Use like above,The newline in CDATA might be the reason.

  • Pls Help! Drag and Drop problem, identical symbols acting differently - same code! WHY?

    In the attached file, I have a series of symbols that have a drag and drop command to change colour at different sections of a bullseye, and that are also text editable (html).
    However, some of the symbols get stuck and will not be moved after moving once or at all, and some get stuck once their text has been edited.
    I have poured over the code and it appears to be the same for each symbol - can anyone explain as to why this is happening?
    I also cannot now edit the text properly on the ipad (it is really fiddly to change between different symbols to edit their text -- is there maybe a better way to do this? A button to change between symbols to then edit their text, can you help with this too?)
    THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

    Hi, I think I undertsand what you mean now, so the code is as below, btu I am not sure what a handler is? but some of my risks still get stuck once the text has been changed on them:
    // Use for loop for attr
    // deleted  yepnope since you load with scropt loading
    // added pos for each symbol so we can replace them there.
    document.ontouchmove = function(e) {

  • How can I keep my text format after pasting a text with a different format?

    No matter when and where I start to write some text (whether it is a SImpleText, E-Mails, or anyother application's doc), if I have to cut and paste a text from a different source that is formatted differently than my original text (ie. the one I am already using ), once I have pasted the differently formatted text in my doc, the typeset changes while it continues to type with the same formatt used in the text I just pasted.
    How can I continue typing with the same text formatt used before pasting the new text, after pasting the new text, without having to change size, font style etc. Is there a short cut?
    What I have been doing to avoid this problem is: I usually type my entire text content (whether it is an E-Mail, or other doc) then, once I am done typing, I paste the text that was cut from a differently formatted document, so that my text remains with the same formatt in its integrity, while the pasted text stands out differently, but it is a bit complex doing that , because I not only have to remember to paste the other text when I am done typing (I run the risk of forgetting to paste the text I need to insert--which has happened already) or I keep struggling with my formatt change after the pasting of the new text, so my document text starts looking like the same text as the one which was just pasted.
    Thanks for your time reading this!

    (1) First, let's make sure we're talking about the same thing. By "SImpleText, E-Mails" you mean TextEdit and Mail, right?
    (2) Some apps (TextEdit, Mail) use the text engine provided by Mac OS X. By and large, these apps will behave in a similar manner. Others (eg, MS Word) use their own text engine, and their behaviour can be quite different. For such an app you need to consult its manual.
    (3) In TextEdit, if you want the pasted text to adopt the current style, then use kurt188's tip.
    (4) However, if you may want the pasted text to retain its own attributes, while you continue to type in the previous style. I don't know of any shortcut or command that will achieve this. However, you can try to work around it.
    (4.1) TextEdit has the Copy Style (⌘⌥C) and Paste Style (⌘⌥V) commands. If you haven't yet used it, ⌘⌥V will insert the default style. So type, paste, ⌘⌥V, then continue typing. If you have used, it will insert whatever style was copied. You can, type, ⌘V, click somewhere before the pasted text, ⌘⌥C, click after the pasted text, ⌘⌥V, and continue typing.
    (4.2) Alternatively, type your text. Then type one more character, eg, "x". Then ←, ⌘V, ⇧→, and start typing. The new text should adopt "x"'s format. (This should work in Mail, too. I don't know, because IMHO e-mail should always be plain text.)

    Example: Text module name ZTEST (EN) and ZTEST (DE).
    Any help is appriciated.

    Create text module at SO10 Transaction,first create En Language ,then use formatting options from Style transaction (SE72 - create paragraph format ,charcter format )..
    again create same text module with diffrent language ,but same formatting option may not applicable,you have to use diffrent ones..

    How a text message came to me can be forwarded to another contact? Is there any facility in iPhone 4 to store the text messages in different folders as can be done in other smartphones?

    YOu hold down on the text message until you see copy/more - select more - you'll see the options.

  • Keynote - The font Calibri is missing. Your text might look different.

