Find permits marked as "NR" (not relevant)

Hi,
We have permits attached to F/Ls.  When a WO is created at those locations, the WO automatically has the permit requirements.  There is an option to check the "NR" box if the planner determines that the permit is not relevant to the work order.  Occasionally the planner is sometimes mistaken when he makes this determination, so we would like to audit this.  In IPM2 I can see those permits that have been Issued or Not-Issued, but cannot see those have been checked as "NR".  Is there any way to list these?

In Standard you cannot get result.
There is another way you can get report.
You Can use User Status , with Permit of Two User Status one with " Permit Relevant " & other with "Permit Not-Relevant" .
Set "Permit Relevant " As initial Status , & Assign this to ur Order type.
Whenever in Order you change Permit  , Set this "Permit Not-Relevant" in Order User Status.
whenever you need run "IW38" ,Check the Order User Status & Analyze.
If you don't want to Use "User Status" , in Order , there are Other fields like Room , Sort Field in Location field , which you enter some Codes or Numbers , & can be used as Sort field for Order selection with Changes Made.

    select ur Item category using path
    IMG -> Sales --> Sales documents --> sales document item --> define item categories
    and check in basic data whether u have marked this ITEM Category as Billing Relevance or not

  • Problem with marking mail as Not Junk in IMAP account

    Hi,
    I have an IMAP email account on Go Daddy that I forward all my other mail accounts for processing. I use Apple Mail to process this IMAP account and use Mail.app's Junk filter to move Junk mail to the Junk mailbox. This Junk mailbox is mapped in Mail.app to my Go Daddy Bulk Mail IMAP folder, and the Trash and Inbox are also mapped to their respective folders of this IMAP account's Mail.app is set to "Enable junk mail filtering" and "Move it to the junk mailbox".
    When junk mail comes in, Mail.app correctly identifies the mail as junk and moves it to the Junk folder. However, if I find a message that Mail.app misidentified as junk and I attempt to mark it as Not Junk, the message gets a Not Junk status (not brown anymore), but the message stays in the Junk folder; Mail.app does not move it back into the Inbox.
    I would assume that since both the Inbox and Junk mail (Bulk Mail) folders are IMAP and on the same account, that upon marking the message as Not Junk, this mail should be moved back into the Inbox, just like under POP.
    Am I mistaken about the operation of Junk mail under IMAP? Should marking a message as Not Junk move it automatically to the Inbox? Do I have my folders and options set right? Should I possibly use a 3rd party Spam filter such as SpamSieve (where I can control its actions via Applescript)?

    Ah Ernie, I think you found out my "problem".
    Before I upgraded to SN, I used SpamSieve to manage my POP SPAM. When I changed to SN, I did away with SpamSieve and POP, and used IMAP and Mail.app's Junk filtering. SpamSieve, since its "Mark As Junk" and "Mark As Not Junk" functionality uses Applescript, it must've moved the Not Junk message back to the inbox.
    Thanks for the pointer; I may change back to SpamSieve to get back that functionality.

    Transaction VE08 mark credit memo as not relevant for declaration with this description "No association to a goods movement was found".

    check VE80, if you have an exclusion indicator on the item category.
    If not try to run VE01 for your country and mark only credit memos. Use log type B. Check the message in the incompletion log. If your credit memos are not in the incompletion log, than run the transaction transaction VE08 you run before again. The credit memos should show up, otheriwse let me know what is the message in the incompletion log.
    Check also if you need to show credit memo from legal point. From my point of view it should show only data related to deliveries.

  • Issue in creating Invoice when route is not relevant for shipment cost.

    Dear All,
    We are facing a problem while creating an Invoice. The route used in shipment in not relevant for shipment costing. Shipment type is relevant for costing. So in normal scenario if I don't remove the tick mark from "Shipment cost relanace" at shipment type and proceed with Invoicing I get error as " SHipment costing is not complete", which is correct. The scenario works well if item/s in delivery are not batch split.
    But, if items in delivery are batch split and "shipment cost relevance" check is not removed from shipment type then, only batch split items get copied in invoice. Header item is deleted and invoice gets saved, which should not happen.I don't get error in this scenario.
    How should I make the error in invocie work in case of batch split items also? Could anyone please let me know?

