FI Doc does not create CO Document in destination system
We have implemented CFM on ECC6 which is posting a FI Doc to a destination FI System which is on 4.7. The FI document gets created successfully but the CO Document is not created. CO and PCA is active in the Destination system.
Can anyone please tell me what can be the reason of the same.
FI IDoc FIDCC1, FIDCCH, CODCMT posted to Destination System.

Program does not create PCP0 documents for TMS Idocs
Hi All,
We have a dialy job that will catch up all payroll/tms idocs that is being received by the system. The program will automatically creates a document in the tcode PCP0 for every idocs that it has gathered both Idocs that have no errors and Idocs that have errors. Would like to ask if you have experienced the cause of this?

Invoice cancellation does not create accounting document.
Hi. here's the scenario.
A billing document has been creating in transaction VF01.When created, an accounting document and a controlling document have been generated(you can get the document numbers when you click on the 'Accounting' button in VF03 or through FB03).
Problem:
A cancellation has been carried out for the billing document (transaction VF11). However no accounting documents have been created for the cancellation.
Any idea on the customising which was missing?thx.Hello,
If you accounting period is block, you need to open the accounting period and transfer these documents manually from SD back to FI by using VFX3 transaction code. You need to release them manually to transfer the documents to FI. See the log if there are errors.
It will give the reason when you run VFX3 the documents are not moved back to FI.

Selected run does not create any document

i a running posting to accounts, my documents is not getting created, when i click on posting overview i get a message : incorrect status. no document created and no other messages what may be the problem .
please let me know your solution for same.

Prerequesties of payroll posting
1.Live payroll along with the infotype 0027 or cost centre assignment in ppom_old
2.All wage type should be mapped with symbolic accounts
and with G.L accounts
3.For live payroll run payroll area should be in exit mode
4.For simulation not required to put in exit mode
5.Must tick the log and simulate
6.it will through errors
7.Posting period days should be created
8.Input in pc00_m99_cipe playa a vital role
if u processed the tcode unknowingly for the unprocessed
employee number and payroll period should be taken care of
do the belwo
take one employee
do a live payroll run
he should have 0027 cost distribution infotype
go to tcode pc00_m99_cipe
tick the error log
Put manually and give the date
give the input and let me know the errors

Use of Function CREDITLIMIT_CHANGE does not create change documents
Hello,
I've been using this FM in a customer program for some time, now, but it was called to my attention that no change documents where being kept, aswell as no administrative data.
Can't seem to find any SAP Note regarding this issue.
Is this behaviour expected?

Accounting document created but the reference billing doc does not exist
Hi All,
We run a custom to program that generate a list accounting docs for clearing.
Now our problem is that the reference billing doc of the accounting docs does not exist.
It wasn't also archived.
The accountings docs are very recent so it is really impossible that it was deleted from the system.
We suspect that the accounting doc was created into the database while the billing doc wasn't.
Plus the issue is intermittent.
Please advise how we could fix this issue.
Any suggestion will really be appreciated.

It sounds strange that same inspection lot has been made UD twice. Possibly he might have done for different Inspection Lots. While checking tables if you are querying by Inspection lot, do not do that.
Another thing to understand is when UD made successfully for 105 Qty, why this is not appearing in UnRestricted stock. Some communication gap is there.
As a last resort, you may need to cancel the UD by using program RQEVAC50 through SE38. And cancel the documents through MBST

I really need someone to help me. I have been trying to figure out how to select a PDF document to convert to a Word doc. When I go to select a PDF file, all that shows up is the WORD docs. does not show ANY of my PDF files... Please help me figure out what is going on? We have it set on auto renewal so I know its not that we haven't renewed this subscription, because we pay automatically.

It sounds like there may be some confusion on your system about what application should be associated with PDF files. You can reset filename associations by following the steps in these articles (depending on your operating system):

Cancel billing doc (S1) is not creating Accounting document
Hi,
I have cancelled F2 billing document with cancel billing type S1. But for that cancel billign doc S1 is still in open status only and it is not creating accounting document..
I tried to release to accounting but it is showing error like " Document type is not defined"..
Please any guess on this..

I am sure you might be aware of this but just to reiterate
When you cancel documents in Logistics Invoice Verification, the document line items are not automatically cleared in Financial Accounting. We recommend that you periodically clear such items (using daily background jobs, for example).

Pricing doc. does not exist in CRM Sales Doc Creation
Hello gurus
I am new to Sales within CRM and recently have set up the IPC.
The IPC communicates with the CRM Server without any issues. I have download all data required in the IPC.
When I create a new sales order in CRM all is ok apart from the conditions tab, this shows Pricing doc. does not exist. - Diagnosis
You tried to access pricing information. However, a valid pricing document is not available.
Any ideas?

