No. Only the carrier to which it is locked can unlock it, and US carriers do not unlock at all.

Unfortunately, you must restore it in iTunes on your computer. There is no way to retrieve a forgotten pass lock code.

all others will be locked to a carrier (did you buy from carphonewarehouse )
