Groupware - only synchronise activites with a certain status?

Hello out there,
is it possible to set a filter as to only send activites with one certain status e.g. 'open' to the Groupware-Server (Exchange)?
If so, when the activity status changes from 'open' to 'finished', are the activities removed from the users calendar?
I'm using the Groupware-Szenario with Site Type GWA_01 (mBDoc). Where do I configure, for which users the caledar is synchronised? Or is the synchronisation automatically for all users?

    1) How do you create the person authorized in the Status flow.
    (for eg: I have a scenario like this..The authorized HR person would set objectives for group of employees at the beginning of the year for annual appraisals and also he should be able to change or add more objectives if required in the Review period. After the completion of one year, the Manager, Self and Higher Manager will give their ratings and the final result should be displayed only to the HR Personnel)
    I have Appraiser, Appraisee, Part Appraiser, Higher Manager and All users right now in my system and I am using All users.
    Ans : Person authorized should be created through the tcode PFAC. This s the place where rules for workflow have to be created. Once it si done here, the corresponding rule has to be added to the Tcode OOHAP_BASIC. The rule add to this tcode will be visible in youe category group and category, template  in PHAP_CATALOG. As far as possible try to use the standard rules available. All the users you have mentioned above have a standard role in SAP.
    2) How would you give authorization to only HR person?
    Ans : Can you be more specific here. Like what exactly the HR person has to do?
    3) In Status flow, I can see Workflow event. What is it used for?
    Ans : Workflow is used to send the notification and the workitem to the user to whom an appraisal document is available for editing in his inbox.
    Eg on a typical case-> If a self appraisal has to be done, then a workflow will be triggered in the beginning of in process phase. Then the appraisal doc wil be available in the inbox of the appraisee.
    For workflow and Rules(Agent Determination) related objects have an ABAPer who has worked on Workflow.

    I'm doing an activity report that should only look at activity with a date within the past 90 days. I would like to avoid using a prompt; just to make things easier. Is there a way to do this say via a formual for example? Any thoughts?

  • Table: Only show XML with a certain value?

    I am building a table from an xml file and it is working great if I ask it to show every node.
    But I only want the row to be added if it matches a particular value in the xml.
    For example my xml has values for name, rating and enrollment.
    So something like...

    There is only 2 level of project i.e.

    2___ 7-14.E.2310__ Plant/unit # 2220
    Project Controller  (authorization role assigned "Z_PS_OP7_OTGCON_C") have all project level authorization
    Plant/Unit Controller (authorization role assigned "Z_PS_OP7_PLNTOTG_C_2310") have only level 2 authorization with enhancement that we did in system by Z table.

    Issue:
    After System Status released and User Status approved the WBS basic date for Plant/Units should be restricted from updating/changing by Plant/Unit Controller level and only project controller should have this authority.
    Solution required:

  • I want the max date but only look at rows with a certain category value.

    I want a way to get the max date but only look at rows with a certain category value - ignoring the other rows.  My detail table contains expenditures including date (col A) and category (col D) the number of rows will increase with expenditures over time.  My summary table will have a cell for each category and display the last expense date for that category using a functionality that I must ask of you, dear community.
    I am using the latest numbers on an iPad (4) with IOS6.
    Secondarily, I would like to add another cell in the summery table with the value (col E) of the last expense for each category.

    With the addition of an auxiliary column to the Main table, a second header row to the Most recent table, and a minor modification to the formula on the second table, the tables can handle a range of dates set by entering the first and last date into A1 abd B1 respectively of the summary table, Most recent.
    Note that the selected range, shown with a green background in the auxiliary column, does not contain any category B expenses. Using LOOKUP, this would result in a repeat of the January 6 expense bering listed in this row. Switching to VLOOKUP, which can be set to require an exact match, allows the result shown—if there are no expenses in a given category, the formula returns "none" (or whatever message you substitute for "none" in the formula in that column).
    Formulas:
    Main::A2: =IF(OR(B<Most recent :: $A$1,B>Most recent :: $B$1),"x"&E,E)
    Fill down to the end of column A.
    This column must be located on the left side of the table (ie. must be column A), but may be hidden.
    Most recent::A2: =IFERROR(VLOOKUP($D,Main :: $A:$D,COLUMN()+1,FALSE),"none")
    "FALSE" will display as "Exact match" in Numbers's formula editor.
    Fill down to the end of the table and right to column C.

