"Glitch" with order -- Double billed with no confirmation

Tried to place an order, for 2 copies of
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call: Limited Edition
but got a message that there was a glitch during checkout.
Tried again and got the same message.
Looking at my email, I have 2 pending charges on my credit card for $25.03 (had partially paid with a gift card balance of ~$8).
It's been about 25 minutes but nothing is showing up in order status (the page doesn't even load properly).
The site currently won't even let me access my cart.
The gift card balance page isn't loading properly either, so I can't check to see if there's anything left on the gift card.
Placed quite a few orders this week, but this has been the worst black friday experience I've had this year.

Hi TimTucker,
I truly am sorry you experienced this glitch twice causing you to have two authorizations put onto your account without orders being created. These are merely authorizations, and should fall off your account, if they already haven’t.
Are the funds still gone on this gift card? Did the authorizations fall off your account?
Thanks for posting,

    Sir,
We have make the supplementary Invoice (Debit Note) as per below process
    1) Create sales order_VA01
    2) Create billing document_VF01_with reference to sales order
    3) Create Excise Invoice With J1IS (Other Movement) It is manually job & due to heavy work load (create 200 invoice  per day) it is not possible to do manually.
Hence we want to create excise Invoice with J1IIN instead of J1IS, any alternative solution for that?

Normal Sales Order Cycle for Order Related Billing:-
    Step 1: Sales Document Type
IMG > Sales and Distribution > Sales > Sales Documents >
    Sales Document Header:
    1. Sales Document Type:The sales document types represent the different business transactions, such as Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, etc. To create new sales order type, always copy as with reference to similar sales order. If possible use standard sales order.
    2. Define Number Ranges For Sales Documents: Maintain number range with discussion with core team.
    3. Assign Sales Area To Sales Document Types:
    A. Combine sales organizations / Combine distribution channels / Combine divisions: Ensure to maintain these, else Sales Order creation will give error.
    B. Assign sales order types permitted for sales areas: Assign only required Sales Order Types to required Sales Area. This will minimize selection of Sales Order Type as per sales area.
    Sales Document Item:
    1. Define Item Categories: If possible use Standard Item Category. Incase if required to create new, copy as from standard & maintain New.
Check Billing relevance for Item Category being used
    2. Assign Item Categories: If possible, use standard. Formula for deriving item category: Sales Document Type + Item Category Group + Usage + Higher Level Item Category = Item Category
For Order-Related-Billing, use Item Category TAD & Item Category Group in Material Master as LEIS.
    Schedule Line:
    1. Define Schedule Line Categories: If possible use Standard Schedule Lines. Incase if required to create new, copy as from standard & maintain New.
    2. Assign Schedule Line Categories: If possible, use standard. Formula for deriving Schedule Line: Item Category + MRP Type / No MRP Type.
    Step 2:
IMG > Sales and Distribution > Billing >
    1. Define Billing Types: If possible use Standard Billing Type. Incase if required to create new, copy as from standard & maintain New.
    2. Define Number Range For Billing Documents: Ensure to maintain number range.
    3. Maintain Copying Control For Billing Documents: Maintain relevant copy controls such as Sales Order to Billing, Deliver to Billing, etc.
Note: Ensure that Copy Control settings are done

  • Order n billing with diff values

    Hi Friends
In order JIN2 should calculate 12% on 0.50,so it should be 0.06, but its giving 0.03, but in billing its having the correct values.wre mite be discrepencies happened.give me some hints so that i can xplore.TAXINJ procedure

    Hi Srikanth,
I believe the system is calculating 6% rather than 12%, and the same is determined at the time billing with 12% which is correct.
Pls. check and understand if you have maintained any routines against this condition type in the pricing procedure. I think there could be some problem with the calculation formulae.
Also, check the master data if required.
Let me know if you need more details on the same.

  • Order related Billing with Billing Plan

    Hi Gurus,
I have a scenario in which I have to create an Order Related Billing Document.
I have the following settings for Item category in VOV7:
    SD Item Cat: ZFCI
    Billing Relevance:I
    Special Stock:W
    Billing Plan:ZP
When I save the Sales Order, I expect this sales document number to be present in Billing Due List (VF04).
Could you please help me in resolving this scenario.
    Regards,
    Oritra

    Hi Laura,
Thanks a lot for your reply. Seems like there is some issue in calculating the Net Value in Billing Plan tab. When I see Condition tab, I am able to see the value (Attached Screenshot of Condition TAB).
Could you please guide me, what needs to be done so that "Net Value" gets populated in "Billing Plan" tab.
    regards,
    Ori

  • Classical Order with Order lines entry with Web Service

    Hello all,
I want to create a application in ADF that calls a web service for order entry. The Web service accepts an Order Object which contain a array of Order Lines Objects. This is a web service with a complex input object and I think the best is use a jax-ws proxy with a PoJo Data Control.
But my problem is how can I make a suitable user interface for this? How can I create a Form where I can enter the Order Lines? I can bind a Table to this array but then I can only add 1 OrderLine.
    Thanks, Joost

I found out that it is possible to bind the OrderLines to a table and add a button to the jsp with the following code in a backing bean:
    BindingContext bc = BindingContext.getCurrent();
    DCBindingContainer bindings = (DCBindingContainer)bc.getCurrentBindingsEntry();
    DCIteratorBinding dcib = (DCIteratorBinding) bindings.get("orderlinesIterator");
    RowSetIterator iter = dcib.getRowSetIterator();
    Row newRow = iter.createRow();
    iter.insertRowAtRangeIndex(0, newRow);
This create a new row and everything works fine in combination of the Web Service!

