I believe I am having this issue too on my Surface Pro 3 running 8.1 Pro.
On every reboot, in event manager I get about 11 entries about "Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility driver failed, error code 0xBC8, HRESULT 0x80070BC8. See the event user data for context information."
EventID: 215
and one entry "The print spooler failed to regenerate the printer driver information for driver Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility driver for environment Windows NT x86. Win32 system error code 1633 (0x661). This can occur after
an operating system upgrade or because of data loss on the hard drive."
EventID: 370
I looked up these 2 and can't never find anything. I even removed the printer drivers that was originally installed. I was about to remove the x86 drivers for the Microsoft enhanced Point and Print, but I read there isn't a way to reinstall it
if I needed to.
I was wondering if this "hot fix" will fix this problem?

Issue w/ Partition Structure Hotfix for Yoga
I tried running Lenovo's Partition Structure Hotfix for Windows 8 on Yoga (http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?DocID=DS033035) and it ran into an issue. After the command script runs for a little bit, I get the following problem:
"New File 131072 001.dat
ERROR 32 (0x00000020) Copying File d:\System Volume Information\001.dat
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Waiting 30 seconds... Retrying..."
It continues to do this over and over until I close it. I have no idea what that file is nor which process is using it, and I was hoping someone could help me understand if there's a way to shut that process down and successfully do the hotfix.
Thanks!there may be virus/anti-virus process/windows update or windows service so i'm not sure. can you try to re-install the windows by pressing one key recover button then run the hotfix? it will take just a few minutes to re-install the system if you can.

Where can I find the latest security hotfix for CF 9.0.2?
ZDNet announces there is a security hotfix for ColdFusion but provides no link to where I can read about it or download it. I go to the Adobe site and look for it by browsing and searching and can't find it. It's been hidden well.
Maybe the ZDNet announcement was made prior to Adobe updating their website? Or maybe I just can't find what is obvious for others.Adobe published it yesterday, you just have to know where to look: http://helpx.adobe.com/security.html is always updated with the latest from the Adobe Security team. More specifically you are looking for this: http://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/coldfusion/apsb14-23.html

Service Manager 2012R2 - Hotfix for Service Manager 2012 SP1 secondary Management server
Can the hotfix for the issue described here -
http://blogs.technet.com/b/servicemanager/archive/2013/04/22/service-manager-2012-sp1-secondary-management-server-cannot-set-availability-on-a-health-service-that-doesn-t-exist.aspx
, be applied to a 2012R2 Service Manager environment?
My dilemma; In a Service Manager 2012 SP1 environment, I installed a secondary mgmt server, promoted it, then upgraded to R2. This R2 Primary mgmt server has the error described in the TechNet blog.
The reason this was done, the original primary mgmt server (2012 SP1) resided on the same server as the Portal. This original primary is still at 2012 SP1 with the System Center services disabled.
Again, can the hotfix for Service Manager 2012 SP1 secondary mgmt servers be applied to a Primary mgmt server (or environment, however the hotfix is run) server Service Manager 2012 R2?
Thank you,
Brian VanDam
BVAN in SoColHi,
Hmm, you should probably log a case for this, but my first thought here would be to install a new SCSM 2012 R2 server and promote that one to the new Primary server, then remove the old ones.

USER_MODE_HEALTH_MONITOR (9e)
One or more critical user mode components failed to satisfy a health check.
Hardware mechanisms such as watchdog timers can detect that basic kernel
services are not executing. However, resource starvation issues, including
memory leaks, lock contention, and scheduling priority misconfiguration,
may block critical user mode components without blocking DPCs or
draining the nonpaged pool.
Kernel components can extend watchdog timer functionality to user mode
by periodically monitoring critical applications. This bugcheck indicates
that a user mode health check failed in a manner such that graceful
shutdown is unlikely to succeed. It restores critical services by
rebooting and/or allowing application failover to other servers.

I am late to doing this, I know, but I am getting the "error 5" about 33 percent through the partition hotfix for the Lenovo Yoga 13. This is killing me because my C drive is out of space and I really need to make it bigger.
there may be virus/anti-virus process/windows update or windows service so i'm not sure. can you try to re-install the windows by pressing one key recover button then run the hotfix? it will take just a few minutes to re-install the system if you can.

Hotfix for ColdFusion ver 7.0.0.91690
I am responsible to update ColdFusion hot fixes for vulnerability apsb09-12 for server ver. 7.0.0.91690 but not able to find it any where. Is it ok to use cold Fusion 7.0.2 updates for 7.0.0.91690? I am new for cold fusion!
I suspect that the hotfixes for the vulnerability you refer to are intended only to be applied to a 7.0.2 instance of ColdFusion and not an earlier 7.x version. I reccomend that you update your server to version 7.0.2, then apply security updates.
You can download the ColdFusion MX 7 Updater 2, which will update your server to version 7.0.2, at the link below.

Restore Log with Standby Mode on VHDX disk problem - hotfix for SQL 2014 needed
Restore Log with Standby Mode on Virtual VHDX disk cause a 9004 error in SQL Server 2014 ( test performed on Web edition and Standard version )
Similar Bug for SQL 2008R2 is already registered with number hotfix
KB2987585
Restore operations always fail in Hyper-V R2 Server in situations ( text copied from
KB2987585 page )
The primary database has its transaction log file (.ldf) stored on a disk that has "Bytes per Physical Sector" set as 512 bytes.
You take the transaction log backups of this database, and then you try to restore it by using the standby option on the secondary database.
The secondary database transaction log file (.ldf) is located on a VHDX disk that has "Bytes per Physical Sector" set as 4,096 bytes.
In this scenario, the restore operation fails and returns the following error message:
Error: 9004, Severity: 16, State: 6.
An error occurred while processing the log for database '<databasename>'. If possible, restore from backup. If a backup is not available, it might be necessary to rebuild the log.
After this error occurs, the secondary database goes into a suspect state.
So restore from Generation1 to Generation2 machine ( where only VHDX disk is possible ) always fails and database is not accessible.