    I observed the same, Book Mark Button availabe on web report is not working but Book mark URL can be saved with the context menu -> bookmark.
    need to check the Web template for  Book Mark.
    Bookmark URL can be saved and that URL is used to go fastly to the requied navigation fastly, that is the use of Bookmark

    I would like to mark a specific invoice as not relevant for credit control. For instance, the customer returns a product and, while it's being analized by quality control, I don't want to block sales because of that invoice. Is it possible please? How?

    the original invoice is already released to accounting (and the open item is created / relevant for credit control).
    You cannot "remove" this account receivables open item from credit control anymore (and this is ok) unless you create an additional document which reverses the invoiced value (suppose the invoice needs to be cancelled, whatever the reason is).
    So the way I described is the way its working.

    We have an issue in on the behavior of the item category we assigned to the replenishment delivery. The transaction starts from an STO-PO and create a replenishment delivery on the background via VL10B. The replenishment delivery was successfully created. The weird thing is, item cat NLN is relevant for picking. I checked the item cat assigned to the replenishment delivery and it shows NLN but it appears as not relevant for picking as picked quantity column is uneditable. Seems weird and this is my first time to encounter such issue. I tried browsing the net and had no luck to find same scenario. Can somebody please tell me what could be the possible cause of this issue? Thank you in advance!

    Is the inventory warehouse managed or inventory managed? Usually, if you are in an inventory managed scenario, the system lets you directly input a picked quantity directly on the delivery. If you are in a warehouse managed scenario, you have to create a transfer order to do picking. You can check this by looking at field "OverallWMStatus" on the "picking" tab of the delivery. If the status says "WM Transfer Order required" you are in a WM managed scenario and have to carry out picking via a transfer order.

I've adjusted all the settings under mail preferences, but that is not helping.

    My Library has ten more songs than my iPod. How can I find out which songs are not syncing?
    I recently had to purchase a new hard drive. Because the size of my music collection exceeds 140 GB, I stored all of my music on a separate external hard drive. When I exported everything back into my new iTunes library, I found that I had about 200 more songs than I had in the previous library. After deleting most of those extraneous songs, I was able to get my library close to where it was before. However, after syncing to my iPod Classic, I noticed that only 34,853 of the 34,863 loaded. How can I figure out which of those ten songs in my library did not sync to my iPod?

    It may be that the 10 songs are unchecked. To find them select songs view.
    If there is a column Heading marked with a tick then click on it to sort by this column.
    If the Column is not there then View > View Options and select the Checked column which will then display
    Check the songs by putting ticks in the empty boxes and resynch. Now those tracks should go over as well

  • Materials not relevant for Picking

    Hi Guys,
    I have an outbound delivery wherein some of its materials don't have any value for the picked quantity and the materials' picking status says that they are not relevant for picking. Do you guys have an idea on how can I fix this issue??

    As per your above thread, I understand that your delivery has multiple line items with different materials.
    Check whether any of the material is relevant for picking. If yes, then compare the sales views of the materials which are relevant for picking with the ones which are not.
    Hope you can find some differences.
    Also check the transaction 0184 & OVLP.

  • Mark debug 'sometimes' not working

    I find mark debug sometimes not working.In my new project ,I add mark debug = true, then set up the debug nets.I can't find them in the assigned nets ,but from the netlists I find some of them.The missing nets are wire type,notregister type.Does the command not work on wire type nets?
    Because my project is very large, searching for the nets requires a very long time.So I hope Xilinx can fix this bug.

    Rather than open another thread, I'll extend this one since I'm having what I think is the same problem.
    I'm using Vivado 2014.4.  "Flatten" is set to "None".  The nets are set in the elaborated design with MARK_DEBUG and DONT_TOUCH.  But when synthesis gets done with them, the names are completely different.
    I don't care if the "equivalent" nets are still there.  I need the names.  Every time synthesis runs, it's a crapshoot whether the names will change.  Particularly bad are 500+ bit buses that get exploded into individual signals.  I don't have the time to regather them into the proper buses every time.
    In general, I've been pleased with the changes in Viviado.  But I can't believe how badly a wonderful tool like ChipScope has been screwed up.

    The "not junk mail" icon is not working---I highlight the mis-identified message, and the icon should change to a "thumbs-up" so I can say "not junk mail" but it doesn't change.  I have not been able to figure out how to mark things as "not junk."  Any ideas?

    Which email? Yahoo, AOL, Exchange, etc.? I find that I have to do this on a webmail interface, personally.

    I am getting the below message in BDLS log  while doing logical system system conversion with BDLS.
    "Table T000 was not relevant for conversion"
    Due to this I could see old logical system entry in SCC4 instead of New converted logical entry.
    (I've gone through the forums ,but didn't find solution)
    Any Idea why I am getting this message and I triggered BDLS from client 000.

    Ex:

    Logical System : <PRD>CLNT500
    I need this to be change to <QAS>CLNT500 after BDLS,but it is not happening after BDLs.
