Field costs in maintenance order

Good morning,
DdsCabeç tab. the maintenance order (IW31/IW32/IW33) there is a field that costs just under the Note field.
This field is released for publishing costs while the order is only with ABER status. I wonder if this release has the field to iissue a final or at least the status of the maintenance order LIB.
Thanks,

Hi Rupesh,
Has this been resolved? If so, what did you do? We have a similar problem. I am seeing the "Planned Costs", but not the "Actual Costs" for my services.
When trying to save the SES, I get the following pop-up message:
"No message record could be found for output of message. Save anyway?"
Also, when I try to accept the SES, I get the following error message:
RC=
3  BP
045 Profile PM0001 does not exist
Can someone please guide me on troubleshooting this?
Thanks in advance

  • Actual cost of maintenance order

    Hi SAP Experts
    In Plan/Actual Comparison of maintenance order; i'm not getting actual cost of the order while i'm getting planned cost.
    If anybody knows, plz help on this ?
    Regards
    Pooja

    Hi Pooja,
    I think, the first thing in such case is to verify, if there are actual costs of the PM order ro not.
    To do this, you can run the transaction rkacshow, input the the order number, and check the COSPA & and COSSA,  if there are records with value type 4 (field WRTTP).
    kind regards,

  • Reg:- Cost in Maintenance orders

    Hi
    I have an issue with Maintenance Orders.
    in Customizing i have created value categories and assigned cost elements to them but when i am posting the material which was reserved from the maintenance order the cost is not updating  in the value categories assigned to the order in Costs tab.
    please any one give suggestion on this to how the cost is updated in the value categories in cost tab.
    Please reply...
    Regards
    Kumar

    Check in OBYC for GBB - VBR for the material valuation class. Assign those cost elements in material value categories, so that cost will be updated under proper head.

  • Wrong user ID appearing in entered by field of planned Maintenance Orders

    Hi,
    Only few planned orders those are generating from maintenance plan (Having order types PM02  and PM05 for QM Inspection plan), Instead of user ID system is being taken a code in entered by field as {IP1020100416 It looks like the combination of IP10 scheduling T-code of Maintenance plan and 020100416 = 16042010 is the created on date of Maintenance order}
    Please advise, what should I do to bring user ID instead of above shown code?

    This is the Batch input : Group name (contains the session name). It is not specific to any user. This is helpful in listing down all the maintenance call objects that the system generated during deadline monitoring.
    In the field Entered by, enter the group name that the system proposes on the initial screen of the date monitoring session.
    IP1019950101 --> All maintenance orders from January 1, 1995
    IP10199501 --> All maintenance orders in January 1995
    This is helpful when background scheduling is activated for Maintenance Plan.
    To View which User was responsible for the Scheduling of the maintenance Plans, View the Transaction IBIPA, give the user name it would list all of the Sessions run by this user and the Group Names for the correponding sessions.

  • Field Selection Setting - Maintenance Order Reg.

    Hi All,
    When a maintenance order is in "CHANGE" mode, I want a particular filed in the maintenance order to be in "DISPLAY" mode (i.e: Masked, so that no changes can be made). Currently that filed is in "OPEN" mode (so that changes can be made).
    The field is as follows:
    In "Components" tab;
    by double-clicking the item number;
    "General Data" tab is displayed;
    in general data tab; under "general indicators" screen;
    "CostingRelevncy"  field
    (Table Name - RESBD / Field Name - SANKA)
    I need this field to be in display mode when the order is in "Change" mode.
    I tried to look around for this field in SPRO, but in vain.
    Request furnish the menu path in SPRO or some other way, so that this requirement could be accomplished.
    Many thanks in advance.
    Best Regards.

    Hello Shiv;
    Can you let me know how did you find out : Screen variant, program & screen for the table name & field name?
    Also did you use transaction variant or screen variant?

  • Add Fields in Operations Maintenance Order

    Hi Experts,
    I want to Add field in Operations on tab Enhancement for 200 Characters Field. Is that possible?If that possible, what user exit can be used?
    Thank you for the helpful answer.
    Best Regrads,
    Bernardus Jalu

    Dear Bernardus
    If you want to add user fields @ operation level, just a work around: Use General TL concept.
    In TL configuration u can maintain User fields @ operation level and you can maintain your own user fields for each operation.
    Hope this helps.

