Can your iPad be upgraded to iOS 7? If so, what are you doing that isn't working?

On SOUND preferences, I don't have the option for chosing HDMI on the OUTPUT sound.Do you have another HDMI port that you can switch to on the TV? Is the tv source on the matching HDMI port with the volume up? After checking those try the following:

My MacBook Pro will not start. When I started it goes to a gray screen with the Apple logo and has the spinning dial. When I started in safe mode it will not start. In safe mode it as an error message that says MacBook Launch_msg(): Socket is not connected
If running 10.7 or later hold down Command-R at Startup.
This should invoke recovery Mode.
Choose Disk Utility.
Select your Hard drive. Inspect the SMART Status in the lower right of the window for "Verified".
Select the Mac OS X Volume (originally Macintosh HD) click (Repair Disk)
If errors, run again until it comes clean or gets stuck.
Report any error messages. -
I attempted to upgrade the software on my iPad 2 and I got a message that said "unable to restore Ipad due to error". If the iPhone is new and you take it apart, kiss the warranty goodbye.
Are you using a case that may be blocking or partially blocking the iPhone's proximity sensor? If you are using a case, remove the case before the next call to see if the same occurs without the case. If not, get another case. -

i have just downloaded and installed the latest version of itunes. Now when i connect my ipad to my computer via USB, itunes states that the apple mobile device service cannot be started because of an unknown error (1058). The connection worked fine with the previous version of itunes.

When I connect my Ipad3 to my TV with the Apple Digital AV Adapter the touch screen starts to act strange. The mirroring on the TV looks great, but its impossible to navigate on the Ipad. It keeps opening apps I have not selected and not responding when I try to open and close f.ex. pictures and videos.
When I disconnect everything is back to normal.
Any suggestions?

If it has NEVER been jailbroke, here are some standard repair procedures:
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again. Also, read this. -

My ipad seems to be working just perfect all data and music is there, the problem is when i plug it to the PC, i receive in iTunes the windows to chose Setup as a new iPad or Restore from this back up.

You don't say that you did and if you did that - would be a really strange message to get from iTunes. You are asking what the problem is, but you're not providing enough information.
On the other hand that message is completely normal if you have never synced with iTunes before. If you have been using your iPad for some time without syncing, iTunes does not recognize your iPad as belonging to it because it doesn't at this point.
This well help you in making the iPad and iTunes compatible again.

I installed IOS 6 today. it cannot connect to my apple account. It keeps loosing the WIFI connection. EVerytime I connect to WIFI, it loads the apple webpage and looses the connection again. How do I resolve this?

Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. -

My iPad has no problem with my Apple Wireless Keyboard. Are you using the 2009 aluminum Bluetooth keyboard? The 2003 white BT keyboard is not supported.
Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons together for 10+ seconds, ignoring the red power-off slider, until you see the Apple logo. -
