Bad mistake. You shouldn't have used your Apple ID on his phone. And you made it worse because now the contacts are gone, as you deleted them from your phone, they got deleted on iCloud. Your husband should have his Apple ID.
There is really no way of recovering the deleted contacts unless you backed up using iTunes and even then you will only be able to recover those contacts that were on a call list. Read here:

How do I see all my contacts, can't page through?

When I open Contacts it is always on the same page and I can't find a way to page through to see my other contacts. As far as I know I haven't deleted them. All most all my contacts came via Facebook but the contact whose page seems stuck, I added myself.

First of all make sure that you are not in a particular group of contacts. Tap on Groups in the upper left corner and then tap on Show all Contacts in the page on the left. Then Tap Done in the page on the right.
If you have been doing a search, tap on the X in the search field to cancel the search to delete whatever is in the search field and them all of your contacts should appear. Swipe throught the list or tap the letters on the left to jump to that particular letter.

My wife got an iPhone today and didn't realize that once she synced her phone to the computer, that my contacts would also be added to her phone. My phone is backed up through iCloud and hers is backed up to our computer.

You need to delete the music you got from your friend. You fried does not have the licence/right to give you a copy of it.
I would restore the iPod from a backup on your computer and sync your own media to the iPod.

Contacts disappeared and can't back up

Half of my contacts has been disappeared from my iPhone 6 and iPhone 5 as it has the same Apple account. I Can't back up any data as it disappearing again, and can't save any new numbers. Help me to solve this issue. Tried to back up from iCloud and from iTunes as well

Mountain Lion.. it has the networking ability of tin cans and wet string.
Restart the whole network in correct order..
Modem.. router/TC.. clients 2min gap.
Did that fix it??

If you haven't sync'd your contacts to your computer, you can also see if you have created a backup to restore.
You can check this in iTunes by going to Preferences -> Devices Tab & checking to see if any Backups were created and when. You can restore these backups (if any are available) and they should restore your contacts from the time when the Backup was created.

You can't so far as I know but if you have access to a computer...
To restore from a back up made through iTunes, follow these instructions.
To restore from a back up made through iCloud, try the following:
The difficulty in restoring iCloud data from a back up is that the back up is older than the current version on iCloud and anything that is restored gets removed again when an iCloud sync occurs.
Ensure the device is connected to your local network.
Start the restore from iCloud back up.
Allow the devices settings to restore (watch for the confirmation of completion).
As the apps begin to restore pull the connection to your router WAN port (the one that goes to the telephone point).
Wait for the time out confirmation.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn off contact syncing (keep contacts when prompted).
Reconnect the router to the internet and let the restore process complete.
Delete any iCloud contacts from iCloud.com on a computer.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn on contact syncing (merge contacts when prompted).
May I suggest that you carry out a back up to iTunes before you try anything, that way should things become even worse, you can at least restore back to where you are now.

Given a choice between deleting a contact every five minutes — which gains little for the resources and effort involved — or ignoring the contact that's getting added, or figuring out what's adding the contact, I'd look to figure out what is adding the contact.
What software is being used to manage contacts? Is there Exchange Server and maybe Outlook in use? Or are some other local tools to manage contacts? Any particular contact? Maybe this discussion might help?
That written, there are various AppleScript scripts around that work with the Address Book; here's one, and here's another. (How this works depends on what tools you're using here; Outlook, or the Apple Address Book / Contacts app, etc.)

So, I had an iPhone 5 and deleted someones number a while ago. When I got my iPhone 6 plus and synced it, that number was synced because I hadn't deleted it before my last back up (of iPhone 5) I then deleted the number off my 6 plus and have not backed the 6 plus up since I've had it. I am looking to find that number, I have tried looking on my mac in Contacts (nothing is saved) I have looked for "Mobile sync" but it does not exist on my Mac, nor does 'iTunes Sync' or anything similar. If you still have the iPhone 5 backup you can backup your iPhone 6 and restore it to the iPhone 5 backup. Then get the contact number and information (write it down) then restore your iPhone 6 to the backup you just created and, finally, add the contact to the iPhone 6.
