Why does my iPhone say "Damaged" on the home screen where the date should be?
I have never dropped my phone and it doesn't have water damage, not even exposure to high humidity. I always have it in a case and it still have the original screen protectors on it! There is not a scratch on this phone and it's only 6 months old! I didn't buy the extended warranty but I should still have the regular 1 yr warranty though right? How can I use this with out being charged for the darn phone call to apple?

How can I connect my Ipad Air to my PC to see the Ipad screen on the PC?
I have connected them via the Ipad to a LIGHTNING DIGITAL AV ADAPTER-ZML connected to a APPLE HDMI TO HDMI CABLE (1.8 M)-ZML, and to the HDMI port on the PC. But now I don't know how to show the Ipad screen on the PC, as if it was a monitor / screen, so that I can then use Lync and share my PC screen with people virtually.

How do I create a separate Address Book? I'm not asking about a mailing list but an address book where the addresses are not mixed in with my regular address book. I already have three address books created for me by Thunderbird. I add all new addresses to one of those but am afraid to delete the other address books because some of their addresses are not repeated in my "main" address book. So if I don't delete all the names in one of the existing books, I need to create an empty book that will not mix the addresses with those in another address book. HOW DO I CREATE A NEW, EMPTY ADDRESS BOOK? I want to be able to create various mailing LISTS using the addresses in this new book so I will eventually have a special address book with a variety of mailing lists I can use as I wish.
In 24.4.0 there is no File|New|Address Book. There is File|New|Address Book Contact. How do I create a new address book ?

First try killing Words. When on the home screen double press the HOME button, then swipe the screen image of Words up to close it.

I jailbreaked my iPhone 5 and now i don't want the jailbreak any more so i restored the iphone without iTunes and then it turned it self off and now its stuck on the black screen with the loading sign. So please how can i turn my iPhone on again?
I figured it out by pressing the home button and the off button but when i turn my phone on again it's not restored. And when i try to restore it with iTunes it has to update but i can't update my phone because it's jailbreaked but if i can't update it, it won't restore the phone.

I use Safari Mt Lion and when I view Bookmarks, the entire list of bookmarks show uo but on the display portion only the black screen witht the Safari icon shows while other bookmarks show the actual photo of what that bookmark is so unless I click on the bookmark on the blank ones I can not see what it is, it is inconvient because I have hundreds of bookmarks and I can not remember what I was bookmarking it for unless I can see it

I understand - sorry to have missed your point before now.
Some sites don't display those previews in safari - secure pages (https) for one, and also sites that are redirected.
Taking the example in your screenshot, the site http://fabulouslyartsy.blogspot.com/ actually redirects to http://www.fabulouslyartsy.com/ and Safari (rather annoyingly) doesn't 'follow' the redirection & show the appropriate preview. See the image below - the blank preview is for the blogspot address, and the one visible to the right is from going directly to the site. -
How do i drag media to the menu screens in premiere elements 13? I can't see my audio files and the menu screens at the same time. In prior versions it was easy?
It is very cumbersome to "re browse" for audio files/pics/movie clips to add to menu screens. Certainly there is a way to view the media and menu screen at the same time so I can drag and drop?Jayhawk
I think I know exactly what you are seeking and believe it cannot be done in Premiere Elements 11, 12, and 13 as it can be done in versions earlier than 11 where the Disc Layout and Project Media are viewed side by side.
Premiere Elements 13 uses a Movie Menu customization workspace which is not allowing viewing of Project Assets in the Expert workspace at the same time.

To take a screenshot hold ⌘ Shift 4 to create a selection crosshair. Click and hold while you drag the crosshair over the area you wish to capture and then release the mouse or trackpad. You will hear a "camera shutter" sound. This will deposit a screenshot on your Desktop.
If you can't find it on your Desktop look in your Documents or Downloads folder.
When you post your response, click the "camera" icon above the text field:
This will display a dialog box which enables you to choose the screenshot file (remember it's on your Desktop) and click the Insert Image button.
⌘ Shift 4 and then pressing the space bar captures the frontmost window.
⌘ Shift 3 captures the entire screen.
Drag the screenshot to the Trash after you post your reply. -

Had you, you would have found that iPhone warranty/support is only valid in the country of original purchase(except for the EU where warranty/support is EU wide). In your case, your warranty/support is only valid in the EU, as you have now found out...after your purchase. And, you are correct, they will not service the phone in India.
