GL account for FI document from sales

Dear Experts,
I have requirement to group line item in FI document generated by SD billing. Details of my Sales pricing procedure as follows:
1. PR00                              ERL (account key)
2. ZB00 (discount)               ERS (account key)
I assigned the same GL account for PR00 and ZB00.
When I release to FI for my billing document, there are 2 line item for PR00 and ZB00 (the same GL account). My question is: can I combine 2 lines item to 1, with the value is total of them.
Pls let me know when to change to get this value.

One is value based condition type and another one is percentage based condition type and this being the case, I am not sure, whether you could succeed in this.
For information, there is a provision such that in billing document if you have 5 line items and in FI, if you want to consolidate into one line item, the same can be achieved as follows:-
Go to IMG -- Financial Accounting --> Financial Accounting Global Settings --> General Ledger Accounting --> Business Transactions --> Integration --> Sales and Distribution --> Perform Document Summarization for Sales and Distribution.
There make the settings according to your requirement but again, I am not sure, whether your requirement can be met.

    You can set up a second ("secondary") iCloud account on your device by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud.  Secondary accounts do have limitations. Only the primary account can be used for Photo Stream, Bookmarks, Documents, iCloud Backup and Find My Device.  Push mail only works for the primary account; secondary account mail is fetch.

    Dear Experts,
    Pls note, presently we are creating Billing Document (VF01) from Outbound Delivery Number after Post Good Issue. All sales Document like Billing Document, Output Type, Invoice Type has been configured for this process and we are doing this without any error. Fyki, we have configured lots of Z Order, Billing & Delivery type to do this processes.
    But for one of this order type we need not do any delivery. We want to create Billing Documents from sales order directly (without doing any Outbound Delivery).
    So, would u pls advise the steps how can we configure and assign Order Type, Billing Type or any other type  to meet above requirement.

    There are two most important configuration:-
    1) In VOV8 for your Order Type maintain the Order Related Billing Document
    2) Maintain the Copy control setting in VTFA betwwen your Order Type and billing Type.
    Also note that if your line item is not require to be delivered then for your Item category maintain (in VOV7) not relevant for delivery and not relevant for scedule line.

  • Outbound delivery document from Sales order

    Hi ,
    While creating the outbound delivery document from Sales order, all the line items of the Sales order are populated in the Delivery document. The line items where stock is not available, the line is still populated in the delivery document with zero quantity.
    Pls suggest the way in config, so that at the time creation of the delivery document system to populate only the lines with the available stock.

    I could not able to find any std transaction or config via you could restrict it. However you also no till 'Picking' not completed user is not able to make postings... so i couldnt see any issue in this.
    Still you need to restrict this, you to configure User Exit via you can restrich the lin items to come in delivery for no stock item.

    What setting is required to get default value of condition in billing document from sales oeder
    Because when I am creating the billing document default condition value is not coming from sales order thats why once again I have to maintain the condition valu at the time of billing.
    I am using the same item category for two two order type,But in order type I am getting the default value but in other type I am not getting the default value in billing document

    Hi Prabudh,
    I understand you creat two order with different order type like "OR and "ASOR" for example and kept the item categary same as "TAN" in both and gone for billing say in "F2" and you are facing problem that when you do billing of OR in F2 pricing is picking the MANUAL condition value from order. but the same is not being picked if you process order ASOR in F2.
    for this the problem is with copy control.
    you can go to transaction code VTFA- copy control from order to billing.
    in this you choose your billing type and sales order type by using position.
    then on left side click on ITEM and choose your item category and and then on top chose DETAIL button or you can press CNTRLSHIFTF2 from keyboard.
    a screen will open in that you will find the pricing type. make it as <b>"C"</b>.
    Hope this solves your purpose.

    Hi
    If you use another existing document type, check that it has a number range suitable to you.  Else create a new 'z' type and assign an entirely new number range, not used in the other doc types.
    It is useful to make the FI document number the same number.  If I understand from the forums, the FI number range must be external.  Search the forum for this.  It is very useful for the Finance people.

    How do you change the default setting for RTF documents from TextEdit to MS Word, I download forms from the Canadian government and they use RTF as a standard, they are supposed to open as MS Word documents (Yes I have Office for MAC 2011) but when download the document it goes to TextEdit which messes up the form format. I can down load it right click and go "open with" MS Word but how can I get the default chnaged to save this step.

    In Firefox > Preferences, click the Applications tab. If RTF is there, use the pulldown menu in the Action column to pick MS Word. If RTF is not there, there are instructions here for how to add file types.

    APPLICATION : V
    Condition type : KOFI
    Chart of accounts: which is assigned to your company code
    account assignment of customer : from billing header
    account assignment of material : from billing item level
    account key : maintained against your condition types which are relevant for accounting in pricing procedure.
    This will give the detail on G/L to which the posting will happen.

  • Points didn't add to my account for purchase at Pacific Sales

    Hi,
    I purchased washer and dryer at Pacific Sales and gave My Best Buy™ account to the sales asscociate for the purchase order on Feb 27th. But when I checked my rewards balance today, I didn't see that part of points added to my account.  I checked my receipt, there is no Customer Service Pin number on my receipt to add my missing points on Report Missing Points page.  
    Please let me know how I can attach my purchase order to My Best Buy™ account.

    Welcome to the Best Buy forum, and thank you for posting.
    A purchase made at one of our Pacific Sales or Magnolia stores is considered separate from a Best Buy store purchase, so points will post a bit different.  While it will usually take 20 days for point to post for a qualifying Best Buy store purchase, it may take up to 35 days for points for a qualifying Pacific Sales or Magnolia purchase to post.  That 35 day time frame will also not start until after any scheduled deliveries have been completed.
    A Pacific Sales or Magnolia purchase would need to be reported as "missing" if a member's My Best Buy™ account was not attached to the purchase when it was originally processed in-order for points to post; however, those purchases cannot be reported as "missing" on BestBuy.com like a store purchase because they have an invoice number and not the typical receipt pin number.  That is where I can help, but we would need to wait until after a full 35 days.

    Hello Manoj what you have to do to create PO from PR is that
    1) Use   BAPISDORDER_GETDETAILEDLIST (pass sales order number in sales_document table) and then get PR (Purchase requisition number from this BAPI.
    2) Use  BAPI_REQUISITION_GETDETAIL to get PR items
    3) Use BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to craete PO from PR then.
    to create goods movement you can use
    BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE
    REWARDS IF USEFUL.

  • Posting key for payment documents with sales related check

    Hi,
    sometime during 2010 posting key for posting cusotmer payments was changed in other attibutes to sales related.  a correction has been made to the posting key but now I need to correct all the documents in BSEG field XUMSW and remove the sales related check.
    does anyone know of a way or a program that will do this?

    Hi,
    You cannot change XUMSW (sales related item) in OB32.Here most of the fields are there for changeble option.but for your case it is not applicable.
    It means you cant change that field.
    If you want really modify it for certain documents you need to writ Query to change in table level.
    Normal BDC and LSMW will not work.

  • Cannot create billing document from sales document

    Hi,
    i am trying to create billing document from the created sales document.
    But the billing document is not generated. I was getting  the error - ' Document is blocked from billing'.
    SO, i changed the billing block and left it blank, and when  I tried to create the document again, I got another error " Create billing document" not allowed (uSER STATUS   ST01, Object VB006000071200000).
    Please help me out,
