my explanation is not clear enough.. we can even even have a one-on-one email conversation too!
    All the best!
Please mark as helpful if you find my contribution useful or as an answer if it does answer your question. Regards, Siva

  • Need to know how to calculate and allocate the server side bandwidth between two exchange sites for DAG replication

    Hi All,
Please have a look in to the below mentioned environment.
    primary site :SITE 1
    server 1
    server 2
    secondary site :SITE 2
    server 3
Note : All the above three servers are in single DAG .All the database are mounted on the server (server 1) which is located in the primary site (I.E SITE 1).
On that 5 databases we are having 3500 users .Based on the user designation we have allocated the mailbox size.
Query : Each and every day we are having the large no copy queue length for all the five databases to the server located in SITE 2.
Please help me out on this and also tell me is there any tool available to exactly get the required bandwidth for the exchange servers located between the active directory sites.
    Thanks & Regards S.Nithyanandham

I don't know of any tool that can calculate things for you but latency is the biggest thing you have to worry about. The other issues is looking at the network gear between the 2 sites. I have seen many times were switches get maxed out if they are set to
1 GB or even ports getting maxed out and need to bonded for more throughput. Test your latency from the edge of each site then test it within to see if there is a difference.
Regardless of their geographic location relative to other DAG members, each member of the DAG must have round trip network latency no greater than 500 milliseconds between each other member.
As the round trip latency between two Mailbox servers hosting copies of a database increases, the potential for replication not being up to date also increases. Regardless of the latency of the solution, customers should validate that the networks between
all DAG members is capable of satisfying the data protection and availability goals of the deployment. Configurations with higher latency values may require special tuning of DAG, replication, and network parameters, such as increasing the number of databases
or decreasing the number of mailboxes per database, to achieve the desired goals.
Round trip latency requirements may not be the most stringent network bandwidth and latency requirement for a multi-datacenter configuration. You must evaluate the total network load, which
includes client access, Active Directory, transport, continuous replication, and other application traffic, to determine the necessary network requirements for your environment.

  • Managed bean/Data exchange between two ADF Rich Faces based applications

    Hi,
I have been trying to research what seems to be a small issue. My requirements are as follows.
    1. I need to be able to pass managed bean information from one ADF Rich Faces based application to another (in two separate ears) at runtime (e.g. from Ear1: SenderApp/Sender.jspx -> Ear2: ReceiverApp/Receiver.jspx).
    2. I do not want to use the database as my applications need to be performant.
    3. Serialization/de-serialization would fall pretty much under the database category. In other words, I like to avoid Serialization/de-serialization of the managed bean.
    4. I cannot use query string due to security issues.
    My question is as follows:
    1. Is there any standard/architecture/best practices for data exchange of backing beans or other forms between two ADF Rich Faces based apps (in two separate ears)?
    2. Has someone found anything similar to an applicationScope that works across applications?
    I would appreciate any ideas.
    Thanks very much,

    Hi,
its not an ADF Faces problem, but not possible in Java EE. You can however fallback to vendor specific implementations like in WLS. From the WebLogic documentation : http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs103/webapp/sessions.html
Enabling Web applications to share the same session*
By default, Web applications do not share the same session. If you would like Web applications to share the same session, you can configure the session descriptor at the application level in the weblogic-application.xml deployment descriptor. To enable Web applications to share the same session, set the sharing-enabled attribute in the session descriptor to true in the weblogic-application.xml deployment descriptor. See “sharing-enabled” in session-descriptor.
The session descriptor configuration that you specify at the application level overrides any session descriptor configuration that you specify at the Web application level for all of the Web applications in the application. If you set the sharing-enabled attribute to true at the Web application level, it will be ignored.
All Web applications in an application are automatically started using the same session instance if you specify the session descriptor in the weblogic-application.xml deployment descriptor and set the sharing-enabled attribute to true as in the following example:
    +<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>+
    +<weblogic-application xmlns="http://www.bea.com/ns/weblogic/90";;>+
    +...+
    <session-descriptor>
    +<persistent-store-type>memory</persistent-store-type>+
    +<sharing-enabled>true</sharing-enabled>+
    +...+
    +</session-descriptor>+
    +...+
    +</weblogic-application>+
