I'm getting the following error in BPEL logs, can anybody tell me what the problem might be?

Interestingly, the process is still listed as being active in the BPELConsole:
7207 : Instance #7207 of BPNAME
I can then manually abort the instance, and BPELConsole removes it from the list of active instances, and identifies it with a red cross in the list of historical instances.

If a user opens a work-item in the UWL, closes the browser window, and then opens another item on the UWL list, the new window still pops up the details of the previous work item. I tried looking at the cache parameters but with no luck.
The undesirable workaround to the above problem is to refresh the page every minute via the parameter refresh="60" in the uwl.standard file in the
View name= DefaultView
Can someone advise a possible fix?

As far as showing the name of the previous processor in the UWL is concerned, i believe its not possible, as Harsimran says. But there can be various workarounds.
One is that in the second action of the process, you can give a text area or some input field in the callable object; the second processor can write something in this field, and this field can then be mapped to third screen, which tells the 3rd processor that it has been reviewed.
Another neat solution is that, make a callable object of type:
<b>User Management</b> -> <b>Read User Information</b>
This callable object extracts the user information from the user who has logged into the portal and returns a lot of other information like firstname, lastname etc as output parameters. You can map these parameters to your third action and use it to display some message, say:
<b>The review has been done by <FirstName></b>

I have 2 seperate airport express systems on my network, each connecting to a stereo in a different room. suddenly, the one in the living room will not stop flashing amber, but the one in the bedroom works fine. I have already tried resetting it with a pin, resetting it while plugging it in, and trying to find it in airport express setup (the setup assistant can't find it at all).
What am i doing wrong?How do I configure the AX to connect to the hub's wireless network? It will only scan one base station Airport Express at a time in the Airport Utility. I think what I am trying to do is use the hub as a router to the two AX's. Is there a specific way to set this up?
To set up the AX to join a wireless network as a "Wireless Client," using the AirPort Utility, either connect to the AX's wireless network or temporarily connect your computer directly (using an Ethernet cable) to the Ethernet port of the AX, and then, try these settings:
Launch the AirPort Utility.
Select the AX.
If not already connected to the AX's wireless network, go ahead and switch to it when prompted.
AirPort Utility > Select the AX > Manual Setup > AirPort > Wireless
Wireless Mode: Join a wireless network
Network Name: <type in the network name/SSID of the wireless network that you want to join or select it from the pop-up menu>
Wireless Security: None OR, if you are using security on your wireless network:
Wireless Security: <Select the appropriate level of security for the existing wireless network: WPA/WPA2 Personal | WPA2 Personal>
Password: <enter your wireless network security password>
Verify Password: <re-enter the same security password>
Click Update to write the new settings to the AX. -
Trip Number gets disappeared after clicking the UWL work item
Hi All,
When i click on work item in UWL to make a decision on it, a pop up gets opened trip form(there is error on trip formu201D Error while initiating travel form") . When i close this popup & return to UWL , trip number of that item gets disappeared.
Similarly when i launch UWL , some trip numbers do not appeared.

P_wi_id in DynamicParameter fails, donu00B4t open workitem, with wi_id works ok

We have an ECC 6.0 EHP3 with a EP 7 (Netweaver 2004s SP18). We use the UWL.
The issue is when we try to open a taks in the UWL that launch a transaction in the ECC, it can´t open, show this error:
Work item 000000000000 cannot be read
This is because in the parameter "DynamicParameter" it pass the value "p_wi_id%3D000000007066". It can´t resolve "p_".

Will the reserved work item triggers deadline?

im working on DMS workflow for the transaction CV02N.
when i got the work item , i have double clicked and it has taken me to cv02n transaction.
i did not do any thing in the transaction and came to my business workplace with out saving any thing .
now the work item status is RESERVED.
are these kind of reserved work items are able to trigger deadlines if i mention simple deadline for the work item?

You can achieve this by personalizing the view for UWL.
Click on right side context menu of iView, click on personalize view
Here you will get list of Available Attributes not Displayed select System ID in that.
Save your settings and now you can see the task is from which system.
This will solve your problem.

It sounds like you are trying to purchase an app on your iPhone while in Nigeria. You do not need to create a new Apple ID to do this. You will just need change the iTunes Store country in your iPhone settings and update your billing information to match the country you are in:
Change your iTunes Store country
Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.

Work item not getting displayed in the portal
Hi experts,
We are creating a protoype for one of the standard HCM form for change in working time. When we initiate the process, the workflow is supposed to identify the agent(which is the manager in this case) and push the work item in the inbox of the manager.
In our issue, we are able to see the workitem in SAP inbox, but the same work item is not getting displayed in the portal.
If we try to approve from the SAP inbox, the hard coded message u201CWork item can only be executed using the Portal and the UWLu201D comes. [this comes through the method of one of the tasks 17900101 which we are using for approving the form]
We commented the message by using a Z class. Now we donu2019t get the hardcoded message, but still the workflow does not complete from here.

How to include sap work item in the email sent by workflow - WS01700044
Hi,
In FSCM Dispute Management, we have a requirment to include the sap work item in the email being sent by the workflow - WS01700044.
The underlying task in it is TS01707928. This Task sends an email to the outlook as well as work item to SAP inbox.
We want to include Sap Work item in email being sent to the outlook.
This will help the users to process the workitem directly from the email instead of going to SAP Inbox to process the work items.
Please suggest the possible ways.

VijaySadly, I believe this will require a bit of development to make it happen. The project I'm on now...we are finding that to get it to do what we want it to do, a development to customize the email message to include all the case fields is required.

Temporary errors automatically deletes the work item.
Hi,
I have a background workflow task which calls a ABAP class & method. The method raises the temporary exception, cx_bo_action_cancelled when an error occurs. However, when the workflow catches this exception, the corresponding work item (belonging to this task) is marked "logically deleted" and the workflow completes without error. May I know what is wrong, how do I trap this temporary error/exception and not let the workflow completes with the errornous workitem automatically deleted ? Thank you.

I think because you are capturing the error has exception so its logically deleting. In the task were you are using this method activate other branch ie another outcome. So when ever this error occurs you divert the path in other branch of the task and build your logic.

Repetitive Work Items for the same trip in UWL
Hi Experts,
Every time user clicks on save and send button , work flow gets triggered and work item is sent to user's UWL.
For the same trip no multiple workitem are appearing in approver's uwl.
Please suggest how we can restrict one work item at a time.

1) Create a parallel fork, in the starting point of the workflow. In one branch put all the step which you developed.
It was already created.
2) In another step, create a "Wait for Event", in this call the change event.
I changed from Created Event to Changed Event.
But still the previous work item is not getting completed.
When I have checked in SWEL.
When I changed the Travel Expense then 2 events are trigerred.
i) Changed
ii) Created
Work Item is trigerred through Created Event.
Do we need to map the Work flow object with Events somewhere ?

Workflow - passing work item automatically from one inbox to the next one
Hi,
We have a pretty customized work flow and SAP is configured to start the workflow after creation of PO. For some POs created by a user, we want the POs / work item to be sent automatically / by background job from that user's inbox to his /her manager's inbox for approval without manually executing the work item.
I looked at the FM SWU_PROCESS_MANUEL_DECISION, but could be called only by dialog. I checked the transaction SWIA, but need manual input.
We are in 4.6b, can anyone tell me how to do the same?
BTW, I tried to create a custom FM based on above, but lots of issues on that as well.
If I can change the workflow, all I want is, check the initiator and PO types then based on that either forward directly to next approver or just leave it in the inbox of the initiator so that the initiator can approve manually after verifying the PO.