  • How to block maintenance order from releasing if cost is high

    Hi Experts
    If cost of maintenance order is more than Rs.100000(e.g); it should not release and if less than this value then it can be released.
    Plz help me can i do this in SAP PM and how ?
    Regards
    Pooja

    Hi ,
    In SAP PM there is a functionality known as Permits.You can create a Functional Permit and assign it your order type to acheive the requirement.Create a characteristics with currency format(data type) in the additional field give table name CSEVPERMIT and field name  PKOSTEN.Create a class type 049 and assign the characteristics created to the class.Give this class in the permit create (Tcode IPMD).Assign the range of the values by clicking on the classification sequence like > 50000Rs etc.In the order release option choose 2Permit must be issued else error message.
    assign this permit to the order type or the Technical object.
    Check it out and let know.

  • GR from Maintenance Order

    Hi All, Please help in the below issue,
    there's a spare part material valuated with split valuation as follows:
    Defected avg price 10/EA
    Used      avg price 20/EA
    New       avg price 30/EA
    From PM module, one EA from defected valuation type issued and the accounting doc shows value of 10 (correct), after finishing maintenance work on this part it will receipt in the same sloc but with valuation type Used,
    the issue is when GR from order the accounting doc shows value of 20 (debit stock with 20) the current price in master data while the actual cost from maintenance order is 200 how to make the GR valuated with actual cost from maintenance order which is 200.
    Your help will be highly appreciated, Thanks in advance.

    Greetings Hossam,
    Looks like what you are trying to achieve is to implement the Refurbishment Order process.
    In the standard system, you can use the Order Type configured as a refurbishment order to settle the actual cost to your stock value.
    Say that you have the material master created with split valuation, as you mentioned.
    Defective avg price 10/EA
    Refurbed avg price 20/EA
    New       avg price 30/EA
    Say you have 1 EA of Defective material at €10 , your refurbishment Order actual cost total is €15 , your material price is Moving Average, and you have no other stock. You would then issue the Defective part to the order with mvt type 261 (Order total cost goes up to €25). Then you would receive the 1 EA Refurbed part from the refurbishment Work Order with movement type 101. (Order total cost drops to €5). You would subsequently settle the Work Order total to the stock of the Refurbed valuation, raising the moving price from €20 / EA to €25 / EA.
    Please refer to the documents on Refurbishment process, search the SCN, and feel free to ask any specific questions.

  • Sort field in maintenance order

    Hello;
    I want to make sort field in maintenance order as a mandatory field. But if I make it as a mandatory field, system still allows me to save the order as long as I have not clicked 'Location' tab. So there is no positive control over this field. May I know, how do I achieve this? I have even tried to put order type as the influencing field but it does not help.
    Points assured.
    Regards
    Hemant

