Does anyone know how to contact corporate? I have a major complaint. I have been with Verizon almost 7years. I recently did an early edge where I turned in my phone to a local store only to find out it was handled incorrect. I was then charged for the phone and for 2 months went back in forth to try to get corrected.I was told by at least 5 reps who told me it would be resolved. I only received one call back saying it is complete only to find it wasn't. Finally after someone finally did something I was still not issued a credit promised by a rep authorized by their sup. I then called again to be told by a rep that he will not be giving away free money! Really! I have been a loyal customer and don't appreciate  the comment or inconsistent customer service. I need this issue resolved asap!!

I am in the process of finding that information as well. I to have been a long time customer of Verizion also, and I am not impressed at all with their service. Since having a plan with them and paying an exorbitant amount each month just for two phones. There are some real jack ***** working in the billing department who get their jollies sending out billing threats on Christmas day. I want to find someone as high up the ladder as possible so I can lodge my complaint. I don't have a contract with Verizon for good reason, I have contacted them before about this conduct it will not take much of a push to convince me to go elsewhere for a cheaper better service!!!

    Hi all,
    On September 8th, I signed up for a MiFi 2-year contract that came along with a free Jetpack device. I specifically told the salesman to tell me about all of the charges in advance, so I wouldn't be surprised when the bill came. He told me it was $80 per month for the plan, plus $18 for tax on the device. Nothing else was mentioned.
    I then sign up on the Verizon website and download my Equipment Receipt and my 1st Bill Estimate. Boy was I shocked! They were charging me $260.66, for what I'm still not sure, because NOTHING ADDED UP. It would seem that Verizon cannot even perform simple addition. I also noticed that the receipt said the following (I'll paraphrase):
    1. I had 14 days to get out of this mess.
    2. They expect me to pay a restocking fee of $35 just for returning their "free" device.
    3. I was only entitled to a credit for the activation fee if I cancelled my service within 3 days of signing up.
    This was a red flag to me, having wasted my valuable time previously with other irresponsible credit card companies. So I went into the same Verizon Wireless store where I signed up and told them I wanted to return the device and cancel my plan on September 11th, which would entitle me, according to them, to be credited back for the activation fee; the estimated bill says this amount is $35.
    They said they would charge me the $35 restocking fee. I told them I thought that was unfair for the following reasons:
    1. The device was free;
    2. I never agreed to that when I signed up. They just printed it on the receipt after I signed up. The next thing you know, they'll tell me I owe them my next child. How can they just make stuff up after the fact?
    So I refused to pay and told them (the manager was there along with 2 other salespeople) I was returning the device. They refused to give me a return receipt, so I left the device there and walked out, filming the whole thing (just me and the device).
    In response, the manager said she was going to charge me for everything as if I never came into the store and returned the device.
    Now it's September 13th and I received a call from another salesperson at the same store (on Topanga Blvd. in Woodland Hills, CA) saying I left my equipment there and would I like to come in and pick it up or would I like it mailed to me. I explained the situation to him and he STILL INSISTED ON MAILING BACK THE DEVICE TO ME, unless I agreed to come into the store and let them process the return/cancellation the way they wanted, which would mean (according to this salesperson) that not only would they charge me the $35 restocking fee, BUT THEY WOULD ALSO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $35 AS IF I JUST RETURNED THE DEVICE TODAY.
    I asked for his supervisor and was told she's not there today. I then asked for the contact info for someone higher up in the chain of command, and was refused.
    This is such a scam! I feel sure that someone higher up would understand that they will lose me (and as many people as I can tell this to) as a potential customer over chump change, which is just silly.
    I really don't know if the problem is just this store or all of Verizon, but if I can't get this resolved in the next hour or so through this forum (hello, any Verizon reps out there?) I'll just make sure they can never take any more of my money by never considering using Verizon again, both for personal use and at work (I'm in IT and make those types of decisions at work), and convincing as many people as I can not to use them also.
    The ball's in your court, Verizon. What will you do?

    I'm pretty sure the 1st bill had the charges that include this month as well as a month in advance as well as the activation fee.
    I would recommend going back to the store in order to ensure the service is canceled if that is what you desire. I also recommend you getting a receipt that indicates the service was canceled. Of course, we don't want you to leave so I would prefer to help with the understanding of the bill.

        I'm trying to escalate an issue that I have with customer service and just can't seem to find out how to contact corporate to discuss my issue.  I have talked to customer service supervisers and asked them to escalate my complaint.  After being told it would be 5-7 days to respond, I'm still waiting.  Any help in contacting the right department at corporate would be helpful.

