F.01 - Financial Statements (Not assigned)

Hi,
Please give me any tip.
I created a financial statement version, all accounts were included. I executed the transaction F.01 (Financial Statements) with mark in ALV tree control (list output), the balance sheet is displayed, I expand subtree, after each number of account exist 2 lines more: Number/Name of Company Code and under Not assigned.
Does anybody know how to hidden these last 2 lines? Maybe layout, note......
*I assined all accounts.
Thank you so much!!!

Thanks to try help me!!
The configuration is only to "Show Total", this is not my problem, my problem is to use the option list output "ALV tree control" if I use this layout I have problem, others no problem, but the customer wants to use exactly this one.

  • Impact of GL's when not assigned to FSV.  Where they will be adjusted?

    Dear SAP Guru's,
When we take a trial balance through F.01 using a financial statement version which contains some gl accounts which are not assigned to that FSV but contain some balance, the trial balance which is derived is showing a tallied balance sheet.  Upon further investigation we found that the same is adjusted under the head "Reverses and surplus - Balance in profit and loss account"
Is it SAP standard. If yes any note is available on this?
    Please guide me.

    Dear Anand.Inguva,
According to [help.sap.com- Special Financial Statement Items node |http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/96/8b3c2d43ce11d189ee0000e81ddfac/frameset.htm] :
"The balance sheet net result and the P&L statement result are calculated by the program that creates the financial statements. This program also lists, under the item Not assigned, those accounts that could not be assigned to an item in the financial statement version.
The financial statement profit or loss is determined from only those accounts assigned to assets or liabilities. The accounts for the items Financial Statement Notes or Not Assigned are not considered either in the calculation of the retained earnings/net loss or for the P&L result. The balance of all the other accounts produces the P&L statement result."
    Hope this helps.

  • Assign GL Accounts to Financial statement Version

    Hi Experts,
I assign gl accounts to financial statement version under respective head . in F.01 Assign gl accounts not appeared Under respective head.
What Further need to be done to appear gl accouts under respective head in F.01.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Prabhakar

    Hi ,
If you would like to assign GL to FSV Please follow the below path.
Financial Accounting > General Ledger Accounting >Business Transaction > Closing > Document >Define FSV.
    In this activity:
o   You define the versions you need to create a balance sheet and
         profit and loss statement.
You can define versions for a specific chart of accounts, for a
group chart of accounts, or without any specific assignment.
o   You then determine the financial statement items for your versio
You assign groups of accounts to the items at the lowest levels
the hierarchy. You can select the criteria that determine which
items the accounts are displayed in. For example, accounts or gr
of accounts can be assigned to particular items based on their
         balance.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Financial statement version INT does not exist

    Hello Friends,
I hope someone can help me figure this out and I've read discussions similar, just not exactly what I'm looking for.  When I run the following reports:
    S_ALR_87012271
    S_ALR_87012272
    S_ALR_87012273
I receive the following error message:
Financial statement version INT does not exist
When I first received this message, I went to T-Code OB58 and entered the "INT" Financial Statement Version here.  I've also created a chart of accounts with INT values as well.  Can someone help me out on how to eliminate this error and set up cash flow?  If you have done this already, please do reply.  If not, then please allow those with more experience to help.
    Thanks so much!
    John

    John,
You can define FSVs for a specific chart of accounts, for a group chart of accounts, or without any specific assignment.
In your case, double-check whether you are running the report for the same CoA assignment that you have defined your FSV for in the first place.
As somebody's mentioned earlier, these reports are made using Report Painter (GRR1 / 2 / 3, etc.). Seems FSV = INT has been fixed in these reports for your system. You'll have to edit these reports (using GRR2) and the correct FSV.

  • How to consolidate the financial statements for 3 company codes, assigned t

    Hi Friends,
How to consolidate the financial statements for 3 company codes, assigned to 3 different companies, 3 different fiscal years, 3 different controlling areas and all the 3 Company Codes assigned to same chart of accounts in the same client?
Can we need any ABAP program for this (or) Is it possible using Report Painter?
    Please help me.
    Thanks

    Hi friend,
Is it a real-time situation or something you are visualising ?
For consolidation, you can use a group chart of accounts and select that in the operative chart of accounts for consolidation purposes.  This would work provided the company codes use the same operative chart of accounts and fiscal year.
I hope the above would be helpful to you.

  • Financial Statement hierarchy not extracted correctly from ECC into BW.

