  • V/04 : Change condition table (pricing sales&distribution) technical view

    Hello,
I want to modify table A073 (just modify checkbox in technical view) using V/04 but It ask me a access key.
the data are stored in table T681E, How can i modify the table T681E ?
What transaction i have to use ?
Is there any user exit can i use it ?
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi ABdou,
The best way is to get the access key from any ABAPer(normally they have the access key) or you can try in any of the below mentioned Table.views by going to Tcode SM30(click on Maintain)
    V_T681_IND             Conditions: Condition Index
    V_T681A             Conditions: Application
    V_T681COMP       Maintain T681COMP
    V_T681F             Field Catalog (&1 &2)
    V_T681H            Conditions: Archiving Control
V_T681O           Allowed Document Types for Condition Index
    V_T681V            Conditions: Usage
    V_T681Y_BMEN     View Maintenance: T681Y_BMEN
    V_T681Y_BMEN_USR     View Maintenance: T681Y_BMEN
    V_T681Z           Conditions: Usage/Application
Most of the pricing related tables are cross-client and hence very limited EDIT access would be provided(generally it would be Read only access)
If you come across any changes that need to be made in any of the above mentioned tables you can go ahead and give it a try using SM30.(Maintain)
    Hope it helps

  • Mandatory address fields for One time account in sales order

    Hi,
In the pop-up screen of one time customer's address during sales order creation, there are some fields mandatory such as name and city. We want to make the region mandatory as it determines the taxes. Is there a configuration setting for this or any user exit.
    Regards,
    KC

    Hi
Goto Transaction "OVA2" and under sales order header for particular procedure include the region field in your incompletion procedure.
Reward some points if this helps.

  • Maping custom field for Freignt to ECC Pricing Procedure

    Hi,
We have a custom field in SRM to store FREIGHT which is to be mapped to a condition type in ECC pricing procedure.
Can anyone help in giving a solution to the same?
    Regards,

    Hi Brian,
Thanks for your help.  I have resolved this, and the information that you provided was helpfutul.
I had to create a function module in ECC, modeled after the SAP provided sample FM SAMPLE_INTERFACE_DE_BALE.   In addition to this, I had to configure entries in the standard SAP tables TBE24 and TBE34 (event DE_BALE), so that my new function module  would be  called.

  • Change Condition Table (Pricing Sales/Distribution)

    All,
I am making a change to table A305, Change Condition Table, and when I generate the change it is asking me to assign a package to make the change.  Can anyone tell me what package I should be using?
We are a small IT department and I do not have a BASIS team to ask for help on this.
    Thanks,
    Sean

    Hi Sean
If you have made changes in condition table 305 which is a standard conditon table and after generation as the system asks to assign a package. assign VA Package and then click on save.

  • CO-PA : How to define separate value fields for Revenue & Incoming SO

    Hello friends,
In CO-PA reports, how can I see separate value fields for Revenue (ERLOS) and "Incoming Sales Order" ? I created a value field for incoming sales order value.
But when I goto customizing for CO-PA, Transfer of Incoming Sales Orders and Transfer of Billing Documents refer to the same tcode KE4I. So its not possible for me to define a condition type to 2 separate value fields.....how can I see both incoming sales order value and revenue (from invoices) together ?
Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers
    Ken

    Hi
In COPA value flow from a condition type thru a value feild.
One condition type can be assinged to only one value feild ratio
    Condition    :        Value feild
         1                         1
    But where as ratio between
    Value feild              :         Condition
          1                                     N
Apart from above check the operating concern check for the values & characteristics and activate.
    Thanks

  • User exit for contract start date in sales order change mode.