    Since updating Keynote app, I keep getting the following message every time I open my presentation...even when I have made other changes:
    Some changes were made to your presentation.  The font Calibri is missing. Your text might look different.
    With over 100 slides, how can I find the font?  Keynote used to make the change for you and you would never see this message again.  Its so annoying. Also, why have you taken away so many of the easy functions like replacing images.  Now it takes additional steps..sure hurts productivity.

    The fonts on iOS are a limited set of fonts system wide.
    Only really few app allow to install custom fonts. I assume that apple trys to prevent compatibility problems with the system.
    May i guess is that you have reused a PowerPoint-Template? The message is clear for Calibri is one of the standard fonts of MS-Office and not on the Mac or iOS by default. I get this message regularly whe opening Office-docs.
    When you are using styles the soultion should be easy: change the styles to a font that is on the iPad too - as  Times. The changed styles should affect the whole document.
    And don´t forget the master slices for they got font formats too.

  • TEXT ITEM from different table

    When a TEXT ITEM from different table exists in the DATA BLOCK,

    the SELECT for filling the TEXT ITEM from different table, how
    we can prevent FROM_STATUS and RECORD_STATUS to get the

  • Is the 'C' language acting differently for all the SDK(VisualStudio,xCode...)?

    Hi guys~!
    I've been in a dazed since i started writing this piece of code as an example since i'm still learning 'C' programming in the Poly's. Is the 'C' language acting differently while is on another platform?
    When i wrote this using VS, it works, but when it comes to Xcode, it's not going to provide me the right output.
    #include <stdio.h>
    #include <ctype.h>
    int main(int argc, const char * argv[])
        int x, num = 0;
        char choice;
        printf("Number\n");
        for (choice = 'Y'; choice == 'Y'; num++)
            for (x = 1; x <= 4; num++)
                printf("%6d\n", x);
                x++;
            } // end for
            printf("\nWould you like to continue the loop? Y/N?: ");    < - - It ignored the user key and skipped out of the loop, and proceed with the final output.
            fflush(stdin);
            scanf("%c", &choice);
            choice = toupper(choice);
        } // end for
        printf("Thank you for your participation~! Have a nice day & See you!");
    } // end main

    Code the scanf like this:
    scanf(" %c", &choice);
    Note the leading white space.
    c
    Matches a sequence of width count characters (default 1); the next pointer must
    be a pointer to char, and there must be enough room for all the characters (no
    terminating NUL is added).  The usual skip of leading white space is sup-
    pressed.  To skip white space first, use an explicit space in the format.

  • ODI Execute Button Acting Different than Right-Click - Execute in Diagram

    We have noticed that clicking the 'Green Arrow' Execute button in ODI to begin the Execution using First Step with only one Procedure is acting differently than simply right-clicking and selecting 'Execute' within the Diagram tab. We have noticed this issue with only a SQL Procedure.
    In other words, when clicking the 'Green Arrow', ODI compiles the package together before executing which seems to make the procedure execute differently than right-clicking and executing the procedure individually.
    Has anyone else noticed this issue?

    Executing with Green arrow means the entire package would be compiled and executed. In such case if you have any special configuration for that step then that would be effective and thus might show different behavior.
    Running a particular step by right clicking on it would be equivalent to running the procedure or interface directly.
    Do you see difference in behavior if you run the procedure directly v/s running it within package too?

  • InDesign CS6 text frames acting wonky

    I started a brand new document. Some text has been copy/pasted from CS4 documents or Word but all of it is acting weird. If the text frame is less than 7.4375 in wide, then it breaks and reflows at odd points and I can't seem to get the frame to end where I want it to.
    I don't know where to look to fix whatever setting is doing this.
    Above: Text frame at margin width less than size noted above. but when the frame is extended to the margin height, it breaks the text and doesn't keep it where I want.
    Below: Text frame at 7.4375 in wide. It will break at different places and show all that's supposed to be in the frame

    First, show non-printing characters so you can look for non-breaking spaces. Next check for a long string of text to which No Break has been applied (if you make the frame narrow and the text goes into overset, it's easiest to find these problems by looking at the first bit of text past the overset indicator in the Story Editor). The next possibility, which would be reinforced by large changes in where the text goes into overset whenyou adjust the frame heith only slightly, is that there are keep options applied that prevent ID from fitting all of the required text into the remaining space in the frame.

