How do I reach the customer service rep that I spoke with

I recently had a problem with my AT&T bill.  The rep that I spoke with, Latrice Iiland was fantastic. How can I reach here to discuss follow-up? Thanks!

E61381665 I hope that you are a corporate customer relations person as I cannot explain the total lack of communication/organization/problem understanding-solving of your outsourced phone support staff, which I have experienced to date.  I have spent over 5 hours in phone conversations wihout ever being able to escalate the probelm to a supervisor/manager/customer service person.  It has been like listening to a broken record over and over.   And the fact that there is no customer service phone number in 2015 is a serious concern for an upscale consumer market. My Vaio computer sustained water damage in mid June.  It took 4 days to get an authorization to get a repair.  It is now over a month at Best Buy, and I keep getting updates from Geek Squad.  They have ordered more parts six (6) times now and cannot complete the repair.  At what point will I simply get a replacement/refurb/store credit/refund?  I am a professional consultant and make a living with a laptop while traveling.  A month is unacceptable to wait for a repair when I paid a 20% premium on my purchase at a Sony Store to insure continuity of service.  Please help. Steve Klein

  • Better Customer Service reps that know what they are doing.

I recently had the horrible experience of trying to dispute a matter over the phone with a customer service rep, which was a HUGE hassle. I had an easier time looking up the information on the internet and doing it myself because all the reps like to do is transfer from one person to the next without ever answering any questions. Are the reps even trained? It didn't seem like it to me. They were rude and couldn't answer any questions I had which is part of the reason I didn't want verizon in the first place. . . They don't make you feel like you are anything more than a dollar sign

I have only been with Verizon 1 week. Loving the service itself but the customer reps are not even medicore.  Everytime I call I give the same information to a rep that passes me to another and yet another and I give the same information over and over.  Then I get hung up on and no one calls me back.  I have to then go through the process yet AGAIN.  I try live chat and almost an hour later and giving the same information to that rep repeatedly in the same chat conversation - I am still trying to get the issue resolved.  Come on Verizon get with it.

  • Is this the customer service quality that BT reall...

    Hi
I started out with a reletively simple problem to solve: I wanted to set a bookmark in my browser to enable me to get to BT Mail without having to go throught the laborious MyBT signin/ Email link combination.
So, I start out with the BT Help link after logging in to MyBT. Simple eh! NO!  I get a web form asking for my BT email address (to distinguish between Yahoo and BT I suppose) - so I enter my valid and perfectly working BT email address (ending in @btinternet.com) and this now gives me a page telling me that they don't recognise my email address!  Bear in mind, I do and can access my email via an email client (Thunderbird) and via the MyBT Email link - all working perfectly.
On the page telling me that my email address isn't recognised, it provides a box spouting about BT Tech Experts and their telephone number - easy eh! NO! The telephone number only gets a response saying the number is no longer in use and giving another telephone number (which leads to BT Help OK, but NOT the BT Tech Experts), and the person there really can't help me with my initial problem anyway.
All of this, then, I find that BT Tech Experts is a charged for service which I do not have a subscription for anyway - the part where I was directed to them SHOULD HAVE SAID I need a subscription for the service (it didn't matter anyway as the Tech Experts telephone number didn't work)
What a stupid amatuerish process from BT!
I went through all of the above with the very polite BT Help person on the phone number I ended up on, and although he says that the issues will be pursued and from past experience with BT, I am very dubious about anything being done about it.
I will post another message here about my original question (bookmarking BT Email)
    Regards from Livingston, Scotland

Hi, I cant beleive the customer service that BT give...NONE...I have been trying since last July to sort out a faulty phone line, my Bt,com email that I have had and used for couple of years btinternet.com.  My email has been compromised twice, I am on Yahoo.co.ireland.uk, which I had years ago!!!!I have changed password 10 times security question about 5 times and still I am on an old Yahoo site that I left years ago... When I say that I am paying for btinternet and have been for couple of years, that my email was on bt,com, even though as you say, a palava ...I worry now about using my email, I dont trust it, and all thay say is, its Yahoo's fault, and its all changing over, (I changed to BT.Com with ID etc.,) WHY do I have to put up with YAHOO email, with messenger!!! which I dont trust???? WHY has it using YAHOO? Im not paying for that...They say, use another email account, such as Hotmail..!!!??? WHAT?  Well email is free (apparently) with broadband internet, from BT, so I dont have to use it...I have all my contacts, doctors, council etc on there,...Am I going mad. I feel like I am...I only get 2.1mb since the big BT change over,, I pay £36.00 a month for phone line and broadband plus all the add ons they put on when they incresed there prices...Cant be right can it?
It took months to get engineer to come and fix phone line, wire was loose and the wiring was very old...twice I had text from someone saying it would take 3/7 days to fix, I didnt see anyone but got a text saying "phone line fixed" well it wasnt...another appointment, didnt see anyone, only a text saying phone line fixed...Had appointment for engineer to come to my home, was told I could be charged £148 something pounds!!!!!! Guess what, he never turned up....
Eventually phone went completely dead, engineer came, OH YES, wiring in BT box had come loose, because it was such an old box!!! GGGGRRRRRRR All this time I had problems with my Broadband connection as well, after months again, they (I found out) that my Hub was broken and OLD HUB 2...They sent me hub 3 fixed phone line, after 7 months...
I cant cancel my disgusting package, I cant use my email...and I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!
    BT IS DISGUSTING.
    Phwoar, sorry about rant

  • I was given one price by the customer service rep, asked to speak to a supervisor, and they were all in a meeting, at 6 pm at night, how do you speak with somebody with knowledge at VerizonWireless?

