Help signing up to developer program

I need some help trying to register for the developer program. On the screen where I enter billing information for verification, I follow the instructions but when I submit, I'm told to fill out all required information - I have filled every box!
Any ideas on how to get over this hurdle? This is so bad, it feels like I'm trying to sign up to Microsoft.
John.

>I suspect that it doesn't know how to handle non-US addresses.
Given the large numbers of UK & non-US based developers that have participated in the program for years, I suspect it does.
Use Safari on OS X and still no joy, try https://developer.apple.com/contact/submit.php - email and phone links there.
Good luck.

  • I need help signing up for developer

I'm making a iOS developer account. I am currently on the page where it says "Tell us about yourself" If all im going to do is make apps from my own iMac from my house. Which boxes do i need to tick out of the ones displayed in the picture. I don't have a company. Just making apps at home, some free some paid, and uploading them to the app store. Can someone please help as i am leaving out of town tomorrow and i really need to sign up before i leave.

Well actually, if im going to Pakistan (slow **** internet) from a 11 hour flight, i prefer not to get there and worry about making this account. I prefer to make it before i leave. Attend the 5 stage wedding i have to go to, and then come back and start using it. In pakistan you have to worry more about not getting shot then making a dev account.

  • Not letting me sign in with Apple ID to set up iOS developer program

I have an apple account and registered for the itunes connect member center, but when I try to do the iOS developer program add on it asks me to sign in and when I do, it just refreshes the page.  It doesn't say my password is incorrect (if I type in the wrong password it tells me), it just refreshes the page.  I can't get pass this screen..  Can anyone help with this issue?

...and if you are able to get in to Member Center and then press Account Details you will see an absolutely horrendous web page here
    https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage
Instead of pressing the Sign In button at the login screen, I press the Register button. The next screen says I have already registered. I press the Continue button. At the next screen, I do not select the Programs and Add-ons menu bar option but instead select the Your Account option. Now at the Account Summary page. In the Apple ID Summary view press the Account Details button. Now at the My Apple ID screen, it says Sign in to Manage your Apple ID, and I am presented with the login dialog AGAIN! Enter password and sign in and voila! the ugliest and least useful page you have laid eyes on in 25 years!
Apple - I need to be able to login - and then to get my "Enrollment Pending" issue resolved - so I can move forward in my app submission.
    PLEASE!

  • Signing Up For Safari Extension Developer Program

I am trying to sign up for the Safari Developer Program to write extensions, but i keep getting an error. This is the error: http://snapplr.com/nhrj
    Please help.

    Ok...
From the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari / Empty Cache. When you are done with that, try accessing that page. If that didn't help...
Go to the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari/Preferences. Make note of all the preferences under each tab. Quit Safari. Now go to ~/Library/Preferences and move this file com.apple.safari.plist to the Desktop.
Relaunch Safari and see if that makes a difference. If not, move the .plist file back to the Preferences folder. If Safari functions as it should, move that .plist file to the Trash.
    Also, try restarting your Mac.

  • How can I sign up with Enterprise program, while I have an active membership of the iOS developer program?

How can I sign up with Enterprise program, while I have an active membership of the iOS developer program?
I have bought a memership for the iOS Developer program.
I have created an in-house app.
Now I want to publish it to all employees without registering the devices.
    So..
I go to their website and try to sign up for the enterprise program, image shown below:
    http://s29.postimg.org/q06ylh5o6/Clipboard01.jpg
Within the image above, I click continue...
    http://s14.postimg.org/46lqcpy74/Clipboard02.jpg
Then I am taken to the image above, there I need to select a program, but I already have a program, the iOS developer program!  And the checkbutton of that program, is disabled. If I try to click continue at this page, without sleecting a program, a javascript-box shows "You have to select a program before continuging"...
Do I need to unsubscribe my iOS developer program, to then register it again? Lol!
PS: no clue where I should post this, looked over the forums and could not see anything related to singing up, registering for a program...

Our apps came offline automatically shortly after this as iTunesConnect thought we had not renewed our license, even though we had several weeks ago.
We had a brief panic as our apps were offline for 12 hours, which is how long it took Apple Support to work out what was wrong and hook things up.
I suggest you contact them ASAP to get this fixed so you don't get that iTunesConnect alert to your phone 'Your app status has been changed to Pending Contract'.

Were you running iOS 7 beta?  If so, as a developer you need to log into the Developer forum for assistance.
Not a developer and running iOS 7 beta?  Then you've stolen Apple's software and will receive absolutely no assistance from this forum.  Enjoy your iBrick!

  • Do I automatically obtain a license after signing in the iOS Developer Program

Do I automatically obtain a license after signing in the iOS Developer Program? Is there a maximum number of licenses that can be obtained in the iOS Program?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
With one Apple ID, you can obtain one license for the iOS Developer Program, Mac Developer Program and Safari Developer Program. If you want more for other people, these people will have to register on the iOS Developer Program with their own Apple ID. You will get the license for the iOS Developer Program during the next 24 hours after submitting the request, depending on the time it takes to Apple to check the credit card

  • Safari Developer Program License Agreement: We are unable to process your request

    Hi all,
I'm trying to sign up for the free Safari Developer Program.  Everything proceeds as normal until the step Agree to License[1] after which point I receive the message "We are unable to process your request."  I have tried to logout of the Member Center and cleared all apple.com cookies.  I've tried to start the process again from the beginning too.  I've verified all my contact details.  I get the same result each time.
    1. https://developer.apple.com/ios/enroll/listAgreement.action
I have had an Apple ID with this email address for several years, but this is my first time trying to join the Developer Program.  Can anyone offer some advice?  Thanks.
    Lucas

OK, I'm answering my own question. I've filled-in the support ticket. The lady from Apple support just called me and helped me deal with the issue as there was no other option to solve it by myself.
That's where I have filled in my support case (very bottom of the page):

  • When is Apple going to open up the iPhone Developer Program?