    Hello Hemant,
    access to the SAP service marketplace via www.service.sap.com to create an OSS message. Choose link "product errors". Therefore you need an OSS user and you have to be authorized to create OSS messages.
    To create an user-exit, you have to go to transaction CMOD. There you have to create a project and assign the enhancement you want to use (I'm not really sure, but I think IWO10009 is the correct one in your case - you can search the user-exits via transaction SMOD - search for IWO*).
    After this you have to implement your coding and then you have to activate the project.
    The implementation of the user-exit should be done by an ABAP developer.
    By the way - I've had a look at the OSS. There's note 768576.
    Reason and Prerequisites
    The problem is caused by a missing function.
    Influences set via field selection will only become effective if a screen with the corresponding fields is processed. You must also refer to the documentation defined in the corresponding Customizing area. For the location & account assignment data, no additional check is (such as with the general order header data) is realised during the saving.
    Prerequisite
    Via field selection you declared fields of the location & account assignment data as mandatory field, and no screen that contains these fields was passed.
    Solution
    By means of the example code, you must implement a corresponding mandatory field check via customer enhancement IWO10009 at the time of the order backup.
    1. Create subroutine Z_IWO10009_GET_DATA_FOR_FAW in program SAPMILA0. It would be best if you create an own include ZMILA0F1 for this so that you will not have any unnecessary expenditure for future Support Packages (via Transaction SE80).
    FORM Z_IWO10009_GET_DATA_FOR_FAW.
      CALL FUNCTION 'CO_IH_GET_HEADER'
           IMPORTING
                     CAUFVD_IMP = CAUFVD.
      CALL FUNCTION 'CO_IH_GET_ILOA'
           EXPORTING
                     CAUFVD_IMP = CAUFVD
           IMPORTING
                    ILOA_WA    = ILOA.
    ENDFORM.                    "Z_IWO10009_GET_DATA_FOR_FAW
    2. Create the following source code in customer enhancement IWO10009:
    STATICS: XTFAWF LIKE TFAWF OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE.
    tables:  tfawf.
    DATA: wa_screen    LIKE screen.
    FIELD-SYMBOLS:  'A'.
      perform Z_IWO10009_GET_DATA_FOR_FAW(SAPMILA0).
      if xtfawf[] is initial.
        SELECT * FROM TFAWF INTO TABLE XTFAWF
                 WHERE PROG = 'SAPMILA0'.
      endif.
      LOOP AT XTFAWF WHERE CUST_M = 'X'.
        CALL FUNCTION 'FIELD_SELECTION_INFLUENCE'
             EXPORTING
                  dynprogruppe = '7   '
                  mode        = 'C'
                  modulpool    = 'SAPMILA0'
                  fieldname    =  XTFAWF-MFELD
             IMPORTING
                  input        = wa_screen-input
                  output      = wa_screen-output
                  active      = wa_screen-active
                  required    = wa_screen-required
                  intensified  = wa_screen-intensified
                  invisible    = wa_screen-invisible
             EXCEPTIONS
                  OTHERS      = 1.
        if wa_screen-required = 1.
          clear lv_mfeld.
          lv_mfeld = 'CAUFVD_IMP-'.
          case XTFAWF-MFELD.
            when 'ILOA-AUFNR'.
              lv_mfeld+11 = 'IAUFNR'.
            when 'ILOA-KOKRS'.
              lv_mfeld+11 = 'IKOKRS'.
            when 'ILOA-BUKRS'.
              lv_mfeld+11 = 'IBUKRS'.
            when 'ILOA-GSBER'.
              lv_mfeld+11 = 'IGSBER'.
            when 'RILA0-ARBPL'.
              lv_mfeld11 = xtfawf-mfeld6.
            when others.
              lv_mfeld11 = xtfawf-mfeld5.
          endcase.
          ASSIGN (lv_mfeld) TO  IS INITIAL.
            Message E461(IW)
            with 'Mussfelder der Standort&Kontierungsdaten füllen'.
            EXIT.
          ENDIF.
        endif.
      endloop.
    endif.
    3. Activate the changes
    Correspondingly you can implement this solution also for the order release, for example, via customer enhancement IWO10002.
    Bear in mind that this is a source code proposal. It might be useful or necessary to adjust this source code to special applications.
    Best regards

    Hi,
    Can anybody explain the following.
    1- What are the applications of inventory and consumption cost element / GL accounts, while posting goods issuance, good receipt and maintain service entry sheet with reference of maintenance orders' reservations and purchase requisitions? I want to know which cost element or GL account is debit and credit during every posting. And What are their impacts on maintenance order?
    2- What is the purpose of "source" (cost element group) and "settlement cost element assignment" in allocation structure when we want settle maintenance order on cost center?
    3- On which accounting term, the maintenance order should be settled, cost center or GL account? what is the best practices?
    Regards,

    Goods Issue & Goods Receipt:
    In OBYC, G/L account for Inventory posting & Offset account for that Inventory posting will be maintained. Inventory posting will be BSX & Offset will be GBB.
    In Material Master, valuation class will be assigned. Based on this valuation class, this entry will be taken.

  • Settings for costing data in order types for plant maintenance

    i want to know the purpose of settings for costing data in order types for plant maintenance. do we need to do it for sure i mean are those settings mandatory to analyze the costs on work order

    Yes you need to maintain those settings, as the plant maintenance orders are also considered as cost objects and in order for you to post any cost, you need to have a cost object.  Unless you maintain these settings, the cost you posted cannot be settled to a cost center.
    Assign points as a way to say thanks.

  • Maintenance order cost control through Permit

    Hi

    Thanks

    Hi,
       This topic has been discussed many times in this FORUM , u can search up
    check this link http://www.sap-img.com/plant/complete-help-to-implement-maintenance-cost-approval.htm

    If u want to have more level of permits based on planned costs then u you need to create Charac in CT04 , assign that in class
    This class you need to give in IPMD while creating permits -under classification -> Here u need to mention the characteristic , In the characteristic - u need to mention the range , if u mention range as 0- 2500

  • Maintenance order cost

    Hi Experts,
    In Maintenance order can you assign different cost centers to different operations to seperate the cost of each operartion? How (What we have to do in SPRO for that)?
    -MD

    Hi Patel,
    What you can do is,
    Create a main order and give the title what is your maintenance activity, w.r.t main order create sub-orders using the main order, now what we can do is in sub order we do the maintenance activity and then capture the actual cost, now we can either settle the maintenance cost to cost center or either to the main order depending upon the requirement we have, now you can run a standard report to view the heirarcy of main order and sub order to view the actual cost on that and you also have a link that for this main order you have done certain specific activities for different cost centers.
