expiration time has passed for the link used to download an ebook? I checked the time, date and time zone. Plus I am trying to do this on three different devices that are registered and which I used in the past with the reader app- iPhone, iPad, laptop. there is no firewall or antivirus . please help. I don't know what else to try
OK I finally was able to delete it...had to do a restart to finlaize deletion, but the app was gone after. And have re-installed it with my current apple id.

Already purchased season pass for "The Flash" unavailable to download.
Recently purchased the season pass for "The Flash". Episode 1, the trailer and the "On the Set" for episode two have all automatically downloaded to my desktop. Wondered why episode two didn't download as well, so I went to the iTunes store and see a price tagged slapped over episode two, as if I haven't purchased the season pass. Click Report a Problem under the item you're having a problem with.
Enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.

Select your problem from the Choose Problem menu.
Follow the onscreen instructions. You might be asked to describe the problem in a text field.

When I downloaded PhotoShop CC to my iMac it was suppose to include Lightroom. Lightroom was already running as a free trial. Now the trial has expired and PSCC asks for the Lightroom serial number. What to do?
Lets clear a couple of things up first.
1, You have the Photographers CC subscription which gives you access to PSCC and the current version of Lightroom.
2. PSCC does not include Lightroom.
Now what you will need to do is delete the Lightroom app on your iMac and restart the Mac. Then you can d/load Lightroom from the CC app. -
My macbook pro retina 2014 has crashed for the 2nd time in 2 mo
My macbook pro retina 2014 has crashed for the 2nd time in 2 months. Can't get past the gray/apple screen. The first time the genius bar tried all the different tricks to get it to boot all the way through, but in the end had to reinstall mavericks. They said there weren't any indications of it being a hardware issue after running diagnostics. The only possible reason is that it has something to do with some ProTools 10 plugins which I had downloaded in both occasions less than a week before. I don't believe that would be the issue and I'm guessing it's a hardware issue at this point. It's still under a factory warranty, so I'm not too concerned. Thoughts?

If no success, try booting into the recovery partition and select Disk Utility from the 4 option menu.

I have a networked HP L7780 all in one printer and I can not get it to fax through my Macbook Pro. I have downloaded all the drivers and it has passed all the tests. Every time I try to fax it shows the job paused. I can manually send and receive faxes but I can not do it through the computer.
Try deleting the printer, deleting the job queue and reinstalling the printer again.

it used to be that when I created a pdf from a word or publisher document, hyperlinks worked fine. Now I cannot get them to work unless the text displayed for the link is the complete address and it all appears on one line. Why?
You can print to the Adobe PDF printer, but that only creates links that Acrobat or Reader recognize as such. That is the reason for needing the entire URL on one line. It is not actually an embedded link, but one created by Acrobat on the fly. With OFFICE 2013 you have two choices: 1. create the PDF with the print to Adobe PDF and then add the links in Acrobat so that they are complete or 2. I think the WORD save as PDF or XPS will create the PDF with links, but not sure. If so, that would be the quickest solution for you, but be aware of potential problems with the MS plugin.
Of course, the third option is to upgrade to XI which can be done with AA 9. You will probably not be eligible for a for an upgrade to whatever the next version will be. -
I have bought a Season pass for The Big Bang Theory. I have downloaded alle recent Epiodes without any Problems. But now... i can't download the latest Version for free. Itunes doesn't recognize my Season pass and let's me buy it again. Whats going? Do I miss something?

I have an Airport Extreme Base Station and have recently upgraded to Mountain Lion. Now airport utility won't work with my base station so I bought a Time Capsule. For the life of me I can't make the substitution work and only see a blinking amber light. Can anyone who has made this change offer some advice?

Resetting the password you will need to do for each device... the utility cannot even see those old units.
So you will have to do it for each one.. think it through.. because as you change passwords the others will lose connection.. so start from the express which are wireless extending .. change those first.. and go back up the chain.. as each one changes it will drop off the network.. until you reach extreme and change that. Then you might need to reboot the whole network to get everything talking again. If something goes wrong.. just pluck that one out of the mix and plug in ethernet.. reset and redo the setup. That is my preferred method anyway.. do everything in isolation one by one. By ethernet and then nothing goes wrong.

You cannot partition a network disk. And apple provided no tools for it in the TC itself. You can pull the disk out and partition it but that voids your warranty. (although done with care who is to know).