Recently, one of my clients modified a FS hierarchy in production environment by moving some nodes from revenue to expenses, but BW is not picking up the change.
In ECC via transaction FSE3, one of our Financial Statement hierarchies shows three nodes - (Group Life_, Vehicle Plan only_, and Cost of Removal_) as Expenses. However, the BW extractor still shows these three nodes as Revenue and loads the hierarchy into BW that way as well.
DataSource is 0GL_ACCOUNT_T011_HIER with field HIENM = AE03. When running RSA3 Extractor Checker in ECC, the displayed data still shows the three nodes in question as Revenue and not correctly as Expenses.
Found SAP note 1061847 - Ind. For reversing plus/minus signs not extracted correctly. Applied note in ECC development environment, tested the extractor, and checked the load into BW, but the error regarding the nodes still exists after applying the fix.
Appreciate any suggestions or thoughts from the community.
    Thanks!
    SAP landscape is as follows:
    SAP_BW     700     0009     SAPKW70009     SAP NetWeaver BI 7.0
    SAP_AP     700     0007     SAPKNA7007     SAP Application Platform
    SAP_BASIS     700     SAPKB70010     SAP Basis Component

Thanks SDNBI. I reviewed the suggested OSS note 1037447, but I am not sure how it applies in my situation. The suggested note seems to address a problem with the display of transfer structure in BW. Our problem seems to be that the extractor on ECC is incorrectly extracting the hierarchy structure. When viewing the data in RSA3 extract checker in ECC, I see the three nodes in question incorrectly positioned in the hierarchy. Thus loaded the same incorrect way into BW. Yet, when I display the hierarchy through transaction FSE2, the three nodes are displayed correctly.

  • Particular Vendor Account assignment in Financial Statement Version

    Hello,
I am preparing Financial Statement Version. There are around 50 vendors and out of that 2 vendors have been paid in advance. I need to show that 2 particular vendors in Financial Statement Version, the problem is there is only one reconciliation account for all 50 vendors. So how to show that 2 vendors have been in advance in financial stat. version. Please Help!!!
    Regards
    Ashwin

    Dear:
For identifying vendors with advances given to them you must make use of special GL indicator to them. In FS00 create GL under current assets with name Vendor Down payments. Keep its recon type Vendor and line item display, assign it FSG G067. Having created it go to OBYR, assign this GL to the special GL type you want  and assign also a reconciliation account of vendor that you are using. Having done with this go to FSE2 select your FS  version and map the GL created against Special GL indicator in current assets with node naming it Vendor Down payment or Advances... Hence now whenever you will post down payment via F-48 with special GL indicator it will be shown in Balance sheet in a separate node and in vendor ledger FBL1N it can be viewed separate from normal invoiced line item. Revert back in case of any confusion

  • Runtime Error while creating FINANCIAL STATEMENT VERSION

    Hi Experts,
The major concern of the problem is related with the new creation of FINANCIAL STATEMENT VERSION.
(SPRO --> IMG --> Financial Accounting --> General Ledger Accounting --> Business Transactinons --> Closing > Document> Define Financial Statement Versions.)
My quries is that is it possiable to maintain more then one FSV for the same company code or for same chart of account.
If yes then we are trying to do it . But the problem reflect, be the indication that we can`t maintain more then one code.
    Its giving an runtime error

    Hello
Logically speaking, a company code can have more than one FSV as long as they share the same chart of accounts.
When COA is common, the FSV pattern can be designed seperatly to serve the purpose of varied reporting.
The dump you are getting is a temporary snag. Take a screen shot from SM54 after you execute the report and pass it to BASIS for analysis. They would fix that.

  • Financial Statement - FGI3 for fund balance reporting from FMGLFLEXT

    Hi Guys,
We are on ECC 6.0 with PSM and new GL turned on. The issue is that my users want to see the same financial statement as they saw in classic GL with their R/3.
SAP has a fund balance report or otherwise the financial statements for public sector with its ISPS components like fund and grants from FMGLFLEXT, which is the totals table.
To arrive at the financial statements, we have a report group which can be run from FGI3 and it pulls values out of FMGLFLEXT and SAP's standard combination for slicing on the report feature are
    1. account number
    2. FS item/account description (the further click on this account name gives you account number)
    3. Funds and
    4. possible account assignments from FM like grants or business area depending on your active components.
Is there a standard display, wherein, it gives a FS Item/Acct number/account name like the standard reporting feature in classic GL. It makes it so easy to read the financial statements. Since they being a report painter/writer reports, we can tweek them to get the desired output but shouldnt it be the standard feature of SAP to provide that.
I was curious to know, if SAP delivers that reporting feature and i am not able to spot it or is it that we have to change it.
It will be very helpful, we are going live in a very short time.
    Thanks

    Hello
Business area balance sheet extracts are not legally or statutorily complete because there are certain GL account balances like, reserves, equity, some unsecured loans which are difficult to be assigned to a specific business area.
Ideally, business area analysis is restricted to profitablity and an overview of assets & liabilities specific to BA.
So your requirement is tough and even if you shift to PCA, these issues still arise.
Since they are internal to the client, better look for workaround solutions.
