    Hi,
    The requirement in our company is to create a document/report with the list of all the objects that exist in the BW system for various applications. This list should contain the technical details of the different objects and where an object is used, what's the source for the object etc. The information should be similar to that in the Metadata repository but it should be one single document/report which includes all the objects.
    I tried using the 0TCTBWOBJCT info object (content browser) but it was not of great help.
    Can anyone help me out in this task?

    Try transaction VA05. In that choose "Open Orders" along with other selection criteria.
    If you want the Open sales order qty in output and its not displayed, do the following.
    Sales -> System modification -> create new fields ( without condition technique) -> New fields for lists.
    You can change V05TZZMO and structure VBMTVZ from there or use SE38 / SE11.
    For both you'll need an object registration in OSS.

    Where i can see the list of Held documents report of all users.
    In SAP there is an option to see the own held documents..
    But i need a single report, where i can see the list of all Held doc's posted by all other users.
    Even i am not able find any particular table which stores all the held doc's.

    To view System Report Queries (Purcahse Analysis,TB ..)
    You can able to see this through SQL Trace.
    Open SQL Management Studio.
    Open Tools>Sql Server Profiler.
    Open File>New Trace.
    This will continously trace the changes done in SQL.
    Open the Purcahse analysis report now in SAP B1. U will get the query from Trace Window

    Hi, Try MB51 / MB59, with 103 Mvt type & 'Trans./Event Type' - WE,after executing go to details list (Ctrl + Shift + F12) here change the layout & check if you are able to achieve your requirement or get it developed by your abapers as per your requirement, no such std. report.

  • Can't create Word Document report - need help

    Hi,
    I have been trying to create a report using a word document. I downloaded an example from ni.com that has Export_Info.vi. When I try to run it I get this error:
    Error 1003 occurred at Open VI Reference in New Report.vi->Export_Info.vi
    I traced the error back to New Report.vi which is a VI that comes with the LabView package. There is a Open VI reference that when it tries to open Word_Open.vi gives an error. So for some reason I can not open Word_Open.vi without an error, and it comes with the Report generation office library.
    Does anyone know what could the problem be?
    I tried reinstalling everything and i still keep getting the same error. This makes it impossible to create a report now.
    Any help would be VERY appreciated.

    Yes I have it installed. When I went to open up Word_Open.vi it opened with an error and it said that the property was not valid.

    In this report , i have faced some problems :-
    1. In MIGO numbers some cases MIRO doc. numbers are not shown against some migo doc. numbers whereas actually MIRO is already done.
    2. The Problem in downloading the report, its not accurate download & the MIGO Document Number not shown when we download the report.

  • How to get the filters of Webi document/Report using Java code in XI SDK.

    Hi All,
       I have a requirement where i have to extrcat filters from the Webi Document.using java SDK.
    I am trying to find the class called "filterable"but not able to use in my java code and will get always
    "java.lang.ClassCastException  com.businessobjects.wp.om.OMDocument cannot be cast to com.businessobjects.rebean.wi.Filterable"
    I am using the below java code like
    ReportElement re=document.getStructure()
    FilterContainer flt=((Filterable) re).getFilter()
    I am stuck and need this in uregent.

    To retrieve a FilterContainer you will need to traverse the report structure:
    ReportStructure boReportStructure = boDocumentInstance.getStructure();
    ReportContainer boReportContainer = (ReportContainer) boReportStructure.getReportElement(0);

    if (boReportContainer.hasFilter()) {
         boFilterContainer = boReportContainer.getFilter();
    } else {
         boFilterContainer = boReportContainer.createFilter(LogicalOperator.AND);
    Calling boDocumentInstance.getStructure() will retrieve the entire structure for the document.
    Calling boReportStructure.getReportElement(0) will retrieve the structure for the first report of the document.

    We have implemented duplicate document detection.  There is supposed to also be a report but we do not have it.  Does anyone have the part file?

  • Special characters are not shown in compare document report in Acrobat X

    Hi All,
    I have a pdf document which is having some special characters like üὄ. Now I have updated the document with few corrections and while compare document in Acrobat X special characters are not shown in the report.
    Can any one please look into this and give suggestion.

    So far we have seen this kind of issue in only one document. In the below screenshot you can see 2 pdf files, the right side one is my MS pdf and the left side one is the exported pdf from 3B2 application both the files having the special characters such as . I just did the text comparison however both   and  is missing in the exported pdf but the reports shown the changes for  characters only wherever the  charactes is missing the report not shown the changes properly(See highlighted in yellow).
    Please let me know if you need more deatails.

  • Help in merging the output rtf/documents reports

    Hi,
    I am working with XML pub tool for a user requirement that 2 output reports(rtf documents) were genated using XML processor from 2 rtf templates, XML data files etc. No I need to merge the 2 output rtf/doc reports . Is there any function in XML publisher so that I can merge these output reports as one report.(Same as merging 2 documents in microsoft word)

    You can merge/append 2 documents with a third party tools wihtout using XMLP publisher.

  • Why do my InDesign documents report my ported plugin as missing?

    I recently ported a plugin from CS4 to CS5, but when I open my old InDesign documents associated with the CS4 plugin, CS5 reports my plugin as missing (I can open the plugin and use it just fine, so it's obviously not missing).
    I have one CriticalTag defined for my plugin, but I haven't changed my persistent data between the two versions in any way that I'm aware.
    Shouldn't Indesign associate my ported plugin with these old documents? And if not, what am I missing?

    I believe your requirement is that:
    no Approvals can be given on the WCA, until the WCD is in Tagged status ETG at least
    (and can have the relevant Approval?)
    To achieve this, you must define a Cross-Document Approval Process and an Approval Hierarchy.
    Create an approval such as "Tagged" in IPMD and assign it to the WA and WD objects under SPRO > Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Work Clearance Management > Approvals > Assign Approval
    Create this Approval as "Mandatory", "Copy Automatically", "Issue Automatically" in IPMD.
    Under same parent node, Define Hierarchy for Approvals in such a way that the other Approvals you want to grant after Tagging only have a hierarchy level higher than "Tagged".
    Under same parent node, define Cross-document Approval Process, assigning the Approval "Tagged" to WA and WD, marking it as relevant to the process and set the process direction as going down from WA.
    This should allow you to meet this requirement, I think.
    You could also look at the node SPRO > Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Work Clearance Management > Approvals > Block Issuing of Approvals > Define Dependent on System Status
    but I think it does not check the status cross-document, which is what you require.
    N.B. I think that actually if you have access to an IDES system, looking at the WCM setup for Plant 1000 there might be very helpful to you.