    Here you can add the fomatting action on the field to disable the field if those users belong to certain Sharepoint group (does not matter the permission levels though). Hope it helps.

    Generally, logs in CVI9 with status 'PC' indicate the processing of the documents at the communication layer/server. You can also check the sending orders in transaction SCOT (Utilities > Overview Send requests). If, for example, the documents are in 'waiting' status, this indicates that it is not distributed due to improper SCOT settings.
    From DMS point of view please check the following settings on your system:
    1. Please activate the workflow templates again in transaction SWDD:
    - WS20000104
    - WS20000137
    2. Furthermore, please check whether the data processing distribution type (e.g.: INT) has been maintained with value "2" in SPRO customizing
    3. Verify that the event type linkage is set in SWE2 for BUS1082 INITATED. So,Go to swe2 transaction. In the line below set the 'Type linkage' flag:
    "BUS1082 INITATED WS20000104"
    Please see also SAP note 997428 for further information and check if the recieving user has maintained the full name (first and last name) in transaction SU01.

    I was wondering if anyone either had a patch or had a few hints about the source in order to accomplish displaying only those workspaces with windows on them. I am willing to edit the source (dwm.c) but have no idea where to start.

    Look at drawbar(), in this code block (line 664 in the current hg tip version of the file):

    The drawtext() and drawsquare() calls are what write the names. The variable "occ", which is computed in the block right above, tells which tags are occupied, in the format of one bit per tag. It shouldn't be too hard to skip the appropriate ones.
    What looks harder is keeping the width of the tag display correct - if you just skip some names, there will be a gap big enough to fit the missing ones between the tag name list and the layout indicator.
    The other thing worth mentioning is that the names of empty tags are useful if you want to retag windows, or switch tags, with the mouse.

    The reason you are seeing this is either because
    <li> There was an improper internal reconciliation of the BP account. 
    <li> There was manual Journal Entry passed on the BP Account
    Due to this the system is unable to match the Total Balance due from Customer with the Total of document open for this BP.
    If you run your Aging report using the Journal Entry tab you will not see this "business partners does not match with journal entry" because the system takes into account the JE's

  • GroupLayout can only be used with one Container at a time

    Dear all,
    I am a beginner so please don't throw rocks at me...
    I have created two frames with NetBeans. One is the main frame (extends from JPanel) and the other frame I put it to be started when pressing a button from the main frame (the second frame extends from JFrame). Both frames are created using the designer in NetBeans, so the code for creating the GUI is automatically generated by NetBeans, so both frames use the same layout (GroupLayout).
    Here is the code of the button from the main frame to start the second one:

    How should I handle this?
    What I want to do: I want to have a main frame, from which I can start additional ones (the main frame must be always opened, while the additional ones can be closed after performing certain actions). I read a little about internal frames and I think this can be a solution, but I must edit the existing design...

