HLOG Queue? Manager to see users status?

Hello,
My Company has CM 6.01.
We are too small to have UCCX so it is just a straight out Call Manager Deployment.
I've sent up Hunt groups for inbound calls to our sales group.  I have two groups (one 6 and one 8 members) that get routed to based on the option selected in the Auto Attendant.
The users use the HLOG softkey to log in and out as needed.
The Sales Manager wants to be able to see that Status of the Hunt groups at any time.
I did not see anyway to do that in CM.
Does Cisco or a Third Party have a Program that can monitor that?

Is their any other 3rd party programs out there that can do this?
Not that I'm aware of.
Or is this a function of UCCX?I can't beleive I am the only one in a SMB that has Call Manager that is too small to Get UCCX to need to do this.
CCX is capable of showing this information through the Cisco Supervisor Desktop application. The SMB/"call center lite" use case the whole intent behind Native Queuing.
Also, Cisco has had a promotion for years where you got five CCX seats when you purchased a CUCM cluster. All you had to do was buy the server hardware and software (Cisco has to pay royalties) as well as maintain ESW/UCSS coverage of it. Now that we've transitioned to virtualized install you can usually fit a CCX VM on the server along CUCM/CXN, thus avoiding the hardware costs. Perhaps something to consider if you want more than what Native Queuing will give you.

  • USER STATUS at Activity Level

    I do have user status defined for Activity and it doesn't show up when i set the status. All i see is SYSTEM STATUS and not user status. To see user status i need to click the blue button (with I symbol) and then see it. Why is this happening like this?
    But at Network Header level & WBS level i see both USER STATUS & SYSTEM STATUS.

    I think WBS and Network are controlling objects in SAP. Activty is related to execution. This may be the reason why SAP has provide detailed ie user statuses at WBS and network level only.
    In my opinion you cant achieve this in standard SAP, you may have to for devlopment of customised screen. User exit CNEX0008 will help you.

  • Reg : User status information is not updating in Cube

    Hi Experts,
    I am loading data to INfocube which gets data from sales order ODS and Master data infoobject PROJECT which has project  code. User status is a attribute fo Project (Master data infoobject). 1 WEEK before user staus was changed for a particular Project code in source system ECC system .If i display data in Master data PROJECT ,I could able to see changed user staus for that particular Project code.
    Later data loaded to cube from Master data and ODS.If I select a particular Project code and give a sales document number and try to see user status which got changed ,it is not showing changed User status and values are not showing in Infocube.But when i try for another project code its showing correct User status in INfocube.
    Kindly guide me to solve this issue.

    ACR for Master data load was happend already and we can able to see changed user status in Master data.
    But we are unable to view user status ,SALES document values for that particular project code. Sales document is extracting from ods.

    I checked /nSU53 just after i got the error msg. It said authorization check failed. Authorizaton object B_USERST_T status management: Set/Delete User Status using Transaction.

    What should i do after this???

    Hi,
    When you open equipment master on the header below description you have status available. There you will find a symbol i in Blue color, when you select this icon it will take you to another screen where on left side you can see System status and right side you can see the User status.
    You can assign the user status profile to the equipment category level. or if any user status profile's are declared for equipment relavent in configuration then you can select the same by going to the screen as mentioned above.

  • Reports Queue Manager - Status Information

    Hi there,
    I would like to know if you can get status information from the reports queue manager.
    For your information: We are still using Forms/Reports 6i but looking forward to use 10g via web frontend.
    1.) In detail I would like to control the 'number of jobs'. Our frontend (RWRQM60.EXE) only shows the first 990 (up to 1.000) entries, via 'queue => properties' I can see the total number of jobs.
    Is there a way to get the number of jobs via SQL or by another programmatically way (we prefer .NET)?
    2.) The reason why I need this information is because of a limit of 9999 reports in queue manager. After this amount of reports the report server raises a 'REP-0177: Error while running in remote server' and the 10.000 job will NOT be send to the queue!
    Is there a way to expand the number from 9.999 jobs to more .. for example 30.000 jobs?

  • Update User Status at Service Desk Solution Manager SP17

    Hi, my name is Tomas Piqueres and I'm working with Solution Manager SP 17.
    Service Desk scenario is working but I have an issue that I explain below:
    I have a message that I'm not able to solve, so I send it to SAP. When SAP returns it to me, I have two status for the same message:
    -User status
    -Status SAP
    The job "refresh message status" is working, so Status SAP is refreshed successfully. The problem is that when Status SAP changes, the User Status doesn't change automatically.

