Failed to Create identity on server err: 115

Question

I have an NW6.5 sp6 (plus several post sp6 patches). I am using eDirectory
rights to restrict access to a web folder.
With the exception of two people in my eDir group everyone can access the
url with their eDir username and password.
I cannot see what is wrong with the remaining two users. They are in the
eDir group in the same ou.
The Apache error log shows:
failed to create identity for
cn=username.ou=container.ou=container.o=organisati on on server servername
err: 115 errno:
Any ideas? I am stumped.

check if these users have the UID populated; I guess these 2 users were
created with nwadm32 instead of C1 which doesnt set the IUD field.
