How do I complain to skype supervisor?

I had a totally unsatisfactory live chat with a Level One call centre representative working for skype and want to complain to his supervisor but am unable to find contact information.
I downloaded Pamela and was asked to pay to unlock all features but could not find the price anywhere without agreeing to pay first. The live chat person was totally unable to tell me the price. He did tell me that there is a free unlocked version of Pamela for non-business users but I don't know what I can do right now without risking breaking my Windows by uninstalling the currently installed version of Pamela and then reinstalling the free version, which would screw up my Windows registry and force me to reinstall Windows.
It makes me furious that Skype customer service take such great efforts to prevent you from talking to a live supervisory person who has two brain cells to rub together. Like all other large companies, they force you to talk only to braindead Level One call centre idiopts who KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR OWN JOBS.

Pamela recorder is not a part or product Skype in the first place. I think the mistake of the rep is they should have not entertained the question in the first place, and should have adviced you to contact the relevant support team of that third party software instead.

    How do I close my Skype account?
    If you want to close your Skype account, you’ll need to contact us so we can close it for you.
    First, make sure you’ve cancelled any subscriptions or recurring payments, and used up any Skype Credit you have. Everything associated with your Skype account – including contacts, purchases and history – will be lost when your account is closed.
    Next, contact Skype Customer Service and tell us you’d like to close your account.
    It might take up to 30 days for your name to disappear from the directory, but after that, no one will be able to find you in Skype. Your name will still appear in your friends’ contact lists unless they remove it, but they won’t be able to contact you.
    In the meantime, you can remove your personal information from your profile to prevent people from finding you based on those details.
    Remove your profile information
    This will make it more difficult for people to find you in the Skype directory. You can remove or edit all of your details except for your Skype Name.
    To remove your profile information:
    Change your profile picture and mood message.
    If you have a profile picture that identifies you, you might want to change it. In Skype, click Skype > Profile > Change Your Picture… (on a Mac, click your profile picture and then Change Picture) and browse for a different picture.
    You can leave a status message saying you’re no longer active on Skype, or giving your new Skype Name if you’re using a different account. Go to Skype > Profile > Edit Your Profile… and then click Enter mood message. (On a Mac, click your name or profile picture and then click Add Mood Message.)
    Sign out of Skype.
    It’s a good idea to set your status to offline or invisible, and then sign out of Skype on all your devices. Type the chat command /remotelogout into the chat window to sign yourself out of Skype on any other devices you might be using, then sign out on the one you’re using now.
    Go to your account.
    Sign in to your account on skype.com
    Can’t sign in? Find out what to do if you’ve forgotten your username or password.
    Go to your profile.
    Scroll to the bottom of the page and, under Settings and preferences, click Edit profile.
    Edit your profile details.
    In the Personal Information section, click Edit.
    Remove your information from the Personal Information and Contact Details sections. Some fields are mandatory - replace the info in these with random characters, because you won’t be able to save it if the fields are empty. Click Save.
     Please remember this is a one-time request which cannot be reversed. 
    One more point to keep in mind: removing your account from the Search Directory will not "pull," "remove," "delete," or "retract" instant messages or file transfers that you have previously sent to your contacts.  Your account name will still appear on their contact lists, although they will no longer be able to contact you using the account name you have requested be removed.
    The last step of the process is to file your request to remove your account with Skype Customer Service.   This final and required step in the process is often overlooked, and we here in the Community are not authorized to process service requests.  Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
    Skype is aware of sporadic website issues.  Temporarily enabling scripts, disabling browser add-ins that might disable pop-up dialog boxes, and temporarily enabling pop-up dialog boxes may help get you through to Skype Customer Service.  If you still experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser.  
    Look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also block reaching an agent.
    Last and not least, when you reach the last step of the process, remember to click on the "Start Chat" link when you are provided the choice of visiting the Community or starting an instant message chat with a customer service agent.

    Guys this is absolute rubbish feature of the login application where people's login names get recorded in the dropdown menu. Is there any more permanent way of getting rid of this annoying privacy intrusive "feature"? I would like to have a profile with a username that is not going to appear at airports and my grandma's laptop after I log out of skype and no I do not want to go digging for app files to remove my entire history on each and every machine I use as suggested by your help files. Could you please advise if I'm missing something here?

