Export to AICC - Completion Records

I have a situation where an AICC course produced by Captivate
sends 2 completion records to LMS only sent if the person
successfully completes the quiz. If the person taking the quiz
fails the quiz, then only one completion record is sent. Here's the
details scenario:
1. The quiz has 5 questions.
2. There is a 'submit' button one each question page.
3. The passing grade for the quiz is set to 100%
4. As soon as a user clicks on 'submit' for the very last
question, two PutParam interaction records are sent to LMS with
status = complete if the user receives 100% in quiz. Only one
completion record is sent to LMS if the user fails the quiz.
How can we control it so that only one record with status =
complete is sent to LMS?

if you don't suppress you will get in export sheet
if you supress you will not get in export sheet......this is a default template of the designer
if you want to suppress and hide duplicate in report and the export sheet should show all the data then you have to handle it with some formulas
some thing like
in report column have black color only for the 1st occurrence and display the value in white from then on...so that you report will looks like hiding the values except the 1st value...at the same time your export sheet show all the values.......

How to export and import complete organization structure?

I wanna import many (maybe 300) organization XML ObjectGroups in the right order.
I tried something like that (see the code below),... but this solution only works for one file.

Hi, Since you are using an program to transform the org structure to XML file,
why not write another program, just to generate the including list?
Then import from the file?
PS: How to generate the organization xml?

Got this for the first time doing a web gallery.
"export did not complete successfully, jpegs files were generated using the best pixel data available from the image cache"
When I look at the web gallery preview it seems ok.
What does this all mean? thanks.

Soundbooth fails to open 16-bit 44.1k wav / aif export from Propellerhead's Record

No matter what I do I cannot get Soundbooth (or other package in CS4 & CS5) to recognise any wav / aif files exported from Propellerhead's Record 1.5. I noticed that the files do tempo information so may be it is possible that Adobe software refuses to recognise wave files with additional chunks (which it should because they can easily be skipped and has been a practice for over a decade).
Are Adobe planning to fix this as it causes unnecessary headache for something that is as easy as pie to support and really shouldn't be causing issues!
I am aware that "Adobe currently do not support non standard Wave files", but why not? It requires no extra effort other than skipping junk chunks, which just about any decent code for reading wave files should be able to do anyway.
I can send a wave file exported from Record to examine it if necessary, but this really shouldn't be so "complicated" at all.
For the record, the wave file is 16-bit, 44.1k, stereo, PCM.

P.s. my current workaround is to convert it to a standard Wav file using iTunes And this is an issue for all Record users (can't test on Windows).

Records not exported to excel completely

hi all,
We have designed a query using query generator
for listing all purchase orders between a particular dates.
When we execute query it is showing all records.
When we export this report to excel few records keeps
missing.
Intially we have set Max Rows per page in Export to 1000.
After the above issue we set
Max Rows per page in Export to 32767.
Issue continues...
We are using SAP B1 2005B PL41.
Query is
SELECT T0.[DocNum] as 'P.O No.', T0.[DocDate], T0.[CardName] as 'Vendo Name', T1.[ItemCode], T1.[Dscription], T1.[Quantity], T1.[Price], T0.[DocDueDate] FROM OPOR T0 INNER JOIN POR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry WHERE T0.[DocDate] >=[%0] AND T0.[DocDate] <=[%1] ORDER BY T0.[DocNum]
Is there any problem with query ?
Any one facing same issue ?

hi,
For example query extracted records 700,
It showing in application all 700 records.
when we export it to excel problem occurs.
For example records from
purchase order no's from 10000 to 10020 are in sequence
then few records missing,then it cotinues from 10049 to 10060,then few records were missing,from 100092..
Missing records are not in regular intervals.
We analysed missing records in excel we found that
all records were wrapped in a single column.

J1INQEFILE - efile generation - Exported file shows Duplicate records.

