Hiding reference value in document flow

hello, friends.
from the sales order document flow, i want to hide the reference value (material price, from the material master) of the goods issue.  is there a standard way to configure this without ABAP?
thanks for your help.
jty

Hi,
I know of a way to hide that particular detail, hope you are aware of how to apply it.
There is a field transaction varent in sales document,
we can customize the filed in IMG->general setting->field varient.
save with a name and assign this name to the sales dcoument field transaction varient.

Siddharth.

  • Sales Document Flow - Ref. Value not showing correct currency

    I have a question about document flow currency in ECC6.0.  We recented upgraded to ECC6.0 from 4.7 and noticed the changes to document flow.  We are a US based company with sales offices in Europe.  Our European offices are finding that that document flow in ECC6.0 shows in base currency of USD.  Even thought the sales order was entered in EUR euros.  Is this intended to be this way; since it is causing our offices in Europe some confusion?  I searched forums an SAP notes and did not find any references.  Has anyone see this in ECC6.0
    Example Document Flow: Line Level (I do not see Ref Value at header level)
    Note Sales Document was entered in EUR euros.
    Document     Quantity     Unit     Ref. Value     Currency
    Standard Order 0025082768 / 10     12 EA     5,207.54 USD
    ...Delivery 0080211725 / 10     12 EA
    .....Picking request 20100423 / 10     12 EA
    .....Handling unit 0001221687 / 1     12 EA
    .....GD goods issue:delvy 4901261948 / 1     12 EA     1,690.08 GBP
    ...Invoice 0092006736 / 10                           12 EA     5,207.55 USD
    Accounting document 0092006736     12 EA
    If I highlight top line in document flow, I see the following in lower part of screen.  This is the currency entered on the sales order.
    0025082768     10          12     EA     3,847.80     EUR

    Smile,
    Thanks for pointing those configuration points out.   I checked my system and found the following.  I do not see any change documents for the configuration points, so they have been set this way since our implemenation in 2005.
    XD02 is customer master change, the customer on my order is set to EUR in sales in distribution tabs.
    OX02 - Company Code
    1000     Middleton     USD...ok
    2000     London     GBP   ok
    2100     Munich     EUR...ok
    2210     Amsterdam     EUR...ok
    4000     Hong Kong     USD...ok
    I think OVX5 is not set correctly, should be same as OX02.  If I change them, do I need to run an update in the system for old data?  Or is it as simple as changing the value here?  I'm hesitant to change this not knowing how this will affect the system.  Do you know?
    OVX5 - Sales Org
    1000     Middleton     USD...ok
    2000     London     USD   should be GBP
    2100     Munich     USD   should be EUR
    2210     Amsterdam     USD...should be EUR
    4000     Hong Kong     USD...ok
    Thanks,
    Tony Romain

  • Line item document flow shows net value of the item

    Line item document flow shows the value of the item with currency instead of the quantity.
    Any inputs on how this is getting displayed instead of the quantity being displayed?
    Additional information:
    In this case, the line item is a third party item with item category TAS.
    The document flow displays as follows..
    *Document                                             Date                           Qty/Value     UoM/Cur*
    *Standard order xxxx                              xxxxx                            34 170,00    USD*

    Dear Anand
    Go to VA02 or VF02, input the reference and execute.  Again go to document flow screen.  Now from top menu bar, click on "Document Flow --> View --> Items".  Now check the document flow.

  • Document flow reference from ECC invoice to mySAP CRM complaint to be made

    Hi,
    I am using a BAPI program to create complaints in the mySAP CRM system; however the complaints have to be created with reference to invoices that are residing in the back end ECC system.
    Since the complaints are not being created using the GUI, I cannot establish the doc flow while creating the complaints.
    Is there someway I can make some table entries, etc... so that when I create the complaint in mySAP CRM using the BAPI:
    1. I can see the invoice in the document flow as the preceding document
    2. The reference of the line items from the invoice is also available in the relevant fields in the complaint line item (fields such as invoiced qty, net value, billing doc number, billing line item, etc)
    Kindly advice on the same. Thanking you in anticipation.
    Warm regards,
    Dhaval.