    24.10.2008
    Hi Gurus,
I need to disable the 'contract start date' (VEDA-VBEGDAT) field  in Contract data tab at header and item level. Can someone suggest a user exit for the same ???
    Regards,
    Udaynath

    Dear Udyanath,
Please check these User exits with the help of ABAPer
User exits in the program MV45AFZZ
The user exits which you can use for modifications in sales document
    processing are listed below.
    USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION
This user exit can be used to modify the attributes of the screen
         fields.
To do this, the screen fields are allocated to so-called
modification groups 1 - 4 and can be edited together during a
modification in ABAP. If a field has no field name, it cannot be
         allocated to a group.
The usage of the field groups (modification group 1-4) is as
         follows:
    -   Modification group 1:   Automatic modification with transaction
             MFAW
    -   Modification group 2:   It contains 'LOO' for step loop fields
    -   Modification group 3:   For modifications which depend on check  tables or on other fixed information.

    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at the level of
    the sales document schedule lines.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine
    VBEP_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBKD
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields for business data of the sales document. It is described in the section "Copy customer

I hope this will help you,

  • Selecting a document field for a field in a condition table/access

    Hello
I created a pricing condition table using field WGHIE from the standard field catalog.
    Img/SD/Basic Functions/Pricing/Pricing Control/Define Access Seq
I can assign the table to a access, but when I try to do the field assigment it give's me the message "<i>Select a document field for WGHIE</i>"  at the field assignment part.
In the fields display the WGHIE field has nothing listed in the Doc Field and it's grayed out so you cant change it.   Also in the I/0 field its red lighted
Any ideals as to how I can fix this.
    Thanks

  • Base for slection of  the fields in access sequence.

    Hi Experts ,
In pricing procedure  I want to know what is the base used  for selecting the fields in access sequence.
What are the situation in which there will be different fields in pricing procedure ?
    Thanks,
    Kiran
Edited by: KiranCG on May 11, 2011 2:38 PM

the base for selecting fields to be used in an access sequence is how the business wants to define their prices.
this can be just a fix price for a material number
and a surcharge (or maybe rebate) per product group
and a freight charge based on Incoterms plant  and destination country combination
any of these examples would have different fields

  • Product Configurator tab missing in Sales Order in ICWC for complaints

    Hello
    Our environment - ECC 6.0 & CRM 6.0
We have variant config items created in ECC & downloaded to CRM via Knowledgebase & runtime versions.
The customer service reps place the order via ICWC.
Till now only standard sales orders were being created in CRM ICWC and the Credit Memos were created using Transaction launcher.
Now we are trying to move the creation of Credit Memo's in CRM via the complaints function.
I am running into an issue while testing Variant Config items in a Credit Memo in the ICWC. I get an error saying Configuration for the Item missing. I am not able to find the Configuration tab in the Order.
When I place the same item in a Standard Sales order, the Configuration tab shows up and I can select my option and all works fine.
Is there any setting specific to the transaction types or Item type for a Credit Memo ?
Can anyone let me know what I am missing ?
    Thanks in advance
    Vinit

    Hello Vinit
I will add the most simple case to create a new configuration:
A role configuration key must be created in path
IMG-CRM-UI Framework -- Technical role definition -- Define role configuration key
The role configuration key must be assigned to your business role in
IMG-CRM-UI Framework -- Business roles --Define business role
    Then to create the configuration:
    Transaction bsp_wd_cmpwb
    `component   BT162I_CPL
    Btn display
Go to views and double click BT162I_CPL/CreditItemOVViewSet
    Tab configuration
    New configuration
Role Config. Key     <Your role configuration key>
    Component Usage      <DEFAULT>
    Object Type          <DEFAULT>
    Object Subtype       <DEFAULT>
    Type:   Overview page
Then use the arrows to move available assignment blocks to displayed assignment blocks
You can also use load option to decide if the assignment block will be initially displayed or the end user must press one click to display it.
    Btn Save
The configuration is saved and will be displayed if you enter the web UI with the business role that was assigned to your role configuration key.
Another option instead of creating a new configuration for the view is to copy the configuration from the standard one and then make changes to it,  but I am not sure if it would work in this case because the standard configuration was created before the note had been implemented. For this you should use button "Copy configuration"
