i saw the first thread but i cant understand . pls help me.
    regards
    arun

    Hi,
    For PO print out follow the below steps;
A1. Define Number Range for Purchase Order
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing -> Purchase Order ->  Define Number range for Purchase Order
A 2. Define Document Types for Purchase Order
SPRO-> Material Management-> Purchasing ->  Purchase Order ->  Define Document Types for Purchase Order
Copy from Standard Purchase Order “NB” and rename to “ZNB”
Maintain Number Range In case of Internal Number Assignment & Number Range In case of External Number Assignment.
A.3. Define Screen layout at Document Level of Purchase Order
SPRO-> Material Management-> Purchasing ->  Purchase Order ->  Define Screen Layout at Document Level
    Maintain Output of Purchase Order
    1. Condition Table
SPRO  Material Management-> Purchasing ->  Message ->  Output Control->Condition Tables->Define Condition Table for Purchase Order
    Select:
    Purchasing Doc. Type,
    Purch. Organization,
    Vendor
    2. Access Sequences
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing ->  Message ->  Output Control->Access Sequences->Define Condition Table for Purchase Order
    3. Message Type
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing ->  Message ->  Output Control->Message Types->Define Message Type for Purchase Order
    Ex:
    EF---> ZNEU
Select “ZNEU” and double click on “Mail title and texts” and go to
EN- New Purchase Order Print Out,
Select “ZNEU” again and double click on “Processing routines,
Select “ZNEU” again and double click on “Partner Roles
    4. Message Determination Schemas
    4.1. Message Determination Schemas
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing ->  Message -> Output Control->Message Schema->Define Message Schema for Purchase Order-> Maintain Message Determination Schema
4.2. Assign Schema to Purchase Order
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing ->  Message -> Output Control->Message Schema->Define Message Schema for Purchase Order-> Assign Schema to Purchase Order
    5. Partner Roles per Message Type
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing ->  Message ->  Output Control-> Partner Roles per Message Type ->Define Partner Role for Purchase Order
    6. Condition Record
    Navigation Path: SAP Menu-> Logistics -> Material Management -> Purchasing-> Master data->Messages-> Purchase Order-> MN04-> Create
                          ZNEU  ->   ZNB
Now you create PO(ME21N) and maintain the text and save it. Go to ME22N  and print the PO by giving our output type ZNEU).
Hope the above will solve your problems. If helpful then reward.

  • Visiprise 4.2 Configuration for Label Printing using Loftware

    Hi All,
I have configured all the needed stuffs in the SAP ME 4.2. My requirement is to generate the .PAS file in the Visiprise-Print-Files/Temp folder.
But instead i could generate the .DAT file inside the same folder. Have done all the configurations quite right and triggered the Assembly using Assembly Operator Dashboard(AOD) using the configured  Operation and the SFC's. After doing all such stuffs i couldn't generate .PAS file. I am just wondering why it is not getting generated.
Can anyone guide me whether i am on right path or not?
Please let me know if anyone need anymore info reg this.
    Thanks

Let me kick in my $.02.
I'm guessing that IT doesn't have auto-discover turned on so you're fending for yourself. In my case, I tried copying the exchange 2007 settings from another mac user at work but they didn't work. I was trying to switch from the webmail settings to newer ones and the manual method of just trying to overwrite the old didn't work.
Then I used the wizard to create a new 2007 account and autodiscover kicked in and I'm connected. What's weird is that the server settings looked exactly like what I entered manually. Go figure.
Back to your question. Before I used auto-discover, I was using web mail server information and it worked. It only used the server info without http or https stuff. Using your example, i looked like webmail.xyz.com.
One more thought. I think you may get some help looking at any other mail client settings except outlook. If you can find someone at work using Thunderbird or Outlook Express, copying their working settings can't hurt. In my experience, the settings are often the same. YMMV.
Your vpn comment is interesting. Using the webmail settings, I had to use Cisco VPN when dialing in from home. At work, it wasn't necessary. My suggestion is to test your settings at work to eliminate the VPN as a factor.
I also found Applecare to offer decent help when I previously ran into exchange issues. But if I had a magic wand, I'd get the IT people to turn on auto-discover for you based on my experiences.
    Good luck.