  • How can I change my Skype email notifications to E...

    My email notifications from Skype are received in Spanish, apparently because I live in a Spanish-speaking country (Panama).  Since I do not speak nor read Spanish, it would be greatly appreciated if these notifications could instead come in English.  My account is set up with English as the language and Skype works just fine that way.  The problem is that whenever I receive a notice via email from Skype, it is in Spanish.  Is there a way to change that?

    I will try writing Customer Service, thanks for the idea.  I'd like to reply to the following message which came to my email address, but has yet to show up here, to say that there does not appear to be any option regarding "language" in the Subscriptions & Bookmarks section.

    For a variety of reasons, I have created a new Microsoft Account. In attempting to set it up with Skype, I was never asked to create a Skype Name. This has created issues sining into Skype, as well as telling people how to Skype me. I do NOT want to give them my email address as my Skype contact. A Skype name is much more suited for this situation.
    How do I create a Skype name that people can use to call me?
    This beggs the question of why Loging into Skype and idnetification is co complicated. Associated with this one account there are the following methods of primary identification: Skype Name, Microsoft Account, Display Name, Skype Community Name, and there seems to be an additional display name for each Skype accont in the Community which begins with live: and then a modified form of the user's email address. That is A LOT to remember. I had a difficult time just logging in because it asks for my Skype name and the blank would not accept any of the aforementioned identifications. I had to get here by signing into Skype Desktop and then clicking a link to go through rather than signing in. The sign in would not accept my credentials.
    Bottom line is all these issues would go away if I could figure out how to get a skype name.

    So far I've reset my password wht seems like a million times which now means that I have to write down a random password which means that my account is now no longer secure. Also it was entierly unclear that resetting my Skype password would reset my Hotmail one too - Not helpful to say the least.
    So I go through the rigmarole of contacting your customer 'services' and I have to reset my password - as I've said, this is unhelpful but I do it. Many times. And then.... I need my Skype ID to go any further. You can see the problem here. My issue is I don't have a Skype ID and I need to use my Skype ID to then get help finding out what my Skype ID is....
    Please tell me what my Skype ID is. I have an interview for a job that I need to do over Skype - I've been out of work for the last 8 months and it would be really nice to get a job and for it I need my Skype ID.

  • How can a complain about an app basically stealing money?

    hello, i couldnt find any other way to complain apart from forums
    My friend and I bought coins on a game. He bought rather a large amount and put it in alliance. someone else in alliance hacked the game and fed people fake coins and our alliance too. Haypi Kingdom then took the coins (which is fine) banned his account and left it at that. they also too my friend's 650 coins he bought and now refuse to refund or give them back as they were not hacked and were not used.
    The developer refuses to contact us and the support refuses to contact us.
    instead of resolving the issue they are ignoring us. He spent about $50 and they wont refund!
    what can we do or how can i complain?
    there is evidence to show the coins weren't hacked. They just wont give them back.
    we didnt ask for the hacking nor want it. incredibly frustrsating!

    Calls between Skype users are always free of any charge; if your calls require credit (or ask for a subscription), this means you are placing calls to fixed or land lines or mobile numbers, which require credit or a subscription to pay for the call charges.

  • How do you complain about Apple products being sold at WalMart?

    See pic below, taken just a few days ago. No iPhone 5S on display, No iPhone 5c. They finally removed the clear plexiglass case they used to have over the phones,  because it was so scratched up you could hardly see through it. This is totally nasty and trashy.
    Now if you go to the Samsung part of the display, it is full of the latest phones - all prominantly displayed. Notice also the Samsung poster below the Apple section!
    How can Apple let their products be displayed like this? I hope Angela Ahrendts will turn this around. I would be embarrassed to have my products displayed in this way. Also, the sales staff knew absolutely nothing about iPhones. Walmart is not helping Apple or its image. 
    I don't know how to formally complain, so if there's a better way to do that, please let me know.

    If you purchased the software from a different country, be aware that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
