Fonts (Arial) in Flash

Question

Hi,
I want to use Arial as default font, but when I embed the font it looks a bit different (like a bolder, smaller version of the original Arial).

I just switched my Flex SDK from 4.5 back to 4.1.
This looks a lot better, but still it does not look the same. (the caracter spacing does not match and the hinting looks a bit different)
So is this a bug in 4.5 or has something changed with the usage of fonts from 4.1 to 4.5?
I just googled "flex 4.1 4.5 font" and found out, that I am not the first one who mentioned this, but noone has a real solution...