Mixing TM and data on the TC is worth planning carefully. They don't necessarily sit happily together. -
When I try to convert my .pdf to Word, I get a sidebar that has fields for: the name of my pdf file, the type of file I want to convert to (In my case, Word), and a button that says "Convert". My problem is that the "convert to" field isn't active. I can see the words "Microsoft Word" in pale gray, but when I click on the field, nothing happens.

ast computer i was able to make 3 profiles and run 3 windows. each time it asked for the profile when i wanted to start each window. how can i set that up again
last time some1 set it up for me. i would only have 1 shortcut on my desktop. everytime i clicked on it, it would ask me which profile i wanted. even if i had 1 or 2 of the others open it would still ask me which profile i wanted to open. i want to be able to do it that way again.
yes i already set up the 3 profiles. but once i open up the one profile, and click on the short cut to open another, it just opens a brwser window with the profile in use. so i could open 10 windows, its only 1 profile, the first profile i used.

I bought a Season Pass for the first season of The Walking Dead. Episode 103 "Tell it to the Frogs" (the third episode) aired on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at 9:00pm Central Time. It became available on iTunes at 2:01 am on the same day. I still haven't received my e-mail telling me that the new content is available.
I was concerned and I emailed support. This is the answer I received:
"Dear Steven,
Thank you for pre-ordering The Walking Dead. I know that you're anxious to receive this item. Customer interest in this item far outwieghed Apple's projections.'
Steven, the episode 103 is not under season pass. You have to purchase the item individually.

Now, when I bought the season pass I knew it was only for 6 episode, because I knew that is all that AMC ordered for the first season. I also read in the Season Pass that it was for "all episodes of Season 1 "The Walking Dead" and I enjoy the Inside The Walking Dead extras that have been coming with it.
As a long-time Apple customer, I would like to show you, Apple, how I translate this e-mail:
'Thank you for pre-ordering The Walking Dead. I know that you're anxious to receive this item. Customer interest in this item far outwieghed Apple's projections.'
“We’ve realized we probable missed out on a lot of money.”
‘Steven, the episode 103 is not under season pass. You have to purchase the item individually.’
“We’re pretending it is not actually episode 3 of season one so we can recover some of that money we missed out on.”
The thing that drives me insane about this is that the Inside The Walking Dead: “Tell it to the Frogs” content is also available and says very clearly beside it in the store “Season Only” and I haven’t received that content either.
What gives Apple? They’ve already renewed it for a second season. Yes offering season one for $15.99, you probably missed out on some cash. Take your hits, and charge us $25.99 for season two. Don’t yank content we’ve already paid for from us and claim “it doesn’t count.”
Why can't the people who have purchased the season pass have their content?

"This Season Pass includes all current and future episodes of The Walking Dead, Season One"
Point out that this text is verbatim from the iTunes Store, that nowhere on that page does is say the episode 103 is excluded, and that you therefore want Episode 103 and all other episodes at no extra charge as promised. Insist on a response from an iTunes Store manager if the functionaries keep repeating the same "not under season pass" excuse.
I would also take a screen shot of that page right now in case Apple rewords the text. That way you have proof of the text as currently written.

I have a problem... I have a revaluation area (04: in local currency) and a parallel revaluation area (05: in hard currency) and I have to revaluate an asset, but I couldn't with Tx ABAW. The error is :

I checked the configuration and I think it's all ok. I did some tests and I could revaluate only the Area 04 (local currency). Example:
Area 04: 500000 PEN
Area 05: 0 USD.
But this is a big problem for example when I make a transfer the asset to other because the revaluation Area doesn't transfer.
Can anybody please tell me how resolve this?

The error
message 8Z 876 can be shown for two basic things:
1. TBE (Time Base exposure variant) is not maintained.
Please check if any time base is maintained for the revaluation key.
And if it have all the intervals correctly defined and the post flag
marked for the months required to calculate revalaution.
If it is maintained please check if the last revaluation date is
filled in your revaluation areas. If the last revaluation date field is
blank, the time base must have the following entry: 31.12.XXXX-1 where
XXXX is the current fiscal year (for ABAW).
2. In the ABAW transaction itself you are trying to post values to any
of the parallel areas defined in the chart of depreciation.
In transaction ABAW (or AB01) do not post any amount to parallel
areas. The posted values should be equal to zero.
The values in hard currency will never be revaluated by the inflation
program. If this is the case, please enter manually only zero values as
"Amount posted" in those parallel areas.
If by some specific reasons you still plan to post (manually) to these
parallel areas, you will get error message 8z876 in accordance to your
explanation of the problem.
To allow posting of non-zero amounts to these areas, you need to
create Revaluation Key NULO. To do this, go to the customizing system
IMG (transaction SPRO) according to the link:
IMG -> Financial Accounting -> Asset Accounting -> Special Valuation ->
Revaluation of Fixed Assets -> Revaluation for the Balance Sheet
-> Inflation -> Maintain Revaluation Keys
Create new entry (click F5) for key with name NULO, And save data
(Ctrl+S).
Please, adjust your customizing in accordance with the instructions
above.