  • HP LaserJet Pro P1102w printer "Ready" for wireless printing, but gives "error -- printing" message

This P1102w printer was configured for wireless printing from two computers (WinXP and Win7), both with a network sharing designation, and all functions worked perfectly:
Printing from the WinXP computer directly, and from a networked Win2K computer as a guest.
Printing from the Win7 computer directly, and from a networked Win2K computer as a guest.
Windows Printer Test Pages were printed from both installed computers, showing correct computer names, the printer name, Port names (IP addresses), Data format (IMF), Driver information, etc.
Several days later (after new boots), the WinXP computer showed printer status as being "Ready", along with the correct printer "Type" (HP LaserJet Professional P1102w), "Where" (IP address), and "Comment" (network printing).  When a print job was submitted from Microsoft Word, the control-panel printer window first showed the message "printing", and then the message "error -- printing".  Nothing was printed.  The same results occurred when a print job was sent to the WinXP computer from the networked Win2K computer.  HP’s troubleshooting routine did not identify the error, its cause, or what can be done about it.
Successful printing continued, as before, from the Win7 computer directly, and from the networked Win2K computer to the Win7 computer as a guest.
The printer’s blue “i” network indicator lamp is lit, and all three computers continue to communicate through the hub to each other and to the Internet.
HP’s printer installation program was executed on the WinXP computer, using the “fix” option, but nothing changed.  The installation program was executed again on the WinXP computer, using the “new install” option (without removing the existing P1102w installation); the “browse” function saw the network, but no printers were found, and the installation could not be completed.
This is very perplexing.  Any suggestions?
PS:  The same problem occurred once before, and it was fixed by resetting factory defaults on the printer, hard wiring the printer to the WinXP computer through a USB cable, re-installing the printer’s wireless settings from HP’s installation disk, and repeating all of the networking and sharing setups on all three computers.  This is a lot of work that is not worth repeating, because the successful results have not been permanent.

    To:  Neonskeleton,
Thanks for your response -- especially because you are an HP employee!
My Win2k machine does not use HP software, nor communicate to the HP printer.  (HP did not write a Win2k driver for the P1102w -- and evidently no one else has done this, either.)  My WinXP and Win7 machines use their HP drivers to send print jobs to the P1102w wirelessly, and both machines have the P1102w set up as a shared printer.  Then, when I connect to those machines as a "guest" and submit a print job to those machines, those machines receive the print job and then communicate with the printer using the proper installed printer drivers.
Everything worked great with this configuration, until suddenly the printer was no longer responsive to ANY jobs coming from the WinXP machine, even though there was a "printer ready" indication on the WinXP machine, and even though the printer responded perfectly to print jobs coming from the Win7 machine.
When I tried to "fix" the WinXP setup by running HP's setup program on CD, nothing changed.  Then, when I tried to reinstall the WinXP setup for wireless printing, the program insisted that I reset THE PRINTER'S factory defaults and proceed using a USB cable -- even though I wanted to simply ADD the computer for wireless communication to an existing networked printer!  I would conclude that something screwed up the printer's inner settings (maybe an unsolicited and invisible HP update sent to my printer from the Internet?).
As I mentioned in my original post, I went through this process once before, reinstalled everything on all machines, and all was well.  Until THE SAME non-recognition problem surfaced again!
I do not want to spend any more time on this.  I went to Staples and bought a second P1102w printer (it is a nice little machine that uses a xerographic cartridge, rather than costly inkjet cartridges that frequently plug up).  I'll use a USB cable for the connection, rather than the installed wireless feature, and set up the P1102w as a shared printer.  I expect that all of my other computers will be able to link as a "guest" through the wireless hub and be able to print.
    Thanks again.
PS.  I am a retired computer-systems manager from Northrop Grumman.

  • Cannot load a FAx driver for a Hp Laserjet 1536dnf MFP on a HP Pavilion Elite e9220y Computer

I cannot find a fax driver for this printer to install on my computer.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer a couple of times It will print and scan but not fax.
I reinstalled fron the orignal disk and off the HP website neither get me fax capablilites.
I have gone to support and cannot find the drive on eith er the printer or computers web page at HP.Com
Please let me know what to do.

    Hi @thesaneone4 ,
I see that you are experiencing issues with the fax driver not installing. I would be happy to help you.
Check the connections in the Device Manager for any printer entries, under Universal Serial Bus Controllers look for Fax LEDM or any unknown devices. Right click and try to update the driver. How do I get into Windows Device Manager?
In the Devices and Printers window, what icons do you have for the printer showing?
If you are still having issues, you will need to uninstall the printer software from the CD and unlock the hidden Admin Account when installing the printer software, to make sure there isn't any interference.
    Disconnect the USB cable.
Uninstall the software by going to Start, Computer, right click on the CD and open it, then double click on uninstall.
Then download and run the latest software. HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf Multifunction Printer.
Unlock Hidden Administrator Account and install the printer on this account:
Go to your Start menu and under the 'search programs and files' box type CMD.
CMD will populate as a search option above, just right click on it and 'run as administrator'.
Once CMD (Command Prompt) opens, type net user administrator /active:yes and hit enter.
Next, close CMD and restart your computer.
When your computer comes on log into the new account that should show. It will be called Administrator and will not have a password on it.
If your computer automatically logs into your account after restart than go to your start menu click the arrow beside 'shutdown' and choose 'switch user'. Now log into the Administrator account we just unlocked.
Under the Administrator account, install the printer software.
    Test the printer.
To turn off the Admin account start back at step 1 and type in net user administrator /active:no.
Please let me know the outcome.
    Have a nice day!

