Help! Billing information!
I've been looking for info and looking for how to remove my credit card from my billing info from my iPad 2.. But I can't. I've been following what ppl have been say but the only problem is that I don't get the NONE option to remove my credit card...it been so frustrating because I bought a iTunes card and I can't use it be ause of my billing info. Some one please help!

You made a purchase and exhausted the credit on your card before it processed. All purchases are final. Contact iTunes Store support. You need to settle up before you can purchase or download anything else.

"Please review your billing information and approve it" This message shows up when I try to order prints. I did review my account and all is well. There is no way to get past the error message to complete my order.
Go back and re-enter all of your billing information, including the billing address. If that doesn't help try changing the Print Products Storte in iPhoto's Advanced preference pane, reboot, change it back to your country and try again.

Take the SIM out and reseat it. Was your phone jailbroken or unooficially unlocked? If so then when you upgraded the phone locked again to the original carrier. If that is the case you need a SIM from that carrier to use the phone or you could contact that carrier and have them unlock it for you

You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps -

I couldn't change my billing information for my Apple ID. It rejects and says,"Please contact iTunes support to complete the transactions". I did contact them but nothing helps.

You should be able to bring up multiple IP's on your machine so that you can have both up until the new one takes over or the old one expires.
I haven't done this for awhile, but I think you would use something like:
ifconfig hme0:2 plumb
ifconfig hme0:2 202.68.216.40 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
route add default 202.68.216.1
NOTE: you would need to change the hme0 to the appropriate NIC for your system, and the interface# and IP addresses as needed.
If that works and the IP is reachable from outside, you could then update the:
/etc/hosts
/etc/netmasks
/etc/defaultrouter
And reboot. Hope this helps. -

I just got my iPad 1 a few days ago. I'm trying to sign in to the App Store, but when I'm required to enter my (mother's ) billing information, the screen goes blank, and I can only tap aimlessly on the screen to enter random stuff into whatever field it could be. I'm purely guessing as to what the heck I'm supposed to be putting in the (invisible) blanks. Please help me, I really want the Instant Buttons app!
Try resetting your iPad ..
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Then tap the App Store icon and see if you can login. -

on ios device go to settings - itunes app stores - click on your apple id - select view apple id- and then enter password. - your billing info is in the account window.

Cannot Update My Billing Information- URGENT HELP NEEDED
My credit card expired and when i try to update my billing information the "save" button doesn't work. I tried it on Chrome, Firefox, Explorer...on a PC and a Mac.. clear cookies and history several times and nothing. I tried it for several days now. I Just dont got any message on the page. That "save" button doesent do any action.
If i go to the "Profile" tab and return to "Plan Information" tab then this message appers:

Yes, if this is a permanent change. But you still have to have all the other changes - billing address, credit card, residence, etc. See Manage My Apple ID.