  • Different Text Size for different mobile devices and Tabbed View Application

    Hi,
    I am developing an sample mobile application to target all mobile devices (IPhone/IPad/IPod and Android).
    I am facing an Issue that i am using default text size for the TextInput, TextArea and label but text size look so small for some devices, i discuss this with some(unkown) person(he is an IPhone developer).
    He told me that in Iphone development for different devices they use different text size.
    So how would I do the same at our Flex Mobile application ?
    Please provide me help regarding this
    There is one more problem in the application. I have tabbed view application, and i assign the firstview of the tab after 10 or more seconds of interval so that data will load in the application properly.
    But issue is that my first tab is not show anything at first go. When we switch the tab then it loads the screen and application work fine.
    Please provide me any help so that i can see the first Tab Screen.
    Thanks

    Hi there. For your font issue you need to set up a variable call it var fontSize or something. Then have an if statement that reads something like if (stage.stageWidth <= 320) fontSize=8 else if (stage.stageWidth > 320 || stage.stageWidth <= 640) fontSize = 12.
    Then instead of giving your font a size give it the size of fontSize variable and it will check for stage width or whatever you base it on and apply that size to your text field.
    I had done this for an app I did for Kellogg Garden Products but if you notice when you go from portrait to landscape mode the font size increases using this technique.

  • Different rich text/plain text settings for different accounts?

    I use Mail for both my work email (MS Exchange) and my personal email (webmail/IMAP). Many of my coworkers use Outlook's rich text formatting options, so I need to have my work emails go out as rich text. However I'd like to have my personal emails go out as plain text.
    I can set Mail to create new messages in plain text, but to reply in the same format of the original message. That takes care of everything EXCEPT when I compose a new message using my work address... in that case it goes out as plain text, and my coworkers complain that they can't use formatting, because their copies of Outlook are in turn configured to reply in the same format as the original message.
    So ideally what I'd like is to have two different formatting settings for my two different accounts. Anyone know how this might be done? Any plugins, etc., that might accomplish this?

    Since you are running Jaguar, Jaguar and Panther Mail do not support composing in HTML and this includes when forwarding a message received that was composed in HTML.
    Since Jaguar and Panther Mail do not support composing or forwarding HTML, you can't embed images or photos in the message body anyway.
    RTF with Tiger Mail is really HTML and although Tiger Mail does not include an HTML composer/editor, you can copy/paste HTML format from a web page and forward HTML received.
    Images/photos and single page PDF attachments are revealed as inline or viewed in place within the body of the message by default which cannot be turned off. This applies to received and sent messages which is not the same as being embedded. Embedded requires HTML and an embedded attachment is not a true attachment. All Mail.app versions render HTML received but you cannot attach a photo or image as embedded with Jaguar or Panther Mail so it doesn't matter if you use RTF or Plain Text in regards to photo/image or single page PDF attachments which appear as inline or viewed in place within the body of the message by default regardless.
    When you use Plain Text for message composition, the receiving mail client renders the text in whatever font the reader chooses.
    IMO, everyone should use Plain Text for message composition. Messages would be boring to some but the majority if not all problems experienced with email would be eliminated if HTML was banned from message composition.

  • Online banking site now shows login page as text-only; on different computer it still shows page with images and clickables -- is there a fix?

    Previously when I logged in to my INGdirect online bank account, the login window came up showing images and clickable hotspots. Recently, the login window changed to a text-only version. On two different computers running Firefox, the login comes up in the previous version, with images and clickable hotspots. I'm unaware of having done anything to change my settings either in Firefox or on the banking website. Because it seems to be localized on this computer, I've tried downloading latest version of Firefox, but got no change, login still comes up in text-only format.
