hello, I was going to buy an Iphone 5s unlocked thru amazon, but I don't live in the US I live in europe (Spain,France,Portugal,Germany...), and I'm asking if I bought it, would i can use it there and use their SIM cards?

the short answer to your question is "yes".
But it depends on which iPhone you bought. That's the only thing that matters.
When it's an "unlocked" or "SIM-lock free" model, it's fine.
When it's unlocked, you can use it with any carrier in the world.
But that's not all. You'll have to check for your model,
if it's a CDMA or GSM one. Here's a link for that:

So, when you want to check if it's SIM-lock free/ unlocked, call Apple.
I know only one number from Apple, it's the 0800 2000 136.
I don't know if it's only the number for germany, but, you can search on Google for it.