    Hi Raj. Here i see the following settings :
    1) Define additional local currencies. Here is only 1 company code (not mine) with settings.
    2) Define additional local currencies for ledgers. Here is a setting saying ;
    Ledger =0, Summary Tabel =GLT0, Valuation =Legal valuation, Second Currency =Comp.Code currency, Third currency =Group Currency.
    I have no idea whether these settings have anything to do with my problem. I had more the feeling that it is an error in the document flow program.
    When you know more i would appreciate your info. Thanks. Ed

  • Block document flow update when creating a new sales document by reference

    Hi,
    I have set up copy rules to copy a quotation to a new quotation. However, my customer does not want the reference quotation to appear in the document flow. Could you please help me with this.
    I have so far:
    - Removed the value from 'Update document flow' in the item
    - Put an empty value in 'Copy item number from reference' and 'Complete reference' at the header level
    Could you please help me,
    Thanks,

    Simply,
    Create sales order (va01)
    Goto  EDIT in menu bar then choose Propose Item or press CTRL + f11 from key board.
    Then provide Sales Document with default with/without quantity or selection list.
    Hope it can assist you.

  • Need no document flow update for sales order create with reference

    Dear All.
    We would like to have the ability to create a sales order with reference to another sales order, and have the document flow of the sales order not updated.
    Unlike the case of a standard create with reference where the documents are linked, in this case there is no relationship between the documents.  The first document is just acting like a template for the remaining documents, to save time during order entry.
    We have turned off update of document flow at the line item level.
    But I don't see a way for us to turn this off at the header (document level).  So wondering if there's another way to turn this off, or possibly through user-exit or VOFM requirement?
    Has anyone else done this?
    I think that CRM has this functionality, but we're still entering orders through ERP-SD.
    Many Thanks!

    Hello Colleague;
    The issue you have reported is SAP standard.  The checkbox "Update Document Flow" (V_TVCPAAP-UPFLU) controls document flow at item level.  If this checkbox is set to blank, there will be no document flow at item level.
    However, the document flow cannot be completely turned off - if the 'update document flow' indicator is blank, you will still see an entry in the document flow, but there will be no update to table VBFA (Sales Document Flow) and the document flow of the predecessor will not be updated at item level (no record in VBFA at item level).
    The reason is that the system checks VBAP (Sales Document: Item Data) for fields VGBEL (Document number of the reference document) and VGPOS (Item number of the reference item) for values.  You will always have document flow information on header and item level in the successor because it stores this information in table VBAP.
    Related with this issue, you can find a Note 53383 for your review.
    I hope it can clarify the case.

  • BAP_SALES_ORDER_CREATE_WITH_REFERENCE - Document flow

    Hi, I have a problem with the bapi for create sales order with reference, When the line items be created, the Update indicator for flow table(VBAP-UPFLU) be created whit the value 'X'(Create document flow records).
    If the sales order is manual, the value of the Indicator for flow table is '2'(Create document flow records except for delivery/goods issue/billing documents), acording to the configuration, but, the bapi assing 'X' for the same reference document.
    Then, when change positions of outbound delivery or billing document the performance of the system is afected because the "Document number of the reference document" have to many reference, and read all the flow document of the contrat.
    I think that maibe need indicate someting aditional to the bapi at position level.

  • Depot Sales-Excise values are not flowing from J1iJ to VF01

    Hi Gurus,
    In Depot Sales: while doing excise invoive from T-code J1iJ Go to delivery -RG23D selection select the delivery number XXXXX Excise Group 51 and series Group: 50 ENTER - select the line item and click on F6 and here we have to click on excise invoice Button for capturing the Input excise duties for taking the reference. And the excise values are shown here correctly.
    Issue: In VF01- when we are raising the commercial invoice , the duty values are not flowing from the J1IJ transaction. Instead the values are showing Zero for all the three condition types namely JEXP, JECS and JHCS. We have used the Pricing Procedure ZINDEP and 356 routine.
    Inputs on this how to solve will be highly appreciated.. as we are in critical stage.
    What are the checks to be ensured to Get the values flow from J1IJ to VF01.
    Scenario: STO from Mfrg Plant to Depot and Depot sales to customer.
    Me21N-Me29N-VL10B-VL02N-VF01-J1IIn-MIGO-(STO process completes)-VA01-VL01N-J1IJ-VF01(duty values should flow from the J1IJ referenced Excise Invoice) Correct me if I am wrong.
    Any user exits, Notes please let me know. I could not find any. I have gone through the forum threads, which speaks about 356 routine, J1ID- checks etc.
    Thanks&Regards
    Sreekanth:

    Hi!
    Am sure you would have captured the Excise at Depot with J1IG.
    Also, have you saved the billing document to check the duties?
    Thirdly, after save, again open the billing doc and go to Header-Conditions then Save. This part does not seems logical, but i am sharing my practical experience.
    Please check condition records if any.

