I have forgotten my Security Question Answers and cannot proceed without the answers.
I cannot download any content or process any updates.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

this does not help. I have forgotten ALL of the answers to my security questions. I can NOT reset the answers to my security questions without answering two of the three security questions. The other way to reset the answers to these questions is for apple to send me an email on my rescue email addres which I DO NOT HAVE.

Hi, ive had my ipod for about a year. I used it frequently until my charger broke then it pretty much collected dust for the next 3 or 4 months. but ive started using it frequently again because i finally found a charger for it that works ( long story short, i was stupid and didnt think that it was my laptops usb ports that werent working . I'm not sure what you mean by the 'apple support contact wont open' (?). If you mean the 'contact iTunes Store support' link on the page that you posted from I've just tried it and it seems to wok ok for me, though I haven't gone as far as to actually contact them.
You can contact either iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset you can then use the steps on the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use, or if it's available in your country you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

Alright.. Soo.. This Apple ID was made a long time ago since my iPhone 5 was bought. I was planning to buy an ingame item but Vertification was needed so I was like yeah ok sure. XD Then it started giving me Security questions.
I'm extremely sure I forgot both of the answers to my Security Questions so I decided to change it.
I Went to Appleid.apple.com, logged in successfully, pressed the forgot the answer and it was said to sent to a YAHOO Email.
I used to have this Yahoo Email but I forgot about it since Yahoo decided to deactivate due to inactivement so now I can't change my security answers so I can't proceed with my purchase.
I was wondering if there's a way to change the email ( yahoo ) to my current gmail since I'm way more active on it and I
can access it easier..?

Now I have tried many times login in to iforgot and edit my profile and I have tried everything to unlock my account and nothing works. So, I forgot my securtiy question and it showed 2 of the questions. And I totally forgot about the answer to them. So what did I do? Well,I clicked on the "I forgot" then it sent my to login to my apple id. I did. I went and clicked on "Password and security" and I clicked on the I forgot my answer link. And it says " email sent" so I check on my main email address and I dont see it. I checked in the spam box and still nothing.Then I chcked on my secondary email address and I repeated the same thing and still nothing. I kept doing this for 5 hours now. How to reset your Apple ID password.