Please check first whether a pricing procrdure is correctly defined under Spro->CustomerRelationship Management->Basic Functions -> Pricing ->Determine Pricing Procedures.
Here please check whether for the Sales Area(that you use in your order) an procing procedure is correctly defined. Otherewise pricing will not happen.
To explain about Customer Pricing Procedure and Document Pricing Procedure
The pricing procedure defined here in the above path is generaly a combination of 1)Document Procing procedure and 2)Customer Pricing Procedure.
Document Pricing Procedure - This is assocaited with the transaction type. Goto the transaction type details in spro and there you will find the association.
Customer Pricing Procedure - This is associated with thh Business Partner. Select the BP(in sold to party role) and select "Sales Area" tab and in the "Billing" tab you will find this information.
Note that the pricing procedure need not have both the Document Pricing Procedure and Customer Pricing Procedure defined.Any one can also be present. It depends on the business requirement.
In your case can you please check whether the Pricing Procedure is prsent at all.

I successfully created intercompany transactions but when I select the "auto match" to perform the matching process, the running task page ensure that the process is completed successfully. However, when I press "log" I found the following error:

Error Description:The stylesheet does not contain a document element. The stylesheet may be empty, or it may not be a well-formed XML document.

Yes I've solved my issue.
Firstly, make sure that the entities and accounts used in the Intercompany Transaction are allowed for ICP in the metadata file by setting the attribute "IsICP=Y" to yes.
Then, after you press the "Match" button, wait until the process finished and don't open the log. Just close the running task page, after the status showed that it is completed, and open the "process IC transactions" page again you will find the square sign becomes green which means that the transactions are matched.

It's about "Managing Intercompany Transactions in Financial Management".

CRM service order does not create purchase requisition
Dear experts,
CRM 5.0
We have a scenario where saving a released service order should create a purchase requisition in ECC and update the document flow. I have performed the following steps and still the PR isn't getting created.
1. Configuration in CRM and ECC for integration of service processes with logistics and maintaining the purchasing document types.
2. Maintaining standard pruchase groups in ECC table V_TMW01
3. Assigning standard purchase org to the plant
4. Making sure correct RFC destination is assigned to the logical system.
Am I by any chance missing some middleware steps as saving the service order does not even trigger anything in the system?

1) You have created the subscription in SMOEAC with Site , Replication object and Service Order
Process type in the criteria value.
2) You have maintained the customizing entry in CRM in spro for the following combination in logiistics
Integration for Trans.Type Item Cat. Service Organization Org Unit (Service) Log. Scen.

Follow on doc(PREQ) not created in teh backend

Need some urgent help...We are runnin on SRM 5.0 n the Classic scneario....
When we order the SC,The backend doc is not created..In the follow on documents...we just get the status as Approved....The workflow is in status completed....Also when I try to execute the functions BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER and BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER..Also in BBP_PD tcode...I am getting the final status as i1113--Follow On document created.I get a short DUMP.....I have got a note (859891),...But not sure whether this will solve the problem.....Can anyon please guide me on this????

Oki, RFC target is correct now. Check again transaction ST22, SM21 and SM13 in SRM and R/3.

For the first time ever last Wednesday each time I open a file in AI - CS3 I get the same message: "Missing Profile - The doc does not have an embedded CMYK profile". I looked in library>colorsync>profiles and sure enough they were gone? I downloaded new profiles from Adobe, installed them in library>colorsync>profiles - and still the same thing with each file I open. I dragged AI to the trash, re-installed AI from my disc repeated the process with the same results - HELP!

Attachment (picture) 7 was my last setting for color prior to your email, and yes I was messing around with this last night comparing it to one of our old G4’s, so I can’t remember where it started out before I got my hands on it.
Attachment (picture) 8 is my current settings based on your email recommendations.
Attachment (picture) 6 is the message I receive when I open any files created prior to these changes I just made. However after I open and resave the file I no longer receive this (picture 6) message.
My question is will my color be back to where it was before the problem started last week. In looking over one of the files I opened (I design/build transportation maps btw) most of the color is where I usually have it set however some colors were fractional as if they were converted from spot colors. SO I’m not sure what to do except go through all the known colors and make sure they are where I usually would set them, or do you have a better suggestion.
Oh by the way – for all you guys that are helping lunch is on me at McDonalds on Michigan St in Grand Rapids, MI!!

MRP does not creates Shcedule Line
I have a valid scheduling agreement LPA in place. Scheduling Agreement is approved and released status.
I have source list also maintained for same scheduling agreement with long validity and MRP indicator as 2 - Create Schedule line automatically.
I am running MRP using following parameters in MD02.
Processing key NETCH Net Change in Total Horizon
Create purchase req. 3 Planned orders
Delivery schedules 3 Schedule lines
Create MRP list 1 MRP list
Planning mode 3 Delete and recreate planning data
Scheduling 2 Lead Time Scheduling and Capacity Planni
Even schedule line and other parameters maintained properly, MRP creates planned order and does not creates Schedule Line automatically. Material Master is maintained MRP Type PD, Lot Size as Replenishment to maximum stock level, Safety stock, No strategy and availability on.
What I am doing wrong? With same setting in other system it is working perfectly fine.
Any feedback appreciated.

Check whether the Agreement Open Target value .
If the target quantity was completed . so system will not create the Schedule lines for the material
2. If you mainatian the open period in the smk.
so system will create the planned order instead of schedule agreement. check