  • Intercompany process -  document flow

    hello all,
    i have to do a document-flow list based on values for the intercompany process with reference to the original sales order.
    the intercompany process can only handle order-related invoices.
    the intercompany process is not related to the logistic-process via document-flow, key figure is only the order-no in SD-Order-of one company, which represents the SD-order-no of the logistic process.
    original sd order -> contract1->sd order1-> open/close flags ->invoice->
    -> contract1->po order1-> open/close flags ->invoice->
    original sd order -> contract2->sd order2-> open/close flags ->invoice->
    original sd order -> contract2->po order2-> open/close flags ->invoice->
    what table/field do i use to get the original sales order?
    do you have some tips regarding the folowing flow?
    original sd order
                            -> contract1->sd order1-> open/close flags ->invoice
                            -> contract1->po order1-> open/close flags ->invoice
                            -> contract2->sd order2-> open/close flags ->invoice

    This works fine if you try to attach single contract to single line item in servie order.
    But when you try to attach another contract to different line item  of the service it gives dump.
    The system issues an error  message CRM_DOC_FLOW 010 and gives dump.

  • Document flow for BOM item components missing

    Hello,
    I would like to seek help on the following:
    I am creating a process where in I can create sales order (OR type) with reference from a sales order (like quotation type). I successfully configured the needed and was able to create one.
    However, I have noticed that if I used BOM products (where there is a header and item components) and check the document flow per line items, only the header BOM (line item position 10) has document flow  reflecting the reference order quotation type while the its components doesnt show such.
    Below is an example of the document flow:
    Bom Header (line itemk position 10):
    Document                                              Quantity Unit                     Reference value      Currency
    Buffer Buyin 111111 / 10                             1        EA                        0.00                          USD
    --> Product Order 222222 / 10                      1        EA                        0.00                          USD
    Line Items Component
    (line itemk position 20):
    Document                                              Quantity Unit                     Reference value      Currency
    --> Product Order 222222 / 20                      1        EA                        0.00                          USD
    (line itemk position 30):
    Document                                              Quantity Unit                     Reference value      Currency
    --> Product Order 222222 / 30                      1        EA                        0.00                          USD
    Thus, in above illustration, the line item component document flow has a missing data that would reflect the reference sales order. Please advise if what needs to be configure here.
    Thanks,
    Ria

    Hello Amit,
    The current scenario is like this:
    1. Reference sales order (OR but assumed as QT type) has item category YYBS for normal material and ZTAR for header BOM and YYBS as components.
    2. When these sales order (OR but assumed as QT type) is being reference to create actual orders to customers  (OR type) the normal material will be changed from YYBS to YZBS while BOM will have ZTAR header and components YZBS. This is the reason why I told you that its like the normal material.
    I checked the copy control line item settings as yes, document flow is ticked.
    Thanks,
    Ria

  • Sale order document flow-u0091Service Documentsu0092 is coming which should't aper

    New Issue with Sales order document flow:
    When linking from a sales order in document flow, we were reviewing why the description information varied.  In looking at different values, we clicked on a new item within document flow that allows you to like to ‘Service Documents’.   This is new in 6.0, or it was previously deactivated in 4.6C.  If you link from a sales order to a service document, in ECC 6.0, you will get a short dump because the document flow is so great (viewing order #any in VA03 and use document flow and then select the service documents button    as seen on the screen below
    A Short dump will occur in program SAPLDOCUMENT_FLOW_ALV.
    Here in ECC 6.0 is how it looks from sales order 9806:
    Documents created from 2004 through 2007 are coming up as linked to this sales order and that is incorrect.  There is some type of linkage issue.  In the 4.6 C environments, the ‘service documents’ link is not visible from document flow.
    Can any body functional / technical Help on this urgent???

    Hi Sanjay,
    Go to the order VA03 --> Environment --> status overview. The exact status of the header and item can be found here. You may have chances to know why the status is being processed.
    Also
    Check whether you have checked 'document flow update' field at item level in copy control
    Check your settings for completion rule in item category
    If it is due to incorrect status message, run report SDVBUK00. That might fix the error. It is recommended to run this first in test mode.

  • Document flow is not updated for Scheduling agreement

    Hi Gurus,
    Can you please advise on the below issue..
    Some deliveries created with reference of schedule agreement are not displayed in scheduling agreement in forecast delivery schedule under delivery tab and as well as not updated in document flow for VBFA table.
    There are two ways to create delivery with reference of Scheduling agreement , 1)  Create Delivery order (Order Type   : TAM) with reference of SA, then delivery for TAM order.
    2) we can add the line item in existing TAM order with reference of SA .
    Advance thanks for your valid points.
    Best regards,
    Venkat.

    Hi Ram,
    Thanks for the reply, there is no issue in copy control settings.
    Best regards,
    Venkat.
