Extending 3 months trial to 12 months

Thank you so much for the trial offer, I look forward to familiarizing myself with Director. I was mistaken when I originally signed up in that I planned on purchasing the software in 1 to 3 months. I am currently a student and plan on purchasing the software as soon as I finish school and start working in the multimedia field. I would greatly appreciate it if my trial time could be extended to 1 year to allow me to finish school and purchase the software as a business expense when I'm working in the field. I love all the adobe products that I've used so far and plan on purchasing the master suite as well. Thank you, Richard Oyarzabal

Ricardo I would recommend you contact whoever gave you a three month trial for Directory.  Our trials are typically only for 30 days.  If you were able to obtain a longer time period then it is likely you were given an expiring serial number.

  • Is it possible to extend your free trial?

I'm new to this and was just wondering how if you can request to extend your free trial, if so, for how long?

The simple answer is no. 30 days is all you get. After that you have to buy the product.

  • Upgraded to Yosemite: CS6 EXTENDED moved to trial and will not activate

I upgraded mac operating system to 10.10.1 in December.  CS6 Extended started a trial instead of running my regular purchased programs. I called customer support with no help.  I have serial number, but dont remember the response code.  My product will not activate.   I am not very tech savvy, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you

  • Extended 30 day trial how do I extend my trial

    title self explanatory.
Photoshop promised extended trial (on last update - Oct 2014) but then never gave it to me.
I need this extension as, so far, Photoshop have failed to resolve a constant flickering screen especially when I am using the TYPE tool
    thank you

Thank you for the prompt reply. I am a bit confused. I am still running the trial now (says 10 days left).
Last week, Photoshop said there was an update so I updated.
On the screen there was a message something like (cant remember exact words) "because we know you will love the new features we have now extended your trial), so I thought oh excellent I get maybe another week or two. But the countdown remained exactly the same.
Now to to see what I mean?
I would not mind but as I said, I would really have welcomed that extension. Because until I can sort out why the screen is flickering (despite updating my Intel HD graphics card driver) I would not be prepared to go to full monthly paid version. So I guess I will have to return to Photoshop CS6 after next week.
Pity, as I did love the new features.

if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html
and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com

  • Photoshop CS5 Extended 64 Bit (trial) crashes on start-up

    Hi,
I have both, the 64 bit and 32 bit trial versons of Photoshop CS5 Extended.  The 32 bit program works, but the 64 bit crashes on startup. It just tells me it has "stopped working".  I am using Window's 7 (64 bit), and have an "ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670" video card, so it should work. Can someone please help me.  I'd like to buy the 64 bit version but no sense if I cannot get it to open.

  • Online Number, 1 month subscription

I received a email on the 24/02/2013 at 18:47 saying that my purchase of a 1 month subscription ONLINE NUMBER was delivered.
I ordered that ONLINE NUMBER 1 are 2 months age, I did not put in a re-order for another 1 month subscription because I do NOT need the online number anymore....
Why was this order made without my knowledge / approval?????

    Hello,
Subscriptions are not linked to Online Numbers. Your subscription will be extended every month even if you don't purchase an Online Number, until you cancel recurring payments.
You will be charged separately for the calling subscription and Online Number, but keep in mind that Online Numbers are not extended automatically like subscriptions.
If your Online Number expires then you have to manually extend it.

  • Studying in the UK for 4 months this fall

Hi! I'm planning on purchasing an unlimited calling plan to the US and Canada before I go abroad to the UK this fall and I have a few questions.
    1. I should have no problem using the plan abroad since I will be purchasing it in the US, correct?
    2. The price of $2.99 a month includes mobile numbers, right?
    3. If I purchase the 3 month plan, can I switch and buy just one extra month when I'm abroad, or will it automatically enroll me in another 3 months?
    4. If I do only go with 3 months, am I going to have a problem renewing since I am out of the United States?
Sorry for all the questions...I just want to make sure I'm going to be able to call home whilst away!

    Answers are as follows:
    1. It doesn't matter where you purchase your subscription it still works the same way.
    2. Unlimited US and Canada includes mobiles.
    3. Probably it would be easier if you sign up for monthly subscription. It will be extended every month automatically and you can stop recurring payments whenever you wish. (After 3, 4, 5 etc months)
    https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1881/How-do-I-cancel-my-subscription
    4. If you go with monthly subscription then recurring payments will be done automatically until you stop it. There shouldn't be any problems as long as your funding source(credit card, PayPal account etc) has money

  • Adobe CS6 is now a trial license of extended

I have multiple end users at my company using various applications.  For the sake of this forum, one of the applications is Photoshop CS6 that was installed and licensed back in 2012.  All of a sudden, the user is getting a trial version of CS6 extended and the trial license has expired.  I've entered in the serial # and it's telling me that it's invalid.  After calling support, they told me that the license # I've provided isn't even associated with Photoshop.  I'm at a standstill and am unsure how to proceed.  It's worth noting that this has also happened with users using Acrobat XI Pro, Framemaker 10, and Illustrator.  They all reported this issue on the same day.  Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

    2. The Adobe Application Manager will launch. Select Adobe Photoshop CS6 and choose Update.

  • 3d not on menu in CS5 extended why is it not there?

I have CS6 extended on monthly rental from Adobe - there is no 3d list on menu and I think there should be-I cannot get an email address within adobe to address this

Your title says CS5 extended, your message says CS6 extended... which do you have?
And just what is "extended" anyway?
Provide the name of the program you are using so a Moderator may move this message to the correct program forum
This Cloud forum is not about help with program problems... a program would be Photoshop or Lighroom or Muse or ???

  • CS5.1 extended

Is it possible to download an upgrade for my CS5.1 to CS5.1 Extended?

