Help please Adobe Presenter quiz problem

Quiz function error, have selected backwards movement so students can answer out of sequence, with scorm selected, a course requirement. Works in preview but, after zipping and uploading to Blackboard, it no longer allows out of sequence answering and submission grades zero. Very frustrating!
Is there a way around this?

Try converting your video to FLV before inserting it into the presentation. The inline converter in Presenter is... well... simple. I've never had much faith in it and prefer to use the Adobe Media Encoder, http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=160&platfor m=Windows, or something like the AVS Video Converter, http://www.avs4you.com .

This is normal. This call is not recognized by Presenter. The
best method to create an effect is to copy the slide an give the
user the ability to go "back" to the slide but by using branching
they are actually seeing a different slide. Then the slide that
they are directed to can be given the direction to go back to the
slide they came from or the slide after that.

Adobe Presenter Quiz Feedback

Wondering if anyone knows why my quiz feedback (using Adobe
Presenter 7.02 and PowerPoint 2007) is blurry after publishing.
Looks good prior to publishing and my question text, etc stays
clear? Help?

You would need to create the questions in Captivate. The questions don't translate across the products.

Hi everybody,
I'm newer on Presenter, but I can tell you that I've understood very well how to use it.
Well, I've finished my presentation on Power Point, created all quizzes and questions.
After I record the audio, the quizzes have problems. The answers didn't appear, the button labels also.
It's very strange because, before to record the audio, I've tested the presentation publishing on HTML5 and SWF and all quizzes were fine.

I've tried many things: deleted all questions, cleared the temp files and also created new questions and nothing solved this problem.
It occurs in a preview mode and publishing in HTML5 and SWF too.
What's happening?
Should I re-install Adobe Presenter 10?
(UPDATED: I've re-installed it and the same problem happen).

PLease apply the following fix and check if it resolves the issue:
1. Click on the below link to download the patch :
Shared Files - Acrobat.com
2. Please download the zip file and extract it.
3. Please check the version of Presenter installed on your machine.
4. For 32bit: Please copy the PptImgExporter.dll from 32 bit folder and paste it under “C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Presenter 10.0”.
5.For 64bit: Please copy the PptImgExporter.dll from 64 bit folder and paste it under “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Presenter 10.0”.
6. Try to publish the project now and check.

HELP please!! 3 problems w/ iTunes

I currently have[B] iTunes10.2.2.12[/B] installed on a dinosaur of a [B]Dell[/B] (getting an [B]2011 iMac[/B]).
Anyways,
Problem #1 75-80% of the time the Cover Flow of album art either is a solid black window saying
iTunes is unable to browse album covers on this computer
or the window is missing and you just see the window or desktop underneath in that cover flow area. Also, the same happens in Safari for Windows 5.05 (7533.21.1) with the bookmark pages cover flow
Problem #2:
This is more serious since it affects functionality and not ascetics. That being that my video podcasts 9/10 times do not show I only get audio. I subscribe to the Apple Keynote Podcasts and want to show a relative a part of the iPad2 Keynote with the video of the iPad uses including the autistic child and how it is being used in the medical field, etc.
Can anyone please help me to resolve these problems especially the video podcast problem? I do not get any type of error message with the podcast it just plays audio.
Problem #3:
I'm having problem with iTunes Music Files playing correctly. For some time I have been noticing that for several songs when I play start playing a particular song in the middle of the song it jumps to playing in the middle of another song. The title of the song remains the original one I started initially. Sometimes they jump back and forth from song to song. Also some of the songs jump between 3 songs.
Now this is not random. It is always the same initial songs. I thought maybe it was my computer being old. However, when I play one of the initial songs that do this on my iPhone it does the same thing and jumping back and forth from the same songs.
It looks like something happened when the song was encoded on iTunes. The songs that do this are ones I burned off CDs.
I also thought maybe a scratched CD caused this but it happened tonight with a song from a new CD I recently burned.
Also note this happens with several songs from several CDs but each instance the songs involved in the jumping back and forth are from the same CD.
I'm going to be getting a 27"iMac soon so maybe even though I hate to perhaps on the new machine I should manually burn my CDs and just transfer my albums and songs downloaded from iTunes.
How can I make sure this doesn't happen on the iMac?

Help please...recognition problems..

I have a shuffle and it's been great until last week when I downloaded itunes 6.0. Now itunes doesn't recognize the shuffle and when I try to update the suffle Windows keep asking me to plug in the shuffle to update or restore - problem is, the shuffle is plugged in! I've done the uninstall and reinstall of ipod and itunes and no luck. I want to go back to an older version of itunes but don't have the link? Do anyone out there have it? Does anyone have advice? Something similar happened with my mini a few months back and 6 hours later of trying everything, I finally figured it out but only using an older version of itunes. Help, please. This is causing me to be pretty grumpy!

Help please, im having big problems enabling wifi sync

Hi everyone,
Im having problems enabling wifi-sync between my Windows PC (Windows 7 - iTunes 11.0.4) and my iPhone 4S (Running iOS 6.1.3)
iTunes lets me check the box "Sync This Phone over WiFi" and when i click Apply - Then Sync the box stays checked but when I look on my iPhone on Settings > General > iTunes Wifi Sync it just still says "To enable Wi-Fi Syncing with iTunes, connect to iTunes on your computer using a cable and click "Syncwith this iPhone over Wi-Fi"."
I have checked that both iphone and PC are connected to same WiFi network, and have tried a FW restore on the iphone and neither have solved the problem. I have also authorised my computer to my apple ID.
Im getting to the end of my tether with this issue now, its strange because my wifes iPod Touch will sync over wifi flawlessly (Same PC, different user account)
Please help if you can...

