How do I find the Manage My Account Button to get my recovery key I have followed all the instructions and still can't find it.
That's pretty much it, I have followed all the links to explanations as to where it's at but still can't find it. Ready to give up and sync Google Chrome!

My phone was stolen, but I had no data left and so can't locate it till the person who has it tries to use the internet. I backed up all my photos on iCloud, and want to get them on my PC. Welcome to the Apple community.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

If you go to yur account setting what do you see? The app subscription says:
• Auto-renew may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase and must be turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Only the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.

After updating iTunes this week Windows 8 recognizes the iPod but does not offer an option to open with iTunes. iTunes does not recognize iPod Touch. Have followed all the steps but without success. Is there a solution with iTunes?
I followed all the instructions on the suggested page. Many files in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\ and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\ could not be deleted. Message said ""Cannot delete files: It is being used by another person or program"' but could not find iPodService.exe in task manager (also, the "Cannont delete ... " did not mention iPodService.exe).
Deleted all that I could. Reinstalled iTunes. Still same result. iTunes and computer both recognize my old iPod. Only the computer recognizes iPod Touch. -
My phone randomly shut off. When I turned it back on it said it needed to restore, to plug it into itunes. When I did, and tried to restore it, it failed with a code 21. I have followed all the instructions, it still isn't working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all that the steps told me to, I've updated everything in my computer. I don't know what else to do. My phone will just show the apple sign and the itunes plug in sign.

Use iTunes to update it. Download the latest version and install it. Once it is plugged in, it will ask if you want to update your iPhone to iOS 7. If that does not work then click restore.

It's a credit card, not a debit card ? As far as I know that message will show if you are trying to use a card that was not issued by a bank in the same country as where your iTunes account is based (and you need to be in that country). what do you do after you have done all of this and still have no resolved the issue? itunes still will not load, or reinstall. i have updated my computers OS to the posted above settings for Vista. still gives error code 1114. NOTE!: My itunes WORKED JUST FINE UNTIL a new update was ready for download yesterday afternoon.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