    The short answer is NO.
Adobe does not sell CS5.x nor CS5.x Extended anymore, so you cannot buy the upgrade to CS5.1 Extended now.  Too late,
However, you are entitled to upgrade to CS6 Extended.  Contact Adobe Customer Service by phone or go straight through the Adobe store,
It will cost you the same as what you would have paid to upgrade to CS 5.1 Extended last month, when it was still being supported and sold.

  • Install Acrobat 9 Pro Extended from Acrobat 9 Standard

I attempted to do an upgrade from Acrobat 9 Standard to Pro Extended having purchased the software from a sales rep who said I could do this as did technical support.
My system is XP Pro/SP2 32-bit.
During the install I ran into this problem. http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/401/kb401731.html. Being stupid I continued on
instead of stopping. Once I got to the section that I am asked to input the Pro Extended serial number and then my STandard serial number I ran into further problems. The dropp down menu asked for which current version of Acrobat, which of course for me was 9 Standard.
The problem was the drop down menu has no option for Standar only Professional.
Since the sales rep had told me I could upgrade I hadn't read the label on the Extended Pro box, which says it's only an upgrade for Professional If I had called in at that time I would have resolved that issue, but not the missing DLL.
I then found out I couldn't uninstall the mess so I did another stupid thing and did a system restore, which just compounded the problem. To make a longer story shorter I downloaded MS Windows Cleanup Utility and removed  Acrobat.com and Acrobat 9 STandard. I then downloaded WinCS4Cleanupscript and unzipped and ran it. So far so good.
Then I was advised to install Pro Extended as a trial and customer support would take care of the license issue. Ok, again so far so good.
I then attemped to install Pro Extended as trial and ran into a printer problem similar to what I had
encountered before, but not exactly the same.
"Setup can not copy file PSCRPTFE.NTF" and issues about printers not being Windows logo compliant I believe it was.
(I have a new wireless Brother HL-2170W laser and Canon MP830 inkjet and just updated the driver and firmware...maybe that will load the missing driver)
A this point the installation was terminated and I was advised to follow Adobe TechNote KB403613. The only item that I could possiblity help with this printer problem is the Hotfix kb-930627, but this is for a 64-bit system not 32? Do I download or not?
I also just found out that I still have some vestige of Pro Extended on my system though the MS Cleanup Utility doesn't list anything. Do I run WinCS4Cleanupscript again?
    a) How do I fix the PSCRPTFE.NTF issue with my printer(s)
    b) Do I download a 64-bit hotfix kb-930627to my 32-bit system...and will that solve the printer problem?
    c) Do I just ignore what's left of Pro Extended on my system or run Winc cs4Cleanupscript again. I can't run it directly from all programs, but if I click
on Acrobat 9 Standard under start it opens up or at least that's how it's identified.
    d) Anything else?

I might as well update my own question:
I followed the instructions given in the Adobe TechNote kb403613 after running WINCS4Cleanupscript.
However, I did NOT download the hotfix as that's for a 64-bit system. The phrasing of the hotfix wasn't very
clear to me, but I don't think when it stated XP Home or Professional meant a 32-bit system rather only 64-bit.
If anyone knows better let me know. I checked out that specific hotfix and said was for 64-bit OS.
    1) Created a new user account with Admin rights
    2)  I did the "intermediate troubleshooting" listed in kb403613 and found a few files to delete and I also ran the disk defragmenter.
Might as well catch any problems up front instead of waiting.
    3) There were several directories on the DVD but only copied Acrobat 9 Pro Extended to my desktop in the new user account.
    4) Ran msconfig and disabled all programs under the start up tab. Once you click OK a small window pops up
and you press restart. Remember to write down any programs listed in startup that are not enabled so you
can deselect those when you enable the startup menu again.
    5) On restart and booting up press F8 to get the start up options and select VGA mode.
    7) Once you in Windows log back into the account you created to just install Acrobat
    8) Open Acrobat 9 Pro Extended on your desk top and run the installer
    Desktop>Acrobat 9 Pro Extended>Acrobat9>Acro3D
    9) Run the install. In my case I selected trial version.
    10) I still ran into a problem with Windows Logo compatiblity issues with  my printers.
I could either continue or stop the installation, which I did to attempt to determine just what's
    causing that problem.
    11) there was some auto backout of files, but I still had to run MS Cleanup Utility again and remove Acrobat 9 Pro Extended.
Also ran WINCS4Cleanupscript though nothing there.
    12) I then did a restart and booted into normal Windows mode from VGA mode.
    13) Logged into my account and ran msconfig to enabled my startup menu and then deselected the ones I didn't want.
OK, I am back to square one. I checked the Windows Logo Product List and found my Brother HL-2170W is
XP, VISTA and W7 Windows Logo certified.
I checked my other printer a Canon Pixma MP830...well not so good. It's logo certified under Vista and W7, but not XP.
I had downloaded the lastest driver and firmware, but that didn't seem to help. I did email Canon. Now these printers had
no problems when I was running under Acrobat 9 Standard.
Right now my only option appears to be to just run the install and continue on when I get to the printer issue. Still don't know what
will happen when I get to the serial numbers. I am suppose to call support and they will fix activation. So I am told...

  • Unwanted trial version of photoshop cs6 Extenede

Have installed Photoshop cs6 full copy and registered it..but now I am getting the trial version of the Extended version...How do I get rid of the unwanted trial version of Photoshop Extended?

The trial version is always the Extended version. If you input the serial, it will disable the Extended features and become the Standard version. Since you say you have installed your PS version with a serial, the product reverting to trial mode means that you did not install/ run it the first time with sufficient user privileges and the serial didn't stick. Try again with admin privileges.