I have been a customer with VerizonWireless for over 10 years.  I called two months ago because they had a new rate plan, in reading information on the website, it appeared they were going to switch everyone to the new program.  I called (mainly because my bill was nuts) and the rep told me the new plan she was switching me to was $180 per month.  The first bill came and it was $280, which they explained away as I was switching plans.  The next month it was $255 (which was $25 more than I was paying), when I called the rep - was very quiet.  I explained what I was told and she seemed confused.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated they were all in a meeting and one would return my call within 24 hours.  IT HAS NOW BEEN 36 HOURS AND I CAN GUARANTEE I WILL NOT HEAR FROM VERIZONWIRELESS MANAGEMENT UNTIL I CALL THEM AGAIN.
This is truly wonderful customer service!!!!  Does anyone know how to reach somebody at VerizonWireless, that can explain why I was told one thing and then received something else.  My thought is if they treat a 10 year customer this way, how are they treating the new customers.

  • How do I reach the customer relations team?

I have been unsuccessful in getting help for an extended warranty repair for my Vaio for weeks.  How do I reach someone who actually cares and can assist, who resides in the United States.

  • Where do you go for help when the customer service rep keeps hanging up on you saying your phone is breaking up and I am on a landline where I bought my verizon plan

I sign up with Verizon on 08/04/2014 new plan new phones switched carries. It has been A nightmare. First I purchased one plan with two phones. They set up two accounts charging me for both on two different account numbers.  On August 11th I was told it was fixed by a local Verizon REP. Said it was a computer glitch. Now . Today I received two more bills , still two account and they even contain extra charges as if I was moving my telephones back and forth. Excessive over billing and still two account. When into store where I purchased because they knew I had this problem. They has me call customer service from the store telephone. After 1 hour on the phone with a rude person, the rep.  at the store and me both talked to her. She started saying your phone is breaking up hello are your still there. I was on a land line  then she put me on hold until I finally hung up. about 20 minutes. because I was already late going back to work. I have spent hours trying to get this fixed and now I have had the service for 30 days so I can not cancel. Does anyone know where to go for some help.

File a complaint they will call you.
Or take them to court for the over billing and your loss time from work to file and go to small claims court. Include the filing fee.
Either way bring all your paperwork to have the judge look at.
    Good Luck

  • I don't feel safe replacing this. I don't think the customer service rep understood.

I just talked to an agent and described a Verizon box in our apartment. We just moved in and this is a utility box in our apartment that we are dealing with. It's in no way connected to my current service as it was there before we moved in. The battery is low light is on so I called to have them come and replace it. She told me I would have to and said the battery would be here in 10 days. This battery has been beeping every 20 mins and it's frustrating to say the least. This is Verizon's utility box, not mine, and it's annoying that it's in our apartment closet instead of in a utility closet.
The last part is that I don't feel comfortable touching or moving this battery after I saw the warning labels on it. Someone from Verizon please help me get this resolved so I don't feel like I'm playing Russian roulette just trying to turn off a horrible beeping noise from Verizon's utility box.

Note that this is a peer-to-peer forum. Verzion does not provide direct support here.  If you want an official Verizon answer, you'll have to contact them directly (see "contact us" at the bottom of these web pages).
The box is called on ONT, which stands for optical network terminal.  The battery is a sealed lead acid battery.  It is really easy to replace.  Just pull it out and swap connectors.
The primary safety message is don't open the battery as there is nasty stuff inside.  Unless you plan to take a hammer, saw or prying tool to see what's inside, you're safe.  You can easily recycle it at Home Depot or Lowes.
Note that if you do not have Verizon FiOS phone, internet or TV service, you don't need the ONT to be powered.  You can remove the battery and unplug the ONT without concern.
Also, don't be surprised if Verizon sends you a bill for the battery.  The battery is not Verizon equipment, it is owned by the occupant.  If you truly don't have an account with Verizon, you may never see the battery they promised you.  But no worries, just yank out the old one and unplug the ONT.
    Enjoy!

  • How Does One Reach True Customer Service?

Received my new MacBook Pro, 13" 4GB/500 etc yesterday. USB ports inoperable. Tech support could not offer easy fix. Screen displays USB message at every boot up. Support suggested unit must be replaced - no compensation for packing, driving, being without for ???long etc. Can anyone suggest an electronic address for true customer service.
    Thanks, a frustrated mac user.

  • Is the customer service really that bad? (possible future customer)

I'm currently with Brighthouse and I'm looking to switch to a bundle of cable/internet/phone.  Not just here but all across the internet I've read about Verizon's horrible and unprofessional customer service.  Is it bad enough where I should reconsider switching over?  I have Verizon Wireless for my cell phone and haven't had too many issues with them.  If the CS is that bad, does the equipment and internet speed make up for it?
If it is that bad I would appreciate someone letting me know and saving me the money and hassle.
    Thanks for your help.

  • HT204053 How do I change the verified email address that is associated with iMessage?

I verified the wrong email address when I set up my iMessage on my iPod touch and now it won't let me change it. I can't even click on it. It's similar to how the number looks if you have an iPhone and you go to settings, iMessage, and send a receive. It's like the number has a check by it but you can't click on it. That's how the email looks on my iPod. But I need it to be changed.

When there is only one email address entered on iPods and iPads the address is grayed out. Go to Settings/Messages/Send & Receieve and tap the Add Another Email..., add the correct email address and you should then be able to delete the incorrect address.

  • How do you change the track volume so that it moves with your project?

I understand you can change track volume for a given track (by hitting the down arrow and fade it up and down). BUT then if you move that track - the track volume stays where it is so your volumes then get all messed up - any solutions?