Dear Team,
When I execute J1INQEFILE, I am facing problem with the e-file generation i.e. exported Excel file. When I execute and export the file in excel to the desktop, I can see duplicate records.
For eg. On execution of J1INQEFILE, I can see 4 records on the SAP screen, whereas the exported file to the desktop shows me 2 more identical records i.e 6 records. As a result, in the SAP system i can see Base Amount as 40000 ie. 10000 for each. on the contrary the excel sheet shows me 60000 i.e. 6 records of 10000 each (bcse of 2 more duplicated records) and also shows the TDS amount wrong. How are the records getting duplicated? Is there any SAP note to fix this? We are debugging on this but no clue....
Please assist on this issue....

I am an abaper,
Even I came across the same kind of situation for one of our client ,When we execute J1INQEFILE, after exporting the same to Excel file we use to get duplicate records.
For this I have Debug the program and checked at point of efile generation, there duplicate records were getting appended for the internal table that is downloaded for Excel, so I have pulled the Document number in to Internal table and used Delete Adjacent duplicates by comparing all fields and hence able to resolve the issue.
Hope the same logic helps or guide you to proceed with the help of an abaper.

Embedded video not playing in exported podcast of a recorded presentation

I have embedded video (.mov) in my Keynote '08 presentation which plays fine in the presentation and in Quicktime standalone too. But when I'm recording the presentation with the audio voice-over, the embedded video does not appear in the podcast. When I click on "play" presenentation from within Keynote, it DOES play fine. It just doesn't show up in the podcast.
Is it possible to have embedded video in a recorded presentation that's exported as a podcast?

I tried your suggestion. I record the presentation. Save it and then attempt to export it to IDVD. It works all the way till it gets to the end of the first embedded movie. I then get an error message that says my file is corrupt or I am out of memory.
The computer is 2 weeks old so I do not think memory is an issue. The file plays perfectly in Keynote.
Any suggestions??

Complete record to be deleted if any field consist of any JUNK characters

I have the data in a structure, from there some of the table fields are updating. Let's say
Loop at itab into wa
    zvaluetab-field1 = ztable-wa-fil1.
    zvaluetab-field2 = ztable-wa-fil2.
    zvaluetab-field3 = ztable-wa-file.
    zvaluetab-field4 = ztable-wa-fil4.
    zvaluetab-field5 = ztable-wa-fil5.
    zvaluetab-field6 = ztable-wa-fil6.
    zvaluetab-field7 = ztable-wa-fil6.
    zvaluetab-field8 = ztable-wa-fil7.
append wa to itab.
end loop.
modify zvaluetab from itab.
Along with this I have fieldname called File_Name, which contains 12 chars length.
1. I want that file name need to be splitted and to be updated into zvaluetab in four other fields. Since these four fields are mandatory for updating the above fields. So, along with these fields the above 7 fields also to be updated.
2. Some time data will be having some special(junks) characters, If at all any field will have such junk characters then the whole record(4 +7 fields) need to be deleted.
It is greatful for me if at all any one edits that above code and include's my requirment.

If you want the file name need to be splitted and to be updated into zvaluetab in four other fields.
you can use this syntax..
SPLIT File_Name AT space INTO: str1 str2 str3 ..(other four fileds)
If you are familar with that junk characters in that string use string operations such as
CO--Contains Only
CS--Contains String
CN--Contains Not Only
CA-- Contains Any
NA--Contains Not Any
NS--Contains No String
CP--COntains Pattern
NP--No Pattern
and find it ..
Then check if that following field is junk
Then delete that intenal table...
                                                   or YOU CAN USE FM
SWA_STRING_SPLIT
check the sample code :
data : d_string type string.
data: begin of i_inst occurs 0.
include structure swastrtab.

How to export more than 64000 record from SqlDeveloper to Excell

my query retrive about 90,000 records and i should export those recodrs to Excell file , but when export finish i just found about 65,000 recodrs in Excell file , is there any way to export more than 65K to Excell file , or split the query result to two files ,
by the way i'm using Oracle 10G and SqlDeveloper Version 3.0.04 .

To handle the xls limit, SQLDeveloper will create one or more new sheets within the file for the additional rows. When you open your worksheet, you should see a tab at the bottom for each sheet created.

