Free membership instead of paid subscription

A couple days ago my subscription was expired because I have difficulties with my bank (issues on bank's side) and I can not pay well. Support told me that a can not re-activate this and should buy a new one subscription. I did it but I have an issue:
My subscription plan does not changed to "paid" from "free". In my account management I have two active plans:
I'm looking for answer there in forums and contact today with support (chat). The last answer I've get from support were: "Since there is some issues with your storage capacity we will check and assist you in a better manner". By myself I found hint. I'll signed out in Creative Cloud app, restart the computer and then sign in again. But there is no good news. I'm still in free membership. My software from time to time informs me about my trial period. Type kit send me a message about my removed fonts.
Maybe anyone may help?

I have got the CC activated  from suspended status with 20 GB of space as your purchase has been successful. Please try to launch CC after signing out & signing back in of the CC desktop app.

    Hello, I purchased the $9.99 per month PS & Lightroom bundle at the start of the year and I my payments are current but my PS tells me my trial has expired and it asks me to license my software! It was working fine until about a month ago when it updated and now I get the message I just spoke described. Lightroom works and updates fine! When I go to manage my account it tells me I'm on a Creative Cloud Free membership and I only have access to trial software. Please help!!

    I have noticed that I receive my payment receipts through my work email but I believe I'm logged into CC app via my hotmail account. Could this be the problem? I have some pics attached showing what my CC is showing.
    Sorry to be a pain but I'm getting busier with work and this is a major problem which I needed sorted ASAP please!! Hope you can help.

    my creative cloud software says my free trial has expired, but I have a paid subscription and money was taken out of my account so I know it is paid. help!

    My problem with Adobe's recognition of my Adobe ID was solved by the chat support. The file "host" was changed, so that Adobe products no longer was blocked. Try the chat.

    I'm having the same problem. Subscribed to Creative Cloud. All the apps showing as 'Try' rather than the 'Download' buttons that apepar on a colleagues machine (who subscribed a few months ago). When I load the trial of Indesign, if I select 'licence software' - no space to put Adobe ID, only serial number which I don't have with the Creative Cloud membership.
    Tried everything that has been suggested. Updated everything in Adobe App' Manager. Gone back to open Indesign - still just has boxes for serial number.
    Please sort this out Adobe. I've wasted half a day trying to install on my machine and still have the rest of the studio to do.

  • Why is my one year paid membership all of a sudden a free membership only 9 months later?

    I purchase the annual Creative Cloud package in April 2014 for $214. The program I use the most is Premiere Pro CC. It had not been working properly for a while so I uninstalled Premiere, intending to just reinstall it using my cloud access. However, somehow my paid one-year paid membership had reverted to a free membership and I could only download a trial version of Premiere Pro CC 2014. What is going on here? I would like to be able to use the services I paid for.

  • How do I transfer files I created during free trial to paid subscription?

    I created several documents in FormsCentral using the free trial and now I just upgraded to the monthly paid subscription. When I go back into FormsCentral and try to add features to the documents that I created during my free trial, it tells me to upgrade my subscription.  So it's not recognizing that I've upgraded. Do I need to transfer the files over somehow? I hope that I am not going to lose all the work I did in creating these documents during my free trial. Thanks for your  help.

    The trial version and the paid version are the same. If you have subscribed to the premium version of Revel using the same email/password that you used on your trial version there is nothing you need do. You can continue using the same Revel app.

  • Have a membership Adobe says I have a free membership , trying to re-load and/or update INDesign CC - Keeps Asking for serial

    I Have had a paid membership for over a year, Adobe says I have a free membership , I have PAS and AI installed and updated - When trying to re-load and/or update INDesign CC - Keeps saying my trial is over and is asking for serial number. I have uninstalled Indesign and the Creative Cloud desktop App.
    Running on a PC, Windows 7 Professional
    Any suggestions.

    I cannot tell you how to resolve this, but I can tell you what happened to me since I made the mistake of buying a year's membership.
    Like you, I noticed that despite paying the fee and it leaving my account, I still only had access to the trial versions of the apps. I read around and some people commented that it took some time for the billing team and other teams to co-ordinate information at busy times (though it seemed odd a company of Adobe's size would have this workflow) and as I could still make do with the trial apps, I waited.
    Eventually, with the trial days going down to the low digits, I contacted Adobe "customer support" to ask how I could rectify the problem. They cheerfully told me that I had not purchased a subscription from them, that I was not on their records and with this the implication that my expectation was foolish as I didn't own their product. I supplied some bank information to show I had paid and they had taken money, but I just got the same poorly worded response telling me records had been checked and there was no way I had been charged. The issue was closed and it was clear to me I could not change their mind despite having evidence that clearly indicated Adobe had charged me the exact payment for the service I was asking about.
    As some weeks had gone by I resolved to contact my bank, but the birth of my Daughter in late October meant I forgot to do so. My mistake, I know, but I think understandable. I noticed that in late November another charge was taken from my account (and I checked to see if I could access the apps but I was still being asked to provide a serial number I was never given (or needed if other people are correct on this). I contacted my Bank and asked them to prevent any more charges and also to begin the process of charging back the money for a service I never received. I sent them the correspondence I had with Adobe, in which they said I had never purchased the service, as well as copies of my account to go with the data they had access to. My money was refunded before Christmas, which I was very glad to see. I thought that it would be the end of it for a while and resolved to cancel. However under my account details it still shows I only have a free membership! I cannot cancel something I do not have!
    I have now received a letter from my bank indicating Adobe have contested my charge back, and they have supplied documents that show I have signed up for and paid for the year's service. There is no indication of them acknowledging that despite the fact I never denied signing up, they failed to provide the service I paid for! Just that they want the money back!
    So now I am in a situation where I cannot cancel and will continue to be charged for something that I still cannot access! I will continue to see if I can fight with the aid of my bank, but its a rather distressing that a company can  hold you over a barrel for something you never got, even by their own admission.
    I hope that you get a better resolution than I did.

  • Hi there- I've been paying 29.99 a month for a while for CC, but Adobe says I only have a free membership.

    I need to find out what's included in my membership- I haven't used it for anything except Premiere about 2 years ago. Now, when I want to upgrade some programs, Adobe tells me I only have a free membership.
    There is no contact information on the invoices I receive every month.
    I'm not eligible for customer service.
    Is there anyone who can help me?

    If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

    If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
    Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
    If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
    Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
    Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
    If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

    How do i keep a free membership in Adobe Creative Cloud for usage of Adobe Edge, if i do not want any other cloud service?
    I only found a 30-day trial which means i cannot use Adobe Edge - as still a Beta Freeware - after 30 days of trial period, if i do not want to purchase all the other cloud services?

  • My paid subscription does not show in CC

    On May 31, I have purchased an one year subscription for Photoshop and Lightroom (Photographer Pack or something similar) and I have received an invoice email, that I am being billed 980 JPY for June
    I have the following problems:
    I can only trial Photoshop and Lightroom and have no keys for them
    My CC account still says "Free membership"
    The order number from the invoice does not show under "My Orders" in CC
    I tried to find an email live person to speak to, but it seems that all the support is supposed to go through this forum.