    Hey Rohit,
    I believe your first issue has been answered correctly. As far as your second issue is concerned.
    The SAP Status field only gets filled up when the message is forwarded to SAP Support. This field is set by SAP Support itself. You dont need to manage it.
    As far as Reported by is concerned, thats what you have to configure. For that to be working you first need to create business partners of your users in the satellite system. Eg.  If you are raising a message from userA from your production system. You need to create a business partner of that user in Solution Manager. A unique ID is maintained related to the user and system. Also you will have to maintain his "employee data" , specifically his SAP user id.

    You cannot see the system-status in SPRO.
    You can view the system-statuses via BS23.
    Be warned - it is NOT advisable to change the system-status setting as you may screw-up your system. Remember that many statuses are used across multiple objects and multiple modules.

  • CHARM: two Change Managers in an solution manager -  SDMN user statuses

    Hi to all
    I'm trying to handle two change Managers in the one CHARM client , each of them has own project and own system landscape for which he is responsible. I'm trying to restrict them, with well known charm authorizations of Change Manager,  in a way that each of them  should be able to handle just his own project and project assigned  SDMN transaction type.   
    So far I've managed to restrict Change Manager to just one Task list with the  authorisations object B_SMAN_WPL  but this authorizations object is related just to the SDMN Task list but  not to the User statuses of the SDMN transactions type!!
    If you will restrict Change Manager role  just to one task list (for example M*11)  with the above auth.  object (B_SMAN_WPL) it will be able to handle just this task through the SDMN drop down actions  task "Go To Task List" no others task list should be usable. So in this case your Change Manager is restricted to just one Task list. Thanks to "B_SMAN_WPL"!!
    But
    ....if the  same Change Manager should go to edit  the new SDMN transactions (for example with the task list M*22) , Change Manager should not be able to edit/change, the Task list itself (he is restricted by B_SMAN_WPL ), but it should be able to change User Status of corresponding  SDMN! - To Move phases back and forth!?? How Come?
    How can  we  restrict Change manager to be able to handle just SDMN - which belongs to the certain project that is defined inside of authorization object S_PROJ_GEN.?

    I've just returned from the Hyperion conference here in South Africa. In one of the papers presented a BI consultant was using dynamically updated MaxL scripts to update dimensions and members within them. She had developed a VB front-end with MS Excel as the back-end. She was using the excel to pass parameters to the MaxL scripts and so controlling what was being updated on the model. The VB front end only allowed certain dimensions to be updated.Regards,Fraser

    Hi,
    You are taking a planning run in APO. System has created orders. These orders need to flow to R3.
    This you need to carryout in /SAPAPO/CCR. If these orders are not moving to R3 , system will throw error message.
    This error message you can find in /SAPAPO/CQ or SMQ1 or SMQ2 depending upon queue type.
    This error you need to rectify. Then only orders will flow to R3.
    This is applicable both from R3 to APO and APO to R3.

    Now the question is: how can i see if the user-status is changed?
    First i use IW31 to create an service order. Next day the user-status will be changed (IW32).
    Where can i see, that it is changed?

    When user and system statuses are changed, records of JEST are updated and records are inserted into table JCDS, check this table.
    - JEST - current status
    - JCDS - log of status - with date/time/user
    In transaction IW32/33, you can see the history of statuses: click on "information" icon in status line, then on "display status" screen, go to menu : Extras, Change document, All or For a selected status.

  • WorkCenter : Managment of Authorization Keys and user status

    Hi friends,
    This is regarding Solution Manager 7.0 Service Desk (Work Center).
    Using authorization key in B_USERSTAT in SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS role, I configured two categories of users :
    1 - First category (User1) can process the message and access to the standard Status profile (SLFC0001),
    2 - The second category (User2) can process the message using status profile (SLFC0001) with some limitations : for example User2 mustn't access to the "Send to SAP" user status.
    My configuration works correctly whit SAPGUI (CRM_DNO_MONITOR).
    Unfortunately, it doesn't work when I attempt to process message using Work center : In Work Center the system ignore the authorization key. Therefore, the User2 can access to all user status including "Send to SAP".
    HOW CAN I resolve this issue?????

    In our company, some processors (User2) have not the authorization to send the messages to SAP. So they must not access to 'Sent to SAP' status.
    To do this :