Certificate of Course Completion - Recording Score Incorrectly

In CP4, I have the widget Certificate of Course Completion working, except for recording correctly whether the user has passed or failed. For one CP course module, I have one quiz question with 9 questions, 10 points assigned per question. In Preferences > Pass or Fail, I have ticked 80 points or more to pass. When I publish the course, take the quiz by answering 9 out of 10 correctly, the Certificate of Course Completion shows "22.22" points and a "Fail" -- what am I missing to have a course grade show correctly?? What script version are you using? AS2 or AS3? If you can do your project in AS2, the developers at Captivate found it was their error and provided a solution (see the attachment) for AS2. The following are the instructions to use it in your Captivate 4 project:
Here’s how you should be using the widget:
1.Save the “certificate correction AS2.swf” in your machine locally.
2.Go to the slide where you want to insert you widget.
3.In Captivate go to Insert->Widget->Browse for “certificate correction AS2.swf”.
4.In the widget dialog go to Options->Display for “Rest of Project”.
5.Preview or Publish the project.
It ended up working great for my project! Please let me know if you have further questions.

Exporting A Selection of Records to Excel

Hi All,
This is my first ever question to a forum, so please go easy on me! I'm also very new to Access and VBA. I'm building a database that stores (in related tables): TradingName, PropertyName, and PaddockName (as well as other relevant details). I have combined
(Joined) the data I require into a table as well as a query.
Now I want to export the Paddocks and Properties for each client. I have been able to export all clients and Paddocks (All Records) into Excel as well as individual Client and Paddock (Individual Record). But I want to be able to export all paddocks for
a property or a client (multiple records for a client or property).
My code is working for both scenarios (All Records and Individual Records) above but I'd like to know how to write code to export only selected Client or Property which is selected via a combobox.
The Code I have used seems to be typical on all forums I have visited, but none does what I want/need.

Thanks for your help and input much appreciated! I think I was in a rutt and trying to be too tricky (I think). I have since changed tact and created a Public Function (Below) that creates a temporary query and export that instead. It works a treat.

Export all data block records

I can't seem to remember but what is the library or tool in Oracle Forms that allows you to export the entire data block of records to a file (i.e. csv)? Instead of using TEXT_IO to write one record at a time, there was one to do the whole block.

The only thing I can think of is using the webutil library to either use CLIENT_TEXT_IO, or you can use the CLIENT_OLE2 functions to control the client-side applications and move your records over.

Mac - Export H264 Never Completes

I have found that when ever I try to export a sequence to H264 (in CS6), using either the Export button or the Queue button via Media Encoder the export never completes. In media encoder it says 00:00 time left. the file 'appears' to be complete but the temp file has not been deleted.
The same sequence works perfect on windows.
The same sequence can be exported for DVD on a Mac and everything completes fine.
CS5.5 works perfectly for the same sequence on the Mac. CS6 doesn't.
I've already checked / repaired permissions but no change. Any ideas?

There ought to be a sticky post about what users should do when Pr stops working.
First off, eliminate your computer as the problem. Permissions, Disk Warrior, RAM check, etc.
If no help, start with relaunching the app.
If no help, reboot the computer.
If no help, reset prefs (Hold option while launching. Hold option-shift to reset prefs and dump caches).
If no help, try a new project or different media, to eliminate your source footage as being corrupted.
If it happens with any and all projects and footage and fresh prefs, uninstall and reinstall the app.
If no help, post your issue to the list.
If others are having the same problem, file bug report.

Export Datasource Returning 0 Records

Hi,
I have an export datasource on a COPA cube. This data source returns zero records when the infopackage is run. However, in RSA3 and LISTCUBE it returns records correctly.
I set a breakpoint in Function Module RSDRC_CUBE_DATA_GET. This worked fine in RSA3 but on running the InfoPackage the breakpoint was not reached so I guess the problem is before this.
I tried deactivating the V fact table view but this has no effect.
Any ideas why this may be happening? Or any ideas how I can debug this further? What Function Modules are called when an Infopackage is executed?

Do you have any restriction on your infopackage? Ar eyou making a full load?
if you do not have any restriction, try to regenerate again the Export Datsource and restart the loading.
Which is your release?
