this was the link that was sent to my e-mail address. When I clicked on it it tried to use Firefox to connect me to the link but Firefox would not let me log in. So I copy/pasted it in Explorer and it told me there was a problem that I should check that I clicked the right link and that I typed the address correctly. Please help I would prefer to use Firefox. I have been unable to confirm my e-mail.

Your GMail email is on Google's server, so you should find the same messages there that you saw before. However, any bookmarks, saved passwords, etc. that you did not sync with Weave or another solution that backs up your settings to some place on the web would need to be rescued from your old computer.

Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it jiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then restart the app and see if it works normally.

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing a new problem with the iPad mini I only bought yesterday.
Everything is set up, verified etc but on Safari it will not let me log into some websites e.g. Missguided. Speaking to their customer serviced their website is totally fine so must be something wrong with my Ipad?
Can someone please help me as I don't want this to happen every time I try logging into an account online?

I have just purchased an Apple TV and it will not connect to my iTunes Store, it gives me the message "User Name or Password Incorrect" but they are NOT, I can log into the store through the Macbook without any problems, I have tried friends accounts and get the same message, Been on the phone to support for 2 hours NO HELP!

I've had the same thing happen when I tried to enter my YouTube username & password. It wouldn't accept it. I thought it was a fluke w/YouTube. Apparently not so.
So, I can't buy or rent movies/TV shows. Exactly why do I want this gadget?
How about an update on the Apple site that just recognizes these problems & promise a fix?

Go to icloud.com from your computer and sign into your account. Any iCloud data you see there will sync to your new phone when you sign into your account.

FIrst try a soft reset by holding down the home & sleep/wake buttons until the Apple logo appears then let go & let the iPad boot up normally.
If that doesn't help then to make sure you have a strong internet connection.
Try resetting Network Settings
Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network Settings,
You won't lose any data but will have to log back into your wifi networks.
Once logged back in and when the pop-up appears, try entering your password again.

If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.

Photoshop Elements will not let me log in with my Adobe account.

I have had no issue installing, activating, and logging in with the Adobe Premiere Elements program. However, when trying to log in to Adobe on Photoshop Elements, a window pops up and says that there is no internet connect (when obviously there is) or my computer time has been set wrong (which I triple checked). I have no idea why it will not let me log in.
