Hi Raymond,
Thanks for your reply.
Whether is it Standard or need to do any enhancement? when i copied one row as per screenshot it will not take same Purchase Requisition Number on 2nd row.
So in BADI "ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST" is there any update method ??
Kindly Suggest.

When you plug your phone into your PC, in Itunes under the picture tab you can sync photo and then choose the photos.

How to get Sales Order Partner Details at Item Level
Hi,
Is there any FM/BAPI to get the Order Partner Details at Item Level, using the Sales Order Number ?
ThanksVBPA is the best table.
You can query that table
But you should be carefull about item number:
in POSNR, if you observe the entries, you will find one entry with '000000': This corresponds to header record and the rest is at item level.
Thanks

Problem regarding item level data in CRMD_ORDER
i have created a sales order in CRMD_ORDER and entered all the data for header and item . i have given required delievery date for both item and header different , but when we save the order a BADI is trigerred which will update the data to R/3 but still only header required delievery date is updated not the item level date can you provide any solution for this problem?
another thing is can i know where does the item level data is store ie: date, quantity etc.Hello,
You are posting to the SAP CRM 2007 forum so we assume you are using CRM 2007. In CRM 2007 the GUI is no longer supported and doesn't work as expected since SAP did not update the business logic in it.
So, if you want to test your process and be 100% sure that there is a problem, use the WebUI for your tests.
All item data is stored in CRMD_ORDERADM_I. If you want to find a date (of an item date profile) stored in an item you have to pass some tables however.
CRMD_ORDERADM_I->CRMD_LINK->SCAPPTSEG.
Reward points if useful!

J1IEX Item Level data Duty values Tab Screen
Hallow Experts,
In J1IEX - Capture / Post / Cancel Excise invoices transaction > Item Level data > duty values tab screen,
System displays following information
Excise duty Base Amount Basic material Amount on which excise tax amount is calculated. (Pls. correct if I am wrong)
Then information displays individually for BED, AED, NCCD, SED, ECESS This information is displayed in following four rows.
Total Duty
Credit available
Credit availed
Credit due
Inventorized duties
I want to know the description of above mentioned entries (e.g. what is Credit available? What is credit availed? And what is credit due?) And at what level, which row entry is displayed, that mean while capturing excise invoice entry will be displayed in which row? After posting excise invoice entry will be displayed in which row?
And after posting vendor invoice entry will be displayed in which row?
Also please explain - What is Inventorized duty? And when it is to be displayed?

Retrieve item level dates during service order creation before saving
I have a requirement where I need to retrieve item level date (First Response i.e. APPT_TYPE as SRV_RFIRST) and modify the date and put it back to the same screen field when ever a line item is entered.
To do this we found a BADI CRM_SERVICE_I_BADI which triggers when ever we enter line item. We tried many FM which retrieves item level dates from buffer CRM_DATES_READ_MULTIPLE_OB; CRM_DATES_READ_SINGLE_OB;
CRM_DATES_READ_SINGLE_OW;
Most of them are returning all the dates except first response. No configuration issues. Can anyone help me how to get the first response date during creation.
Thanks
VamseeHi Vamsee,
Do you happen to know the solution? We have similar issue too as we can not retrieve the new entered dates and process it in BADI CRM_SERVICE_I_BADI.
I would appreciate your reply if you have a solution.
Thanks,

ShreekantHi,
You need to pass the line item data to the smartform/script. Please check in debug mode whether the data is passed correctly.

Difference between sales order schedule line and item level data
Hi All,
Could you please let me know what is the difference between sales order schedule line and item level data?
Thanks,
RamyaHi Ramya,
Sales order schedule line contains del date, order qty, rounded qty, confirmed qty, delivery qty, schedule line category, purchase requisition etc., ie It contains the full details of sales order data with respect to the scheduled line of delivery. The total quantity of a sales order item can be subdivided into schedule lines that contain the various subsets with the corresponding delivering dates.
Sales order Item level data contains details of the item in the sales order like material code, net price, net value, UoM, PO details, reason for rejection if any, material group,billing date, plant etc., ie this
contains the full details of item irrespective of scheduled line.

Dont allow to change item level data in sales order.
Hi all,
I have a requirement in which, users should not be allowed to change item level data or not allowed to add any new items in sales order on a certain condition. But they should be allowed to change the header level data.
How can i achieve this.
Can anyone help me?Hi,
Check below exit.
MV45AFZZ and in form USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP.
Here check for ur validation, If passes then CHECK variable SVBAP-TABIX. If it is 0 then item is created. If it is GT 0 then item is changed. Other way could be...
select data from VBAP for each sales document and item in xvbpa internal table.
If for any item u don't have data in VBAP table that means u r adding that item. So issue error message.
* FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP *
* This userexit can be used to move some fields into the sales *
* dokument item workaerea VBAP *
* SVBAP-TABIX = 0: Create item *
* SVBAP-TABIX > 0: Change item *
* This form is called at the end of form VBAP_FUELLEN. *
Thanks,

Document level Data and Item level data
Hi,
Can anyone please explain the difference between Document level data and Item level data for sales order.
Thanks
shaliniItem is the lowest level detail of the order. For ex it would be a particular material. Document would be the overall "top" level. Usually refered to as header level. It relates to everything in the document.
pts appreciated -
Why should we load header data first and then we load item level data?
Hi BW guru`s,
I have small confusion about the data loading.
Why should we load header data first and then we load item level data?
Is there any particular reason?
Scenario: 1st I have uploaded 2LIS_11_VAHDR sales document header data from R/3 to BW by using LO-Cockpit extraction. Then I loaded 2LIS_11_VAITM.This is the norma procedure which we use to follow.
I have a question. If I load 2LIS_11_VAITM data 1st from R/3 to BW and then I will load 2LIS_11_VAHDR by using LO-Cockpit extraction. what will happen?
Regards,
Venkat
Edited by: VENKAT BOORUGADDA on Aug 12, 2008 11:51 AMThere is no difference in doing it the other way.
The load sequence will come into play only during activation where if you map the same fields from the two datasources, you might want to have the previous value overwritten by data from the next datasource.
That is when you should care about loading one datasource before the other.
To your question it is not arule that header data should come first. -
What is Header level data and item level data? Please elaborate.
What is Header level data and item level data? Please elaborate.
Details:
EKKO is Purchasing Document Header; what is purchasing Document Header? who,what and where can i look for this data.
EKPO is Purchasing Document Item; what is Purchasing document item means?
what is item level data means?
When you take the Senario of SRM and ECC; where the purchase data is maintained primarily in SRM or ECC?
Thanks in advance. I will assign the points only to the valuable information.
York.Hi York,
You are right in stating EKKO as header and EKPO as line item data. They are maintained in ECC.
Now for the details about the data:
In SAP every transaction is referred to as a document. In this case you are talking about a purchase document. Now what does purchaing document contain? I will contain information like: Who is the vendor? When was the transaction done? what was bought? What is the quantity of each item bought?
Whatever is applicable across the document is called header data... and what is applicable for each item is called line item data. In this case
1. Header data would be the vendor, date of transaction, purchaing organization ... etc.
2. Line item data would be the item details, the quantity of the item, the unit price of each item ...etc.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Kazmi