  • How to setup the fax function for a AOI device

I read in several post on this forum that people get full print/scan/FAX functionality for the supported printers.
In my case, I have a HP Photosmart C7280, which is full supported using the C7200 series drivers, including a FAX driver.
Now, I add a printer in the 'Print & Fax' panel, and right away my printer shows up for bonjour. It finds automatically the correct driver, and works like a charm for printing and scanning, but... No Faxing whatsoever. Also no 'second' printer shows up, with 'kind' HP Fax, as several posts sugguest. Not after a few seconds, not after minutes. Using the 'Fax Devices' tab also doesn't show me any HP Fax device.
So basically my question is: How do I setup the fax functionality in SL with my printer?
Yes, it is connected over network, and the fax functions did work perfect over network with the 10.5 drivers from HP. Am I running into SL limitations? Does SL fax-drivers still support the (not optional, but default builtin) network functions of the C7280? Or... Am I just a noob that just can't find out how the setup a Fax device the obvious way
    Thanks
    - C

    Hello mscheidell,
Yes, I was aware of the 'two' 7200 series drivers, but thank you for checking with me.
Okay, now how did you 'add' your fax device for your printer? Did it show up a second version of your printer in the 'Add printer' box, with type FAX? Or did you just add the same 'found' printer again, but the second time with the FAX printer drivers (manual selected)?
Right now, I only get one entry when I try to add my printer into SL: It find the Photosmart C7200 series with 'kind' Bonjour. That's the only thing that will show up in my 'found' printers, even after waiting a few minutes. People in these discussions are telling me there should show up a second 'found' printer with 'Kind' HP-Fax, but that just won't happen for me.
I also tried to add the same found 'bonjour' printer again, and select manually the 'Photosmart C7200 series - fax' driver. SL tells me then there is already a print queue for that printer, but I tell SL to add this printer anyway. Then I have this C7200 series Fax device in my printing list. Using this driver seems to work fine, I can fill in fax recipients, but hitting the print button, caused the C7200 to spit out it's complete papertray, printed with bogus ascii signs only on the first lines of the page, instead of really faxing that document. So I concluded that this was not the right way to get the fax working....
Thanks for all the help again.

  • Hp lj1102w - can't configure for Wifi (HTML Config not working in printer utility)

I've got an HP LJ 1102w and have never been able to get the Print Utility to work.  I had to set it up for WiFi with a Windows machine, which wasn't too bad, but the network just changed and I don't have the Windows machine available any more.   I've looked at numerous discussions but can't find the right solution.    I've downloaded the driver a number of times , then went to the configuration page for the printer, clicked Utility, but when I click "Open Printer Utility", nothing happens.   Any ideas?
    Thank you!  Ron

Thank you for the article, HerelsMartin, but that still didn't change anything.  To summarize, I did all of this:
    - Deleted old printer from the MacBook
    - Reset the printer, confirmed old network was gone
    - Set up Java 8.latest, 64-bit, made sure Chrome was updated
    - Set Safari as default browser
    - Rebooted computer just for kicks
    - Went to the new printer, clicked Options, Printer Utility , and got the same result: the "Ok" button got highlighted momentarily and then nothing happened.
I then tried this step at the bottom of the article (see my comments in [..]):
On the Apple menu bar, click Go [there was no "Go" in the Apple bar so I did this through Finder], computer, MAC harddrive, Library, Printers, HP [there was no HP folder, just my 4 printers], LaserJet, click on folder for your printer [there was no folder so I double-clicked the printer and it brought me back to the Printer Utility, and I got the same result as above - nothing - so the rest of this doesn't apply], click on EWS browser or HTML config, click the Networking tab, click wireless on the left and fill out your information. (make sure infrastructure is selected) Apply settings."
I'm used to Mac doing EVERYTHING for me but this has been extremely time-consuming and frustrating; I'm ready to just go buy another printer.  There must be something that can fix this??
    Thank you, r

  • Printer configuration for MacBook

I have an HP Photosmart printer, a desktop HP PC, and a Macbook. I am trying to figure out how to configure everything so that I can print from my Macbook. I had it configured previously, but I have since switched internet providers (I have FiOS now) and that apparently has something to do with the fact that I can no longer print. The Macbook does not appear to be communicating with my printer. Help?

If you are trying to share a printer on a Windows PC then maybe this will help:
Setting up to print to a printer shared by a Windows computer via SMB
Mac OS X 10.5- Compatibility with Windows-shared printers
Mac OS X- Cannot locate a shared Windows printer
Mac OS X: How to manually add a Windows shared printer
Mac OS X 10.5: Troubleshooting printing issues
Be sure you have a compatible printer driver for your printer installed on the Mac or included with the OS X set of printer drivers. OS X does not support many Photosmart models. If you installed the Gutenprint drivers that came with OS X, then it provides support for additional Photosmart printers. Not all HP printers work wirelessly.