  • PGI check in an order related Billing

When I do an Order related Billing in VF01, TAO item category does not have any check on whether PGI is done or not?
I need to establish the control on it.
    Any Exit?
    Pleasea give ur valuable suggestions.
    Regards,
    Anbu

    Hi,
Here is a proposal of customizing activities to achieve this:
    1. Create a new item category as a copy of the normal item category used for non-prepaid
sales. (Change the billing in the item category to order related billing with no billing plan)
    2. Create a new item category group "ZXXX" or something of your choice with the
description "Prepaid" or something like that.
    3. In item category assignment, add or check entries so that you have the order type used,
and item category group defaulting the new item category.
    4. Check copy control from sales document to billing document for the new item category.
Also delivery copy control could be good to check.
    5. Create a new distribution channel and assign it to the company structure (plant, sales
       org etc)
    6. Extend your material(s) with views for the new distribution channel and enter the "ZXXX"
item category group in the field for sales item category group.
Now you should be able to create a sales order with the new distribution channel where the new item category is defaulted. Check that the sales order is completed when both billing and goods issue for the delivery is posted.
If not check the completion rule in the new item category.
    hope it works.
    Siddharth.

  • Difference between delivery related and order related billing

    Hello Friends,
Kindly explain the difference between delivery related and order related billing with an example. Thanks

The billing relevance is controlled by item category of material, which u have assigned to sales document type.
    For example
    1.item category –TAN
Billing relevance is –A- Standard-Delivery-related billing document
So in standard order of material which has to get delivered, we will bill it on its delivery. So billing relevance is delivery related billing.
    2.BVN
In cash sales item category is BVN whose billing relevance is Relevant for order-related billing - status acc.to order qty.
So here we will bill the customer from sales order only, no need to go to delivery.
DON’T FORGT TO REWARD POINTS IF THIS ANSWER SATISFIES YOU.

  • Order related billing for manufacturing

Can anybody explain to me the effects of order-related billing in manufacturing? What if deliveries is not the same as sales order. Or should i just make another order type for this?
    Thanks in advance!

    Dear Joker,
-->Why you want to go for sales order related billing with out delivery reference !!
-->Are you not creating any delivery after sales order !!
-->Delivery is entirely different from sales order.
-->As per the satnsard service related activities will be billed with reference to the sales order because here there will not be any physical movement of goods.
-->When ever there is physical movements of the goods you need to create delivery.
-->When ever there is delivery you better to create billing document with reference to the delivery.
I hope this will help you,
    Regards,
    Murali.

  • Order related billing for item category

    Hi Gurus,
Can you please suggest what option should I choose in Billing category for making it relevant for billing. ex c,f,g etc
It is the item for return and be used in credit memo with order related billing.
    So flow is like this-
    Return Order-Return Delivery-Credit Memo.
    Thanks
    Bawa

    Hi there,
You should make order related billing only (here it means return order related).
Since you already determine a pricing proc for your returns, it will adopt the same billing.

    Sivanand

  • Order-related Billing has delivery status

    Hi Expert,
I have configured an order-related billing.
I have tested for complete cycle of document flow (order and billing created).
Per my checking in the document flow, the order has status of "Being processed" and the billing is "Completed".
Per my checking in the S/O document status overview (VA03 > Environment > Status Overview), "Delivery Status" listed there.
I believe that the "Delivery Status" should not be listed there, as this is an order-related billing.
I did not configure any delivery type.
I configured copy control from sales order to billing.
    Please help me.
    TQ.
    Yati

Per my checking in the S/O document status overview (VA03 > Environment > Status Overview), "Delivery Status" listed there.
I believe that the "Delivery Status" should not be listed there, as this is an order-related billing.
Even if you have ONLY line items with order related billing, still in Status Overview, the delivery status shall be listed; and it shall show "Not delivered".
This is correct. An item which is order related billing - irrespective of the billing status - delivery shall ALWAYS remain Not delivered.

  • Changing Participating Application Details of AIA 2.4 Order to Bill PIP

    Hi ,
we have installed AIA 2.4 with Order to Bill PIP. Now BRM and Siebel instance details are changed . Is there any way to change these details in AIA and make AIA communicate with new Instance Details w/o re installing the PIP .
Any pointers on this would be very helpfull.
    Thanks and Regards ,
    Mohan

    1) For Siebel, you need to change the URL in the AIAConfigurationProperties.xml file for all occurences of SEBL_01.EndPointURI.
    2) Also, the enterpriseServerName has to be entered in the InternalID column in the Systems tab under Setup in AIAUI
    3) Change the Internal ID for BRM as well in the same UI.
    4) Change the Connection pool details for the BRM JCA Adapter deployed from the EM Console
    5) For the product sync and AQ information, change the datasources.xml file (OracleHome/j2ee/config) to point to the new BRM DB
    6) The Consumers for the product sync should be redeployed after correcting the AQ Name(if the AQ name has changed)

  • Order and Billing

    Hi,
i have a one requirement like i need  order and billing withe reference to that order number, with reference to that invoice excise invoice here there is no delivery is it possible in standard sap.
    Regards,
    Kiran.

    Hi Kiran,
This the Order Related billing scenario.
Create New sales document type. Maintain delivery type as well as Delivery rel. billing type as blank.  Maintain Order rel billing   type say F2. Maintain required copy control.  You need to maintain all the required config related to CIN.Then based on billing document number , you can create the excise invoice using tcode J1IIN.
We have similar requirement and used above setup.
    Hope this will help.
    Regards,
    Sanjay
