Hello,  For approximately 2 months, my iPhone 4s has not worked properly. Intermittently, it does not ring in or log  incoming calls. I have no way to know there was a call unless there is a voicemail message. The phone worked fine for the first 4 months.

Iphone 4S refuses to ring sometimes and leaves no log of the call.  It is extremely intermittent and is in a strong reception area.

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup...  Restore as New...
Restart / Reset

Backing up, Updating and Restoring

If you try all these Steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step...
Be sure to make an appointment first...