I signed up for the iPhone Developer Program almost as soon as one could sign up for it. I was one of the unlucky many who got the "you are not important enough to let into the Developer Program" e-mail. That was months ago when the rumor was that they would be opening it up around the time of the WWDC. Well, it is now WWDC time. Is there any more info on this?
Why don't I use the iPhone Simulator? The iPhone Simulator does not simulate the accelerometer very well (i.e., it does not simulate it at all) and the accelerometer is important for my app. I can't even tell if my app is feasible without running some test code so that I can get a real world sense of how well the accelerometer works.
Between this and the significant issues that I am having with my MBP and Apple's lack of response, I am starting to feel that I picked a bad time to start doing Apple development.

Excuse me, but Apple clearly has decided that some application developers are more important than others. The App Store is opening up next month and I don't think they will be selling apps that haven't been QA'ed on real devices. Oh, I get it. All of the big name mobile software vendors that Apple wants to display in their App Store just happened to get randomly selected.
"Apple has no way of knowing who has real apps ..." Well, I told them that I did. I even told them that it uses the accelerometers, so the simulator wouldn't help.
You note that Apple says that there are 21k developers in a holding pattern. What is it about the iPhone Developer Program that stops Apple from just taking people's money and issuing them cookies (or whatever) that allows the downloaded SDK to load apps on real devices? Inviting people over to your house to install your app on their iPhone/iPod touch is not a very good distribution model; the App Store is needed for distribution. The limiting factor is the gatekeeper for the App Store, not a SDK that can run code on real devices. So, why don't they freely distribute a SDK that can run code on real devices?
After telling the world "look, a SDK for the iPhone" months ago, why can't Apple even give a date to 21k people who took the time to sign up for the Program when they might be able to run their apps on real hardware?
I want to do things the right way (through Apple's SDK) and I really don't like the idea of jailbreaking, but right now that seems like the only option that I have to proceed with my app development.

  • We are unable to process your request received while trying to register for apple developer program

I'm trying to register a client for apple developer program.
They have a D U N S number from Dunn and Bradstreet which was entered.   Used the same legal entity name, phone number, address, etc
Upon submission i get the folllowing:  We are unable to process your request.  Not very helpful or informative.
Has anyone received similar or have any advice for me?
    thanks

Your login procedure sounds different from mine.
    Try this link:
    https://www.verizon.com/foryourhome/myaccount/ngen/upr/nlogin.aspx
If you put your userid in the box provided, then select My Services on the pull down, then click on Sign In, and then enter your password to continue, does the problem still occur?

  • Wrong name during developer program signupp.

I hope this is the correct place to post this, it whas the most fitting place i could find.
    My problem is the following.
I recently attempted to sign upp for the iPhone Developer Program, however the name that came upp under personal information is my fathers name not mine. As i turned 18 not to long ago i suspect it comes from my account being connected to his credit card in the iTunes store, or something like that.
The real problem is that i could find no way of changing this name. How do i change this first name to the correct one?

As i turned 18 not to long ago i suspect it comes from my account being connected to his credit card in the iTunes store,
Yep, I agree that his name on the iTunes account is in use during your dev registration attempts. You apparently need to try change the basic iTunes account information, either by getting rid of that one and establishing another one with your name, or by changing the billing information on the account as it exists now.
If you go into the iTunes application and click on the user name, top right and log in, you can see a summary of active account information.
Is the name in use when you try to register as a dev, the same name that is on that account?
Can you update the account with your valid name and c'card info, etc.?
Have to ask if you carefully reviewed the dev signup requirements to confirm you can satisfy them going forward etc.
    iTunes customer service is here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/
...perhaps they can help you determine the shortest route, etc.

  • I had bought the ios developer program but i don't have mac , just only laptop intel i-5 window7 only so how can i upgrade my iphone4 to ios5 beta

i had just get the ios dev member confirmation code but i only got the Asus laptop intel core i-5 450M window7 and don't know how to do with my iphone 4 to try the ios5 beta, please help me out

Developing for iOS requires a Mac; that's clearly stated in the program information. Whether there's any way to get the beta onto an iPhone from a Windows system is something we cannot discuss in these public forums. Ask in the developer forums you now have access to as a member of the iOS developer program:
    http://developer.apple.com/devforums/

To add to sig's reply, "calibrating" does not calibrate Lithiu-Ion batteries, it calibrates the charge reporting circuitry.  If you look at the effect of deep discharging Lithium-Ion batteries in the data from the independent test group, Battery University, you will see that doing so shortens the life of the battery significantly. It looks like an optimum balance between use and life is at a discharge level of 50%.

  • Use your own iOS app on your own iOS device without buying a developer program.

This is no question; it is simply a request that you make it possible for people with the free developer program to use their own iOS apps that they built themselves without having to pay $99 a year.
This is because loads of people want to build small apps for themselves, and can do so easily now that Xcode is free on the AppStore. The main problem with this is that they have to pay to simply do this.
So this is in a way a petition for all you people who are the same; who have written your own iOS apps for your personal use only, apps that shall not be distributed and only serve to show what you can do or help a family game to get Apple to make this small thing possible for you (us).
So please post here if you want the same.
    Thank you.

As always, feel free to use Report a Bug for any samples, doc additions, feature requests or enhancements you'd like to see as well. Add your BR# to this thread for reference, thanks.
But I wouldn't hold my breath on this one....it would only result in immediate scams.