    What do you do?  Post here and hope they respond?  That's all I can figure is what must be the way? Wow you would think there would be an email for them or a link or something.     First thing is I want to complain about this person here:  I had some questions on a product and called up and got Charly 1-20295539207.  He was horribly incompetent. He took 30 minutes just to, "get my information" which only consisted of just email and name.  How can it take 30 minutes for that?????  But trust me, Charlie absolutely makes it easy to waste that much time and still not get an answer to your question.  So after he spent 30 minutes gathering my, "info" (i.e. name and email) he told me he could not help me and to call back even though I told him 3 times up-front what I was calling about. All of the Sony reps are the absolute worst and they all have the same idiosyncracies, making you repeat your issue over and over and over and over being one of them. Then, after you tell them what the issue is - 4-5 times, they say, "How can I help you"?????????  WHAT???? I JUST TOLD YOU 4-5 TIMES AND THEN THEY ASK SOME OBNOXIOUS AGGRAVATING QUESTION LIKE THAT?   You have to be kidding me?  I am not making any of this up. It's absolutely abusurd and criminal how the sony reps are.   So I asked him, IF YOU COULDN'T HELP ME WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT AT THE START AND WHY DID YOU WASTE 30 MINUTES OF MY TIME FOR NOTHING GATHERING, "ALL" OF MY INFO?????  HE SAT THERE IN SILENCE AND SAID NOTHING.  that is the other thing these aweful reps do. Thay all do it.  They sit in silence and say nothing. THEN you have to ask them over and over and over again the same question and they never will give you an answer but will then say, "HOW MAY I HELP YOU"!!!!!!  It's insane what they put customers through. It's like talking to low iq people.   It';s clear that sony only hires people who are inferiour as regards tech knowledge, customer service knowledge, and who don't know how to talk on the telephone.  So I was 45 minutes total and after 30 minutes he told me he could not help me even though I told him in the first minute why I was calling (despite the fact I had to repeat myself over and over wasting lots of my valuable time). so why did he keep me on the phone allthat time if he could not help me? Why didn't he tell me at the start? How do I complain about him? IS there some type of corporate escalation department? IN addiiton I never got my problem solved. I need help w the media go that has screwed up all of my pictures.

    If you were running iOS 5 or higher, had enabled iCloud and Find My iPhone before losing it, you can go to icloud.com on your computer and try to locate it as outlined here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmfc0f2442.  If it's turned on, still has Find My iPhone enabled, and has a connection to the internet, it should appear on the map.
    If you didn't enable Find My iPhone before losing it you won't be able to locate it.

I can not activate icloud because when I put my e-mail address it answers that somebody is already using my address. I have my old e-mails, but I can not receive any e-mail or send them.
    I have contacted Apple Technical Support in Spain and I was sent an e-mail saying that I have to call a phone number and when I call it is always an answering machine who answers that says that I have to pay 50€ for a consultation or wait for 10 minutes. When I have made the consultation it was never mentioned that I have to pay 50€ for a phone consultation. If I don't want to wait I have to pay for the Apple Tecnical Support which cost 250 €, this was not mentioned in the technical support page.
    Can somebody let me know how can I contact Apple in another way in order to talk with a human being or chat directly? I was very happy just using my mobileme e-mails, I didn't need any clouds and I was force by Apple to registered if I want to continue using my mobileme e-mail address.

    I received a receipt from iTunes for two items: a subscription to the series 48 Hours, and a renewal of my subscription to the magazine Reader's Digest.
    48 Hours works fine.
    Reader's Digest I can't get into. I press the gear in the upper right corner, enter my Apple ID and password and get an "opportunity" to purchase issues I've already paid for with my $14.95 annual subscription.
    Reader's Digest tells me this is an iTunes issue.
    I find nowhere to get support since my AppleCare subscription ran out after 2 years...I don't have a hardware issue, I have a "someone stole $14.95 and I want a refund or to get my subscription activated" problem.
    When I click "report a problem" on the receipt (which is about a month old) I get "Oops! Google Chrome could not find nk11p02it-ibav22281602:8141". When I search on my orders for the Order ID (MGN9GV1YGT) it doesn't appear, although clearly it's on the receipt. So how do I protect myself against Apple and/or RD simply stealing my $15 and giving me nothing for it, considering I can't contact Customer Service since my device is out of warranty? Obviously this is NOT a device issue. It's a stealing $$$ from me issue.
    HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE FOR HELP WITH THIS?

    Out of curiosity how much data per month are you using?  Another factor could be if neighbors have all done the same thing as you and the node is being overloaded on home internet use.