Yes, i have been clicking APPLY and then SYNC and then finally "ejecting" the iphone frmo within itunes before i dis-connect it. Its a very odd problem.

Adobe presenter 8 : problem with video playback

when I import a video ( flv, mp4.. - it doesn't matter ) I can see the video when I preview my slide but I can't see the video when I publish the presentation. Help !!

HELP please , Adobe acrobat X assistive technology is slowing adobe down

I have been trying so hard to stop adobe from showing that black box on the right the that says rotating image and then decomposing page it is slowing the computer down .

HELP PLEASE!! Boot problems with Snow Leopard (Blue Screen Loop)

Hi guys!
My MacBook (the model before the current one) wont boot up. It started stuttering and acting strange and then froze so I did a force restart. It then loaded all the way up until a blue screen when the mouse appears and can be moved. This flickers off after a few moments (the screen dims) and then comes back. The process repeats as if in some infinite loop.
The main problem is that I've lost my snow leopard disc so I'm pretty limited to what I can do until I can borrow / buy another one and I need to get my laptop back up right away for work.
I've tried booting in safe mode, no joy
I then tried to repair the drive in fsck, which repaired something. I did it again and it said all was ok but then booting stuck at the same place.
Finally I read on another forum that removing /Library/Preferences/com.apple.security.plist fixed login loop issues. I attempted this in single user mode but it said the file didnt exist?
Can anyone help me out here? I'm pretty stressed out as all my work stuff is on there for my new job...

I had this same problem -- machine would boot, but loop at two blue screens before the login window. I sshed into the machine and checked /private/var/log/system.log and /var/log/secure.log which showed a unexpected character in /etc/authorization. Basically, the authorization file was corrupted (most likely by bad RAM.) The solution was to replace this file with one copied from another machine. I didn't match models, but did match OS when copying the file (i don't know if this matters at all), and as soon as the "cp" command was entered, the login window popped up. <-- totes awesome. The machine has been reliable since (all of 15 minutes)

Help Please, with Annoying painting problem.

I keep running in to this annoying problem:
Swing Components not being re-drawn properly after:
Windows turns on the screensaver
or to a lesser degree if the Java program is Iconified / deiconified.
Components with Images on them get corrupted and the image is not drawn properly, maybe just the top cm or so, but it is annoying..
And I can't figure out what or if anything I am doing wrong.
It happens in a few of my applications.........
mostly those wher I have overidden paintComponent()
If someone would like to see if they have the same thing happen, below is an example that demonstrates the problem.
You will probably need to fiddle with you power settings so that you monitor blanks after 1 min. to avoid having to wait too long.
Run the program, wait for screen to blank out, bring screen back,...
If the java picture is not corrupt try re-sizing the JFrame and see what happens.

<SPAN class=postbody>Hello, i am new to this forum and have limited knowledge about the Zen NX and would really appreciate any help or advice that you could offer. O.K. i got a Zen NX in Jan 2004, ran the software disc supllied, no problem. I then turned on the player but it was not recognised by the computer ("Device not connected") so i went to the support site and found out that this was a known problem and needed to download a piece of software which i think was named (Drv_JB3.EXE)?. Once this was done i had no problem at all and the player turned out to be a great piece of kit. About two months ago i had to re-set my computer to the factory settings because of a virus, anyway yesterday i decided i would put the software back in for the Zen NX and add some new music. I did everything as before, and luckily i had saved the extra piece of software that was required in order to get the computer to recognise the player. Unfortunately, everytime i tried to download the software it just kept saying that there was a problem with the driver and that i should reconnect the player in order for the software to work, which of course never happened and it just kept on repeating this message everytime i reconnected the player. Anyway i spent the rest of the day uninstalling the main software and reinstalling and then trying the latest drivers downloaded from the creative website and also the latest version of Media Source etc, all to no avail (getting well pi**ed off at this point) i even did a "restore" in XP to see if this would help but no joy. Just to let you know i think that the origional driver version was (.23.00) and the Creative Media Source version was (.0.84). I do not think that there is a problem with the USB port or cable as the computer recognises that a new piece of hardware as been added when i plug in the player.

Install . then connect the player to the PC. Then install 2. and 3. (the player must be connected for 2. to verify you have a Creative product).

Help please! start up problems plus crazy sounds!

hi!
i am in great and desperate need of help (i have a paper tomorrow and my powerbook goes crazy!) and i'd appreciate any replies. anyway, here's the problem:
last week i had a new cd-rom installed (the hardware) and had an additional memory added to my powerbook. anyway, last night, i was importing music from my cds to the laptop and then it starts having this crazy gurgling sound coming from the bottom left of my laptop, where the fan is (i believe). anyway, it stopped after a while.
however, this afternoon, i was importing music again when it just went crazy with the sounds and won't stop. everything then hanged, including my word and powerpoint document, my internet browser, everything. it wouldn't even respond to ctrl-option-esc. so i removed the battery. i made it rest and tried opening after an hour.
it won't start up. it just makes the crazy sound and goes to that all white page with the apple in the middle. it just stays in that mode, with the loading thingy going round and round, but nothing's happening. meanwhile, the laptop continues making crazy sounds and i can't access anything except that page.
if anyoen can help me, i'd really really appreciate it!

well I would say it means that theres a problem with the CD rom or memory. I would remove the new hardwhere and see if that helps. Then if it does I would backup everything and then add the memory and see if it works then if it dose then add the CD rom if it doesn't work after that you know its a bad CD rom. If the memory makes it have a problem remove it and add the CD rom if it works then you know it was the memory. Then I would buy a program call techTool Deluxe or Pro that allows you to test your computers hardware Or another way thats alot less time consumming is just remove the new hardware hope this helps