    Issue: There are 2 billing documents which were created(VF01) in March are canceled (VF11) in May. Cancel document is saved with a message (No automatic clearing of billing document XXXXXXXXX) and message diagnosis saying that u201CThe Automatic clearing of billing document and reversal is not possible. This may be, for example, because the line item update is deactivatedu201D
      In the SD document flow cancel billing document is created and it's posted to accounting with Document type RV(which is not configured in the billing  types) and it is in not clear status.
    2 Sales order types are ZNRC(No Rebate u2013 Credit)    second is ZCR (CM Req With Refer).
    Order Type  : ZNRC , Billing type :ZG2, Cancel billing type :Z5, Accounting document in billing type for ZG2: is DG and accounting document in cancel billing type Z5 is :(_) blank.
    Order type:  ZCR Billing type :G2, Cancel billing type :S2, Accounting document in billing type for G2: is DG and accounting document in cancel billing type S2 is :(_) blank.                                                
          FI document type Not maintained in the cancel billing type configuration because this should be determine by reversal document type DA which is maintained in DG document type from FI side. It will be triggered in VF11)
    The above configuration is working with the order created VA01,billing VF01 and cancelling VF11 done in same period. If the order and billing done in old period and canceling(VF11) done in current period than FI document creating with RV document type and with not clear status in the document flow.
    I reviewed similar issues with SAP Note and with below explanation:
              "There are 2 procedures that are possible when Vf11 is posted.
              Old Procedure - An FI "Reversal" document was created that was not connected with the orignal.
              New Procedure - A Real FI reversal was carried out with clearing."
    In this case, our system is following with new procedure except above mentioned orders created in previous period and and canceled in current period.
      My Questions are: How the RV document is getting triggered here? why the cancel document (Reversal FI Doc) is not clearing?
         Appreciate your answers or suggestions.

      I referred SAP note 1259505 and 339928. But initially we thought of none of the symptoms mentioned in the SAP note are matching with our issue. Then we contacted SAP online support and they suggested checking one SAP note (Mentioned above).
      Our system is following new cancellation procedure, but itu2019s failing only for some few documents.
      Finally we identified several reasons for the issue. One is profitability segment in the billing document and cancelled document is different due to some changes in segment assignments. Another one is consolidation- consolidation document does not exist in the billing document list but it is getting created in Canceled document (VF11).(Consolidation postings are switched off some time back and now itu2019s on)
      After some discussions it is decided to include accounting document type (Reversal) in cancel billing types to avoid default RV document type in canceled billing document accounting document. And non-cleared documents need to be created manually in F-32.

  • Payroll operation: comparison with a certain date

    I am trying to compare the employee's date of seniority from IT0041 with a certain date (ex: first of september 2001) so as to calculate my seniority bonus (because the calculation rule is not the same for the employees who have the seniority date before or after entrering the first of september 2001). I have tried to use the payroll function NUM=F... but this gives me only the number of years, or months till the current payroll period, and not the month and year from infotype 0041 and I do not know how to compare the given date and the date coming from the infotype.

    You can compare the employee's date of seniority from IT0041 with a certain date in a customer operation %xyz (model E7) created in tcode PE04.
    The dates from IT0041 are available in an internal table DATUMSANGABE. Develop ABAP code as follows:
      FORM op%xyz.
        DATA: date TYPE d VALUE '20010901'.
        READ TABLE datumsangabe WITH KEY typ = '01'.
        IF datumsangabe-wert LT date.
          vargt = 'X'.
        ELSE.
          vargt = '*'.
        ENDIF.
        PERFORM fillvargt.
      ENDFORM.
    In the payroll schema where the seniority bonus is performed, create decision operation %xyz. For the variable key 'X' process the bonus WT for employees hired before 1st Sep 2001 and for others use the branch with variable key '*'.

    for archivelog , why its not possible? why we are changing archivelog mode in mount stage?
    is it possible in future releases to change archivelog mode in open status?

    That enhancement is added from 11.2 only for the flashback mode. I am not sure that it would happen in next version(s) or not but I guess, the answer of why is somewhat not possible. In 11g, the option to put the entire db into the backup mode is also added at the open stage, again something which was not there before.
    SQL> alter database begin backup;
    Database altered.
    SQL> alter database end backup;
    Database altered.
    SQL> select status from V$instance;
    STATUS
    OPENWhy? Again, can't be answered.
    May be in the future it will but that we would come to know only in future.
